Have you ever planned anything?
Do you know what a Plan is?
a plan can be written down on paper
a plan is an idea of something before it happens.
you make a plan to build something, like a tree house.
Like this one.
Does that look like fun?
Or you might make a plan to travel somewhere in the world, like this.
But did you know that God had a wonderful plan for you and me and for everyone in the world?
He does.
God promises,
Here is God’s plan.
God planned Jesus to be born in a manger in Bethlehem.
God planned Jesus to die on a cross.
But the best part of God’s plan was for Jesus to rise from the dead.
And God has a plan for you and me who know Jesus and to believe in him so that we can one day be with Jesus forever in heaven.
Let’s pray.
Thank you, God.
For loving us.
Thank you, God for planning, to send Jesus.
When we don’t know, your plans, help us, to trust you.
In Jesus’ name.
Amen.
