FIND YOUR PLACE IN THE BODY
Ephesians 4:10-12
Fivefold ministry is to equip the saints for the work of ministry
Saints are assigned to do the ministry not the pastor
Fivefold ministry is responsible for equipping the saints
Only saints can the ministry not sinners
Ministry is work not vacation
Matthew 9:37-38; Matthew 28:19; Exodus 18:17-27
The ministry of saints is to disciple the people & to reap the harvest
The ministry of saints is to solve people’s problems
Some are called to disciple people but others are called to build tabernacle
Bezalel’s and Aholiab’s gifts were used to build tabernacle Exodus 31:1-11
Use your God given gifts for His kingdom not just for yourself
1 Corinthians 12:12-31
No body has all the gifts
Body functions better with many members
Body functions better when different members fulfill their purpose
You can’t be a member and do nothing
Don’t belittle other members just because they are unlike you
Matthew 25:14-30
Master delivered His goods to us (gifts are God’s not ours)
Every one receives different amount (gifts are diverse not identical)
Don’t dig your gift because it’s small
Don’t dig your gift because it’s not the same as your friends’
Your ministry is not in the area of your dreams but in the area of your talents
You will not be judged by how big is your dream but by how you use your gifts
