The truth: By the power of the Holy Spirit, you must trust and obey God, rather than your feelings.

This is a relief in one sense, because it means we aren’t slaves to ou emotions.
It’s difficult in another sense, becuase it makes us accountable for our actions.

Say — Quote a Scripture that deals with the emotion.
Pray — Ask God to help you do what is right.
