The Visit To Mary
Mary was visited by Gabriel the Arch Angel
6 months after Zechariah was visited
before that was 400 years
the Messiah was going to be born of Mary
She was a virgin and in her womb the Holy Spirit was going to put the embryo of the Human Jesus
Gabriel is going to tell her about the man Jesus will become
We will look at the 5 And’s in these 3 verses

Yahweh saves
Joshua of the Old Testament took the people through the water of the Jordan
into the Promised land
defeated the enemy and gave new homes to the people
Jesus defeated the enemy and bought us with his blood
“And she will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”
Jesus lead us through the washing of regeneration
through the waters of Baptism
Jesus will lead us into Heaven and give us a new home
“Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin will be with child and bear a son, and she will call His name Immanuel.
God saves / God is with us
and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, Jesus, who rescues us from the wrath to come.

Hebrews 1 tells us how much greater Jesus is compared to others

“He will call to Me, ‘You are my Father, My God, and the rock of my salvation.’ “I also shall make him My firstborn, The highest of the kings of the earth. “My lovingkindness I will keep for him forever, And My covenant shall be confirmed to him. “So I will set up his seed to endure forever And his throne as the days of heaven.
Then the seventh angel sounded, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and He will reign forever and ever.”
V 33 And reign over the house of Jacob
this is a promise to Israel not to the Church
the church is not going to replace Israel
the church is separate from Israel
replacement theology is a satanic theology it is a lie
V 33 And there will be no end of the Kingdom
it will start at the end of the tribulation
go on for 1000 years as paradise on earth
even with Jesus reigning
there will be peace
there will be no more wars
Justice will be swift
all sub leaders will be directed by Jesus
the animals will all be tame
people will live in harmony
hospitals will be far and few between
everything that the world wants today
even with all this

This 1000 year reign with Jesus on His throne in Jerusalem
giving this world everything they want
peace, stability, food, clothing, health, safety,
everything they are protesting for today
like Adam and Eve in the garden perfect
they will still rebel against Jesus
they will still not turn to Him for salvation
because in the end
And when the thousand years are finished, Satan will be released from his prison, and will come out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together for the war; the number of them is like the sand of the seashore. And they came up on the broad plain of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city, and fire came down from heaven and devoured them. And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are also, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
sin is a persons nature
we cant have a perfect setting and get rid of it
we cant have a reformation and get rid of it
we cant through will power get rid of it
sin is our nature
we cant clean up a pig and not expect it to not go back to the mire
we cant make a zebra to be all one color
we have a sin nature / we are born with it/ we inherited it from Adam
V 31 you shall call His name Jesus
He will save His people from their sins
The Savior almighty God had to come to save us
we are absolutely incapable of saving ourselves
God is a Holy God / Heaven is a holy place
we cannot be with God if we have sin
the selfishness, drunkenness, drugs, sexual immorality, hate, abortion, homosexuality, gossip, lying, slandering,
some or all of these things are in us
all of these offenses are being piled up in the courtroom of God
Jesus the creator, ruler of the universe, came to earth to pay the penalty for our sin
came to save His people from their sins
why because only God can take away sins
you cant do it you have tried resolution after resolution
Maybe your listening and you are convicted of your sin
the Bible says
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. “For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. “He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Jesus is Great
he is the creator, he is above all angels, He is the King of Kings
He died for us, He was our substitute
and yet we don’t worship Him as such
we dont think of Him most of the day, week,
we come together on Sunday and be able to proclaim our love for Him
proclaim our desire to be with Him
proclaim our praise to Him for His great sacrifice for us
but we don’t we proclaim secondary and trivial things
