Introduction

Something that I think is extremely interesting, but that I am not even remotely smart enough to understand is the physics of deep space. Stuff like relativity and time dilation and quantum mechanics and wormholes—I have no idea what any of that means but I love it. Like the movie Interstellar: love that stuff. I just saw an article the other day that scientists have And one of the things I think are super interesting are black holes. A black hole is, basically, a place is space where gravity is so strong that literally nothing can escape it, even light. So you can’t see inside of it. It’s just a giant sphere of black mass. The edge of the black hole is called an event horizon, which is the point of no return: if you cross the event horizon, you’re toast. The gravity of the black hole sucks you in and you can’t come back out.
