Today Jack is going to light these three candles. I hope ghandour love candle but the days are Joy. Alright how's your joy? Do you have? It is your joy in your life. God wants us to have joy. He never promised us to get rid of our sorrows. He did promise that we would have them right in this world will be tribulations, heartaches and hardship, that sounds like sorrow, right? But you said, be of good cheer. I have overcome the world and he overcomes the World by transforming our sorrows into Joy. Not removing our sorrows, that's always going to be a part of our life. Just like her mother has pain and sorrow in childbirth, but after that childbirth is over. Guess, what comes Joy right now? That's sorrow. Later in life, right? And they do that as well. But even with that sorrow, there still Joy, till today. Jack, as we light these three candles, you can help me with this, right?

My pension your finger.

Let's pray and ask God to give us the joy that we desire and need father, we thank you, we. Thank you for this Christmas season that we can recognize the importance of the birth of Jesus recognize the joy that he wants us to have father. I pray that everyone here this morning has that Joy. I pray that they do not allow the things of the world to steal that Joy away. Loud. Jesus to give them the joy that he desires to have a joy that's unspeakable full of Glory. We give the praise and honor in Jesus name we pray. Amen. Thank you. Jack. This morning, if you have your Bibles turn with me to Little John chapter 16. In John chapter, 16 we will be there in a minute but the first I'm going to have you look at some or I'm going to read to you. Don't nobody to be on the screen. Psalm 16:11. Where the song that says this about Joy. So, you will show me the path of life in your presence is fullness of joy at your right. Hand are pleasures. Evermore. Play the song that says Lord, you will show me the path of life. Have you allowed God to show you the path of life that before I get too deep into this? It is warm up here. So if you're hot feel free, if you buy it, when do feel free to open the windows. The heat was at 65 this morning when I came in. And then all those people that come in the early service all hot air people, I'm sure it had nothing to do with anything. I had to say but it gets warm in here. It's probably about 75 back there now. So feel free if you can open the windows, do that. If not, if you're too cold, that's okay. We open them up here. Just get a cross Breeze because if I open them elsewhere, people close them on me, just saying So I'll leave that up to you. You going to do what you want to do anyway, man. Because you have joy. Enjoying freedom to do in this passage this morning. You will show me the path of life. In your presence, is fullness of joy. Can you say that's true in your life is God showing you the path of life is there joy in his present? Is there is fullness of joy in his presence. At your right hand are pleasures. Forevermore. John chapter 16, Jesus is talking to his disciples, he's having a discussion with him about his going away, infection John chapter 14, we know that he's talking to them saying, hey in my father's house are many mansions if it were not so I would have told you I go to prepare a place for you. Thomas is in there. He's listening to that at that point in time and John chapter 14 in Thomas's Lord. We don't know where you're going. How can we know the way? Why would Thomas not know where Jesus is going? I can tell you why. That is because he wasn't listening. He wasn't listening as he spent time with Jesus, to what he was safe because that's when the message. All along, Jesus was going to go to the Cross. He was to be crucified for you and for me, that whoever would put their faith and trust in him would believe because of that shed blood. and as he rose the third day from that tomb, he went to the father and then he goes out to see those around him. To prove himself to those who were there. He's there with them. Are you saying the Thomas? I'm going to go away and Thompson or we don't know where you're going. How can we know the way in what Jesus has the Thomas and verse 6 of John chapter 14? He says I am the way the truth and the life. No man comes to the father except through me. Jesus is truth and if his word is truth, when he says that no man comes to the father, except through me. What does that mean? The only way to get to heaven is how through Jesus. The only way to get into the presence of God is through Jesus. So I want you to understand that as he's talking here in John chapter 16 and he saying to the disciple tape, I'm going to go away but I'm going to come again and later says, hey if you pray in my name, the father will hear you. The only way the father can hear it is through his son. Jesus Christ, Melissa read. This passage this morning and see what God has for us when we talked about Joy.

John 16:16 a little while and you will not see me. And again, a little while and you will see me because I go to the father, then some of his disciples said themselves. What is this? That he says to us a little while, and you will not see me again a little while and you will see me because I go to the father, They said, they're for what is this? That he says a little while. We do not know. What are you saying? Now, Jesus knew that they were that they desired to ask him and he said to them. Are you inquiring among yourselves about what I said, a little while and you will not see me. And again, a little while and you will see me Most assuredly, I say to you, that you will weep and lament but the world will rejoice, you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into Joy. A woman when she is in labor, has sorrow because of her hour has come. But as soon as she has given birth to a child, she no longer remembers the anguish for the joy that a human being has been born into the world. Therefore you now have sorrow, but I will see you again and your heart will rejoice in your jaw. No one will take from you and then that day, you will ask me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask in the father, ask the father in my name, he will give you until now, you have asked nothing in my name, ask and you will receive that your joy may be full.

What fulfills your joy today? Now, we know the spiritual answer to that is the spiritual answer to that is real. Jesus, Jesus, fulfills. He's everything. He did truly in your own heart and in your own life, what is it? That fulfills your joy today? Finances. Possessions family, nothing wrong with any of those things. As long as they're in the right position in your life. Now over the years you've heard me use that alliteration of Joy, Jesus. Others and yourself. Jesus needs to be top of all of that, above all things that we have. If we're going to have the right kind of Joy, then we need to reach out to others as Jesus implores us to do all throughout scripture. Look out for the needs of others, take care of your neighbors, take care of those that are needy. That doesn't mean as we have done today in society that everybody, That is hungry. Buckle up, you're not going to like this. I love you. It's not telling us that everybody. She was hungry. We got the feed. Because everybody who was hungry is not hungry because they can't work. Tamar, but there are those around us who are hungry because they don't want to work. Nowhere. Yes, we have responsibility to help them. That's what Jesus tells us but we do not have a responsibility to enable them. And we live in a world today. Oven table mats.

I shared the story this morning about when I was turning 13. I asked my father, if I could buy a motorcycle. And my father looked at me said, we'll boy, I tell you what, I'll make a deal with you. You save up $50, you can buy a motorcycle. So I went back to my room over, my dresser drawers, pulled out $50. Took it out to my dad said, how about this? I knew my dad was a man of his word so I knew I had him. He had no idea that I had saved up $50 and 13 years of age. That's Quite a feat, right. I wasn't getting from anybody any family members since I was nine. So I put money away and I had this money so I went and I knew I I just barely had $50 but I knew I had it. So I took it out. So there it is dead.

He looks up at me with a puzzled look. Where'd you get this money? I planed it.

Okay. And I got my first motorcycle. I'll be at $50 wasn't enough to buy a motorcycle that is a fairly new motorcycle. So I end up at 13 years of age, my father takes me down to the bank and I signed a law For $13 and I think $0.35 a month payment on that motorcycle.

I barely made $20 a month, I think delivering papers. So I had $6 and some odd cents $0.75 left over Did you know and you're going to like this cuz it's going to be a lot of Joy back into your life, a memory, right? Back in the 70s in Oklahoma, I can buy a gallon of gas for $0.19.

Wouldn't that be Joy today?

Just think about this and fifty years, our children will be safe. Did you know?

Perspective on Joy is something, isn't it? God never promised to remove our sorrows. He's never. He said that's not going to there's going to be sorrow. There will be sorrow in this world when somebody dies or sorrow when somebody is sick, their sorrow. When when tragedy half their sorrow Turn on the news, listen to what's going on in the world around us. Somebody else is missing somebody else's loss. We don't know where this person or what's going on. That brings sorrow to the World when they listen to what's going on around us. Images of the Saints and the disciples. Listen up, I'm going to go away, but I'm going to come back. And they're like, what is he talking about? I mean, it's only the tell me he's been talking to them for three years that this was going to take place cuz you get over to chapter 18. You see it beginning to take place, he's going off into the into the garden to pray. They're coming to get him to take him to beat him and to crucify him on a cross. but he says number 16, a little while, and you will not see me and again, a little while and you will see me because I go to the father Since I'm a disciple said among themselves, what is this? And he says a little while and you will not see me. And again, a little while and you will you will see me. And because I go to the father Therefore they said in verse 18, what is it? That he says a little while. We do not know what he is saying.

What is this a little while? I've been in church all my life. So for 66 years, I have heard that Jesus is coming back soon.

A little while.

Has anybody else heard that was happening? Have we missed it? I hope not. I don't believe we have according to scripture, but I've heard that and I've always thought as a child growing up and when is this taking place? When I was younger, I'm in a position to say, well Lord, I I hope you'll wait a little while cuz I want to grow up and have stuff. I want to grow up and have a wife and have kids grandkids. Wait a little bit God. That was my reason we've gotten knowing that 5, mccaskill could not stop God's plan. If you wanted to, as the world has tried to stop God's plan, they couldn't so, who am I? But I'm sharing with him to desires of my heart. I am ready. I'm prepared to meet God face to face.

Can I be honest with you, I don't want to do it today.

But if it happened today. Okay, I'm ready. And I'm prepared, you know, my old saying, right? I got my ticket. When I accepted Christ, as my Lord and Savior, I got a ticket in the heaven. I just haven't packed my bags. And really, I don't need to pack my bags cuz I'm getting a new Road. Right hun. Get new clothes. When I get to heaven. God is going to take care of me. That's the joy that is to come. But in the meanwhile back here in the nasty now and now there's a lot of Sorrow, lot of pain, lot of suffering heartache and hardship. And the disciples are looking around. And what is he talking about? He's going to go away, is going to come back? What is this little while for 66 years? I hear Jesus is coming back. When when is that? Well, when he comes will not go, be no doubt about, although the world will try to spend a different story. We can see that taking place in the world around us. Here's the real truth. And what's going on with the world? The stories we get our mixed with a lot of lies. So what is the truth is that we said last week that you should know the truth. And the truth will what set you free, but you got to know the truth. But here's another thing we need to be aware of as the disciples are talking amongst themselves.

Jesus knows exactly where they are. We can hide nothing from him, he knows. Do you ask them first 19 on Jesus knew that they desired to ask him. And he said to them, are you inquiring among yourselves about what I said? Yes, they were a little while and you will not see me again a little while. You will see me. Most assuredly, I say to you, you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice and you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into Joy. What you talking about? What is the, what? What's going on here? What he's talking about, going to the Cross, how the world desire to put him to death? His followers didn't want this to happen but the worlds, they put in the death, they they cheered or we got rid of this terrible Wicked person. That was our thought that was your statement. This Blasphemous being, I mean, what good was he anyway for the blind? Be raised a few people from the dead. Hey he Help the Hungry Man ever. There was a time when this wicked person had five thousand people sitting on a hill and if Adam can you believe that with a few fish in a few loaves of bread? 5000 people. And then reality, if you read the whole context of the story, there was more than 5,000 people, that was just the men that were being kind of, there was no wise, there were no children counted in that group. So, you can really say he fed 15,000 people. What a wicked wicked, man. He must have done. And he would go and take care of a little children when they were sick and raised them from the dead, he'd heal. Then he take care of the lip but lepers in fact he would reach out and touch him.

As her yelling out, unclean unclean.

he says, Hey the world's going to rejoice when they put me to death, The Believers, you're going to sorrow, you going to see what's taking place. You got to be sorrowful for that moment in that time. But guess what? The world's Rejoice he's going to turn to sorrow. And your sorrow as a Believer, it's going to be turned into Joy. and when Jesus rose again, that third day,

Where were the Believers? They were sorrowful. They were upset about what was going on. They weren't happy. Why? Because their savior, all the things that he has told them. They sort of Forgotten. And the fact that faithful morning of Easter Sunday morning, when we see Mary walking to the tomb, after the Sabbath walking to the tomb that Sunday morning to anoint his body for the burying. The Gold's in the grave to remember all that Jesus said and had gone. Her thought was he's dead. He's in the grave. What did they forget? They forgot what he had said. Hey, I'm going to rise again. The third day I'm going to be up and about be ready, be prepared. And as they entered into the garden, they saw the stone rolled away from the tomb and the tomb was empty. They were astonished. Who took the body of Jesus? Stole his body.

And the person that it, they assumed to be the gardener was there. And they had a conversation who took the body of Jesus. All he is not here. For, he has risen as he has said, and still. Mary didn't believe she's still in her sorrowful State, and as she turned to walk away, to be the garden was Jesus. Any calls out her name? Mary. She's heard that name multitudes of times before. She'd heard Jesus mention her name and use her name, Mary. Behold.

Your lord.

Sorrow. Immediately. Turns into Joy. So much joy that she wanted to hug him at all but we don't wait you can't hug me, you can talk to you. I haven't gone to the father yet. Got to wait was that? You know how it is. When you're on a on a trip to go visit family are my family, is some 2,000 miles away in the midwest do for us to leave and travel there. We either got to fly, we got to drive, it takes a little bit of time, but the excitement of going to see family is always so real, isn't it? You haven't seen him for a while. Specially, if you love your family, if you don't love him, where we go,

I don't get down to see my sister's at office, so it's an exciting time. Okay, let's go eat. We get to visit. So you go when you had that visit in the first thing that happens when you get there in the place where they are gathered together, waiting for their little brother to show up, is some hugs and some, I love yous. Good to see how you doing. How's how's life? How was your trip? I always remember when I was a child growing up and going and visiting my grandmother's house, We don't get these conversations anymore, I don't think, but here is whether he was a conversation that we would get with my dad, I said around with my dad and my uncles, and they're all from my uncle lives in Wyoming and he still alive. The only Uncle I have still alive, and I think he's like 96, you know, when in Wyoming Rock Springs Wyoming, they get together, they travel down from Wyoming and other uncles are coming together. They start talking about the travel. And they talk about gas mileage. I think I got about 12 miles a gallon on this trip. Let's good. Now the old vehicles that we used to driving or they used to drive when I got this, the wind behind me. That's what a healthy and I went up to 14 miles a gallon. I got gas all over.

Those kind of things that they would talk about they can get together. So my dad was coming up from Texas. We got we got gas for $0.19 a gallon. I think I got about 20 miles per gallon car, I got out, of course I've had it tuned up before we left. Remember those, is that just me, did your families have? That was conversations as well. How come you don't talk like that anymore? Because it's discouraging.

That I got gas for $3.85 /, went down the road, and it was there for 375. I just should have waited.

Ticks me off. Can I say that in church? I'll fill up gas down here at Stewart's, and I'm going going over to Stillwater and get over to still water and gas is $0.05 a gallon cheaper.

Already filled up on your way cuz I then now is $0.05 a gallon cheaper.

Am I a calculator will do? I really want to? Drive to Stuart or Stillwater and back to get gas. Save a dollar. I mean I'm going that way. I might as well have, right?

tell the days I go to storage and still want her to fill out there and I come to Schaghticoke it's cheaper in Schaghticoke

who makes all these rules. Why do we let stupid stuff like that? Steal. Our joy. That's what it's all about. Jesus is late. Get your eyes off of this, get your eyes on Jesus. Get your eyes on me because I will give you not just Joy but completely joyful. Joy, your cups going to be running over with joy. But we live here. Do we not? We live in this nasty now, and now if you will, and as the disciples are trying to figure all this out there, not worried about gas prices. They're not worrying about electrical bills and whether their powers going to go out. They made me worried about how many candles we have left in case, you know, we need some light in the house how much food we have outside. So so we can feed the family when the time comes But Jesus says, Hey, trust me. Trust me, you said I say to you in person. When he must really say that you will reap, you will lament when you see the death of the son on the cross. But you rejoice or your sorrow will return to Joy when you see him resurrected from the dead, the world's going to rejoice when he's put the dead because, hey, we don't have to worry about this blasphemer, this evil person as they would call him.

But their joy and rejoicing is going to be turned into sorrow. Do there's a big difference of those who have Jesus? And those who don't, we're all going to have sorrow. It's just, do you have one sorrow in the beginning or in the end? I want sorrow in the beginning. So my joy is full. My joy is complete. When is all said and done. That's what he tells us. Your joy. Will be complete. when Jesus was arrested, when he was crucified, when he was buried, the world system Rejoice because the enemy was on the way.

His followers sorrow because all their Hope was gone all that Jesus talked to them about love was removed. We're not going to have that kind of love. We, we have no hope they forgot everything.

That you had shared with him. Why do we allow the things of the world? To direct our thoughts and not the word of God. Yes, their sorrow. Yes. It's going to be pain and suffering. He says that he's not saying it's not going to just going to be there but hey, be of good cheer. He's as I've overcome the world. That's the hope that's the joy that we have to look forward to.

He talks about the woman in childbirth, the pandas are all the suffering and childbirth but when that baby is born, give me that baby. Let me hold hunter that baby and you ladies know that when that baby was placed into your arms, what did you do you counted every finger you counted every toll you looked under that cover to make sure what they told you. It was it was That can be confusing these days because we don't know what they are anymore. Right. Yeah, we know.

God gave us a son. God gave us a daughter. God gave us someone to love. And nobody says, I've never heard a lady say hey, put that thing back. I don't want it.

in fact, a wise man in John chapter 3,

Ask Jesus. What must I do to be born again?

Is there a wall? You need to be born again. This is how it happened. Well, to be born again. Or what must I do to be saved? You said, you must be born again. There's no wall. How does that happen? Do I enter the second time? And into my mother's womb, this age buddy, Right. Know, you must give up the things of the world and Trust the things of God believe in the Lord, Jesus Christ. And he tells us and verse 16 of John chapter 3 for God. So loved the world that he gave his only begotten son To be crucified to be buried to be put the desk metapan ridiculed and mocked, he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him. Should not perish, but have everlasting life. Have you ever been to a sporting event? It is in this saddens, me is not my nature, but to go to a sporting event and whether it's somebody on on the team that I'm there to support or the other team, when something happens, then they stumble, they fall, they they maybe get hurt that sometimes those in the crowd are excited and they're cheering because of the demise of the other player, Not really. that's just sad that's sad and we do it in the world when when somebody evil gets her And I guess, like an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth life, I'm all for that. But I'm not excited about it when somebody is hurt. Is sorrowful. It's a tough time. Because that same Jesus, that died for you and for me and we think we're pretty good people. A man. Died for them as well, the same price that was paid for our Salvation was paid so that they too can believe and be saved. And people would say, wall in the old families people, there was a wicked lasers. Need to be sent the house. My prayer is not that anybody should go to hell. They will that's the world we live in. That's a sorrowful part of the world, but when our faith and our trust is in Jesus Christ, there's something joyful. To look forward to. Verse 22. so therefore, you know, now you have sorrow But I will see you again and your heart will rejoice and your joy. No one. Will take from you. How many Christians? I've come across a tablet allowed other people to take their Joy.

Something takes their Joy or doesn't mean we're, we're not in this, are we are in a sorrowful world? He says that But he says, do not let someone else take your joy. Thank with me this morning just for a little bit about the life of Jobe. All the things that happened to Joe been his life, he lost his children and he sacrificed for them daily to pay for their sins Old Testament law. He would go before God. And he would sacrifice for every one of his children because he just assumed his children were centers. And they needed a sacrifice, so he would do that for them. And yet, God allowed his children to be taken by death all in the same day. And you know how that took place Satan and God had a conversation. Satan comes talking to God.

Vanessa forgot. Hey, you know, your followers on all that great. I could cause them to turn and God says to Satan. Satan does not ask God for Jobe. God says to Satan, have you considered my servant job. Now Satan must have known job. or at least he knew God's power because he says the god, But you got a hedge of protection around him. Remove that hedge of protection will see how long he has faith in you. And God says, okay, you can do whatever you want to job. You just can't take his life. I'm sure Joel would have given his life to keep his children, the life. He may not have given his life for as well, because you can rebuild that you can get that back. He may not have given his his life for his health. Before his children, I'm sure he would have. What I mean? When I married, my wife, I said For Better or For Worse for richer and for poorer, It wasn't for better and best. For richer and richer.

And then at the end, it said, until death do us part.

I just made sure that she wasn't going to kill me along the path. Do you know what I'm saying? Our society today was well, if it doesn't work out my way, we'll try it on and windows. Don't work, you're gone.

Why? Because we allow people to direct our circumstances many times and we allow people to steal our joy instead of trusting Jesus. Look what he says. Therefore, you now have sorrow. Do you have sorrow? Many do?

Chris all he just tells me this morning, the tumors growing in his in his body so he's got to change up his chemo and I said well how you feel about that is if I'm trusting God The focus thing, I'm serious sorrowful to hear the news. Would guess what? His not his Joy isn't here. His joyous with Jesus

Nepali family had a couple of babies this week Rita in and can boys were here this morning Grandma and Grandpa two twins. One Way, 2 lb, 13 Oz, I think I'm 13 lb and 8 oz somewhere around there. Preemies. But the joy of Life brought into this world. The 11 lb 13 Oz is what Kindle 7. Came out screaming and yelling at his brother because his brother was stealing all the food.

He didn't get the chance to grow. I say you just wait when they get older, you'll probably be the bigger. One of the two bills you always brother. Right, so keep them in prayer. But here the joy. Of life. where,

You're not going to like, buckle your seatbelts. We live in a society today. Where we give more presents and dignity. The animals. Then we give the children.

Not also answered the world. Will abort children left and right but you go, you go aboard, a dog or a cat and you're going to jail.

No, I'm not for boarding, dogs and cats. I don't think we should use them either.

But God gave man dominion over the animals. My animals dominion over, man.

Now, think about this for a second. How many you have a pet? Where is that pet right now? It's probably on the couch, right? So when you come home, the house is all vacuumed. The windows are all washed from licking them. They got food on the table. Prepared for you. When you get home. No. You know, you going to get home? They probably knock something off somewhere. You have to pick up. Right. If not out in the yard stuff, you got to pick up. And you're going to have to feed them. You you buy their food, you give them a warm dog house to live in and they just allow you to come and stay with him. who has dominion over, who

Think about it. And yet in this world today, we have a tough time. when we talked about this abortion thing, right? We have a tough time when we hear about, we don't like hearing this stuff. We don't like hearing animals, being put the death of used.

And we all say what is all about choice. Well, if we just did things God's way. Yes, it's going to be sorrow but in the midst of Sorrow, Joy is coming, but we do things the way the world does it, then we have Joey now but Sorrows coming. I'd rather have sorrow now knowing but no joy is coming. I'm looking forward to that reuniting with family and friends someday in heaven. Here's what I know. When I get to heaven, the first person I'm going to see is not going to be my mom. She died when I was 13. It's not going to be my dad. He died from 20 years ago. The first person I'm going to see is Jesus. Because without him we have no hope without him. We have not the proper love without him. There is no joy. And as we wrap this up this morning, look what he says, first 23. And in that day, you will ask me nothing most assuredly. I say to you, whatever you ask, the father in my name, He will give it to you. Whatever you ask, the father in the name of Jesus because he only way we can get access to go to God is through Jesus Christ. John 14:6, I am the way, the truth and the life. No man comes to the father except through Jesus Christ. The first 24. Until now, you have asked nothing. In my name. Ask. And you will receive for what purpose? That your joy. May. Before. What fills your joy today? I'm a tea drinker, an iced tea drinker.

there's, A balance in that glass of tea that I go to the refrigerator get between ice and tea. I didn't go to the refrigerator to get ice. I went to the refrigerator. Get iced tea. So, I put a little bit of ice in my glass and then fill it up with tea is in the refrigerator to already chilled, right? But what I find many times is mighty goes faster than the ice.

And some days I'm not really paying attention to me. We got the ice maker in the crushed ice and it's filling up. And I'm maybe talking or yelling at the dog, for not letting me do what I want to do in my own house. And it gets filled all the way up and so I'll go ahead on. Well, I'll just fill it up. The more ice and is in that glass deleski, you have to drink, make sense. But yes, along the path. As you said it, there it begins to melt Willie. If you let him out too much, then you got ice down, tea water down tea and it's not as good.

Yesterday. Did you notice it turn cold? Yesterday, I had a half drinking bottle of Brisk iced tea in my, in my truck. Half black half drunk is in San Jose.

Half full. Right. It wasn't Frozen.

It was slushed. And that was awesome.

That was awesome. Pop the top off of that took a swig of that. I didn't realize there was ice it and there's a pretty good somebody, how to make this stuff. Slushie, iced tea. I'm sure they do somewhere, right? I've had iced coffee. That just doesn't make sense to me, but I've had it man. It was refreshing. I've been cutting up some wood. Doing some outdoor laborers. I was sweating in the cold yesterday. Believe it or not. I'm sweating. I'm outside and I'm sweating and I get in my truck and I take it and it was good.

My joy was revived. Because of a bottle of iced tea. How much more can our joy be revived? If we pray in Jesus, name to the father, So that our joy might be full. How's your joy? Don't be the reason somebody else's Joy gets drained. That's not our position. Jesus first others than you. And when we put that in the right position, the right way, when we're putting cheese in the right place, we're taking care of others as best as we can with what God has given us. And ourselves come last then let me encourage you and let you know that our joy usually is complete. And our joy usually is full moon, where doing it for Jesus for others. and then for ourselves, All, but we're important. We got to take care of our needs first, right? What Jesus didn't? He came into this world, he was ridiculed, he was mocked, and made fun of the world rejoiced when he was put to death, he came not for himself. He came for others, the world. Some believe some reject, but for those of us who sorrow now, our joy is coming. For those who are rejoicing now and the things of the world Sorrows coming. I'm looking forward to the Joy complete and full, amen. Father, we thank you, thank you, for your goodness, your mercy and your love. Help our joy to be complete help or a joy to be full help our joy to be based upon you in your words bother you know the needs and all the birds in each life and everyone here this morning I ask that you take care of those needs. As you see fit we lift up Sandy rivenburgh and her health. Father, keep your hand upon her. We lift up Danny Bailey and his health, watch over him, help him to heal as well. Follow me think of Leslie Sanderson this morning, that you'll be with her. We think or Chris Aldi that you watch over him. We think I died and Cesaro and sit situation in her life with this cancer. Father, you, you know, that these things can bring sorrow. But father, help us to see the Joy on the other side that you have in store. but we know right now, we three see through a glass dimly, but one day face to face, Father guide us and directors as only you can and will give you the praise in Jesus name.
