Lesson 12 *December 10–16
The Biblical Worldview
What the author means by “biblical worldview”?
Using the lesson he is trying to encourage us to learn the biblical philosophy of life and what should be our approach to various aspects of our life according to our best and perfect guide, the Book written by the Creator Himself.
If you buy a new TV set made by Panasonic and you want to learn how to use it, do you use the user manual written by Sony? No because the device was made by Pansonic and not Sony.
Who is our maker?
We have two choices: either God or the big bang and evolution.
If we accept we are made by big bang and evolution then there is no guide, no future for you, no meaning of life because life eventually becomes nothing as it never existed. Just if possible try to enjoy life pleasures before you become nothing again.
If we believe we are made by God, then He provided for all a precise and life instruction that would teach us how to live and take care of various aspects of our life to preserve the current life and ensure the eternal life.
In addition, according to the book of Daniel and Revelation in 1844 this world and God’s people were blessed with the gift of the Spirit of Prophecy through whom God blessed us tremendously provided additional and very detailed instructions explaining how to take care of our body, mind and spirit.
What does God’s Manual tell us about life:
Memory Text:
Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul (mind), and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Thessalonians 5:23, NKJV).
What does the divine manual tell us about life philosophy?
Is it too complicated to understand like the books by pagan philosophers?
No. The instruction is simple and clear. It informs us that that we have three different spheres of our life and that all of the are to be preserved blameless at the coming of the Lord.
By whose power these 3 spheres are to be preserved according to the text and other Bible passages?
By God’s power as the texts states that it is God who sanctifies us, or makes us holy, completely.
What is our role in this process?
2 Chronicles 7:14
“If my people, who are called by my name, humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked way, then I will hear from heaven, I will forgive their sin and will heal their land”
What is our role according to this verse in maintaining our body, mind and spirit healthy and strong?
We are to be humble before the Lord, ask, show dependence on Him, pray, seek God’s face (study the Word of God to learn about His character), and surrender every day, so that we could live by the Spirit.
Who is doing the healing and changing us into His likeness.
The Lord.
JESUS AS OUR EXAMPLE OF PHYSICAL, MENTAL, SPIRITUAL, AND SOCIAL HEALTH
Sunday December 11
The Model (example) of Jesus we are to follow
Read Luke 2:52. What four dimensions of Jesus’ growth are mentioned in this passage?
According to Luke 2:52, “Jesus grew in wisdom [mentally] and stature [physically], and in favor with God [spiritually] and man [socially]” (NIV).
Desire of Ages:
“His mind was active and penetrating, with a thoughtfulness and wisdom beyond His years. Yet His character was beautiful in its symmetry (it means that although wise kids are often proud yet Jesus was wise but humble). ... As a child, Jesus manifested a peculiar loveliness of disposition. His willing hands were ever ready to serve others. He manifested a patience that nothing could disturbHis life revealed the grace of unselfish courtesy.” Ellen G. White, The Desire of Ages, pp. 68, 69.
CHRIST CAN BE OUR EXAMPLE BECAUSE HE DEVELOPED PERFECT BODY, SPIRIT AND MIND IN OUR FLESH
When we read this description we get an impression that Jesus had a holy angel-like human nature and therefore it is impossible for us to follow His example?
It this assumption true?
We don’t have to guess because the Bible tells us the following truths about Christ’s humanity:
1. Christ came in the likeness of sinful flesh (sinful human nature) (Rom 8:3)
2. “It is not angels he helps but Abraham’s descendants” (Heb 2:16) (Abraham’s decedents are believers, those who are born from the Spirit, but still have sinful natures). For this reason He had to be made like (Abraham’s descendants) them in every way! (Heb 2:17) What does made like them in every way means? It means Christ had to be made to be our Brother in the flesh.
3. According to Romans 8:3 God condemned sin (the representative law of sin) in Christ’s flesh (in His human nature). It proves that Jesus had to carry to the cross the root of our sin problem and key cause of our condemnation, which was the law of sin.
4. In 2Cor 5:21 we read that God made Christ to be sin (singular). What singular “sin” refers to in the Bible? Rom 7:20 … It was possible only by Christ assuming our nature including the law of sin which He overcame perfectly and carried to the cross where it was condemned by God in Him and destroyed forever.
5. Paul tells us that He was tempted in all points as we are (Heb 4:15). It doesn’t mean that He was tempted to drink alcohol, eat doughnuts or watch movies but that the principle of temptation was the same as it is in our case. How we are tempted? What is the root of all our temptations? It is the dwelling in us law of sin which is the principle of egocentric love that forces us to be egocentric, to do things independently from God in our own way, own will, to satisfy the egocentric desires of the nature.
Was Jesus tempted internally to do things His own way and not the Father’s way?
Do you remember what He said when He prayed in Gethsemane?
Luke 22:42 "Father, take this cup from Me; yet not My will but yours be done”.
Was Jesus tempted to do something against God’s will? To make independent decisions? Was He tempted to save Himself from the horrible suffering, separation from the Father and from eternal death experience?
Yes, He was because He took the same nature we have.
Long time ago one experienced pastor asked me a difficult question, I couldn’t answer at that time:
OK, Slawek he said, if you believe that Jesus took the same sinful nature we have then how He resisted temptation in this nature when He was a child?
I was stunned and couldn’t find an answer. Are you able to answer the question?
Luke 2:40 provides the answer:
“And the Child grew and became strong in spirit, filled with wisdom; and the grace of God was upon Him.
Yes Jesus took the same nature we have but unlike it is in our case from the beginning from the conception it was spiritually alive nature. Therefore His human nature was never like the nature of an unconverted human being who is not born from the Spirit.
When we are born we come with spiritually dead nature unable to overcome sin also as children. Only when we believe in Jesus we are born from the Spirit and become spiritually alive. Does it mean our nature change? No. The nature is the same, but HS starts dwelling in is if we surrender to Him and let Him control our nature then the victory is possible. What is the problem? We have two laws in us now, the law of sin and the law of the Spirit. And it is up to us which law is stronger.
OK, so there is no doubt that Lord Jesus maintained perfection in every aspect of human life, physical, mental, spiritual and social in spite of what?
In spite of living in the same flesh and nature we have.
What is the conclusion?
Let us stop excusing ourselves because if Christ did that in our flesh then also for us it is possible to make at least constant progress in following His example.
ARE WE TO FOLLOW CHRIST’S EXAMPLE BECAUSE IT WILL HELP US TO BE SAVED?
Now. What is the reason and purpose we want to follow Christ’s example maintaining perfection of body, mind and spirit?
Are we doing it because we hope that in this way we will be saved?
No. We are saved only because we believe in Jesus and accepted His perfect body, mind, and spirit and His death as a free gift. Christ maintained perfection on our behalf, as our representative. It is a gift. If we accept it we are already regarded as perfect in every sphere of life. Because we are hidden in Christ, God always sees us as perfect even though we are not perfect yet.
1Cor 1:30
So, if we are already perfect in Christ, why we are to follow Christ example in achieving clean, healthy, strong body, mind and spirit?
Monday December 12
The Body as a Temple
God created our life with three ingredients: body, soul (mind) and spirit.
Let us first deal with the body.
REASONS TO TAKE CARE OF THE BODY
Why we take care of our body and physical health?
We do it so that people could praise us for being strong and healthy?
1. We do it because our body is the temple of Holy Spirit. Read 1 Corinthians 6:19, 20 and 1 Corinthians 10:31. How can the understanding that our bodies are “the temple of God” and “the temple of the Holy Spirit” positively influence our lifestyle?
Holy Spirit is a divine Person (the third person of the Godhead) who can dwell in a born again true believer. Therefore if we are born again believers, we shouldn’t let HS live in a body that is full of toxins, bad smells, cancer cells, alcohol, caffeine or dangerous spike proteins from covid vaccines.
2. We do it because if we are healthy and strong God can use us better in His plan of salvation. Can God use us efficiently in the plan of salvation and in the Church if we are tired, weak and sick? No. Can we recover if we are sick? Yes. How? Through communion with the Lord, healthy lifestyle, and use of natural remedies (hydrotherapy, herbs, good nutritional supplements).
What is another reason?
3. Some time ago a popular in the UK physician and promoter of healthy diet and lifestyle, Dr Michael Greger, recorded a video about two longest-living populations in the world. He started from Okinawans and then he stated that currently the longest lived population in the world are vegan SDA living in California.
Is it good also for the gospel and the 3-angel message that praise SDA for better health are published by none-Adventist writers and presenters?
Yes. Why? Because people associate us with something good and wise and are more willing to learn about spiritual values we believe in.
HEALTHY LIFESTYLE (HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE BODY?)
How we are to take care of our bodies and physical health?
1. We must be physically active. Working in the garden cultivating healthy food is an excellent way to exercise because there is a double benefit in it. If we don’t have garden we can go for a walk and pray at the same time or listen to good sermons (another wise way to exercise).
Who gave us the best example of exercising?
Lord Jesus.
Why?
Christ gave us the best example because He never exercised for selfish reasons. He walked many miles every day because of love for us and because He wanted to save as many people as possible.
What else we can do to take care of our bodies?
2. We are told by Spirit of Prophecy to be on a healthy unrefined plant-based diet.
Unfortunately, today soil is deprived of nutrients because we don’t allow it to rest every seventh day so that it could replenish its mineral content. As a result even if our diet is unrefined we can’t get enough minerals from food we eat.
What is the solution to the problem?
We have 2 options: Either bio-dynamic farming or nutritional supplements. Please don’t think that bio-dynemic farming is the same as organic. What is the difference? The use of natural fertilizers.
3. Temperance and Fasting
4. Water, including internal and external use of water. Tap water is very polluted and water in plastic bottles contaminated with hundreds of harmful chemicals. Solution? Good water filters or distillation.
5. Expose our bodies to the sun (vitamin D). England is the most cloudy country. Solution? Supplemental vitamin D3 5000 IU daily (must be with magnesium).
6. Rest on Sabbath and every day, and sleep
7. Stress control, positive thinking, freedom from fear and internal peace. How to have peace and get rid of natural fears? Rom 5:1How to replace hatred and other negative feelings with love? Rom 5:5 ...
EXCUSES
Unfortunately, many Christians today, including us, are not very willing to be on a healthy plant-based unrefined diet or exercise every day, following Christ’s example, so they try to excuse themselves even using some Bible verses:
Romans 7:14-25(NKJV)
Paul is saying here, I want I truly desire to keep the law, do only good, to be on a healthy diet, stop eating chocolate, ice creams and meat, to exercise every day, stop watching movies and football matches, to pray wholeheartedly and study Bible every day, and be like Jesus, but I can’t to follow Christ example because of what?
Because of the law of sin which dwells in me forcing me to be a slave of this bad lifestyle.
When we read this passage we get an impression that such expression of being unable to live a victorious life must had been written by someone else but not Paul.
Why?
Because Paul states that he could do all things through Christ who strengthened Him and that he was able to submit every thought to the obedience of Christ. But here he says I sincerely want with all my heart but can’t because of the law of sin dwelling in me?
What is going on here? Is he contradicting himself?
When you carefully read Romans 7:14-25 where he complains that he want but can’t, nowhere in this passage he mentions Holy Spirit. But in the very next chapter, chapter 8 the Holy Spirit is mentioned extremely frequently!
What is the conclusion?
In Romans 7:14:25 he says he can’t obey due to the indwelling law of sin because he pretends to be a believer who tries to overcome sin without whom?
Without Holy Spirit, using his own will power.
But in then next chapter 8 the same Paul says
Romans 8:13
“For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.”
Now, what was impossible in Romans 7 becomes possible in Romans 8
Why?
Because it is done by the power of HS!
Tuesday December 13
The Mind of Christ
Apart from the body God created us also with the brain and mind which in the Bible is often described as soul.
Unfortunately, human mind is naturally controlled by the nature which is egocentric. For this reason by nature our mind is contaminated with selfish desires, pride, and fear instead of love, peace and meekness.
What is the cause we are like that by nature?
“Some people believe that we are egocentric because of our environment so by changing the environment the individual will be transformed.”
What is the cause why we are bad according to the Bible? Is it our environment?
No, because we are born with sin of natural selfishness in us and not the environment.
I was born and most of my life I spent in Poland which was a communist country. Communism was based on the life philosophy created by Karl Marx who taught that all the evil in this world was caused by bad environment. And, by bad environment he meant capitalism. He was sure that if the environment is changed according to the principles of communism, people will be better. So in the Soviet Union they started changing the environment by distributing goods equally among all people because they believed Marx who said that in this way people will have something to share, they will learn it and will gradually become less and less selfish. Well, Soviet Union was changing the environment for 70 years hoping that it will make people less selfish and better. What was the result? They completely ruined their country.
Communism only proved that the Bible was right telling us that the reason we are bad is not environment but our nature.
So what is the solution to our natural selfishness?
The user manual provided by the Creator gives us the step by step instruction how to repair the damage:
John 3:5–6 (NKJV)
“Jesus answered, 'Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit’.”
What is the first step in the process of the renewal of our sick mind controlled by corrupt nature?
Rom 8:5-6
5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
We have to options: Either we allow HS to control our minds or if we refuse the enemy is constantly waiting for the opportunity.
So, what can we do to let HS control our minds?
Accept Christ by faith as the Saviour and as a result a spiritually dead sinner is now born from the Spirit.
What does it mean?
It means that now HS starts dwelling in us making our dead spirit alive and now HS can control our corrupt nature preventing it from forcing our mind to reflect its tendencies.
Does it mean that the sinner now deprived of the sinful nature and is good and holy in practice?
No, he is regarded by God as good and holy by faith in Christ because since now on he lives under the umbrella of Christ’s righteousness.
But is he holy in practice?
No.
So what is the next step after being born from the Spirit, according to the holy user manual?
The saved by grace newborn sinner needs now to learn to walk in the Spirit, like a baby is needs to learn to walk. Does it happen over night? No, it is a process. In rare some cases it may take shorter time but in most cases it is a life-long process.
During this process we still need changing diapers from time to time but we should make sure there is a progress.
If you a mother and you have a baby, it is not a problem for you to change diapers every day of your baby for a year or so, it is ok and no problem. But what would you say if you had to change diapers every day for 5, 20, 20, 30 years or even longer?
You know, what I mean. If we truly believe, it is not a problem for God that from time to time we need changing diapers or fall while learning to walk by the Spirit, but if we keep on falling and never learn to walk after decades that means there is something wrong with our Christianity. Because true Christian makes progress in learning how to walk in Spirit.
Unfortunately, during the process of learning to walk in Spirit, we fall from time to time.
For this reason the author of the lessen asks us, “How, does focusing on the Cross and what it means protect us from being disheartened by what we see in ourselves compared to what we see in Jesus?
Romans 6:6
"Knowing this, that our old self (man) was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin.
It is not a metaphor referring to our sanctification. Paul is telling us here that we were in Christ and died with Him.
2Cor 5. 14
SDA Bible Commentary, comment to 2Cor. 5. 14:
“In taking Adam’s place Christ became the head of the human race, and died on the cross as its representative. Thus, in a sense, when He died the entire race died with Him. As He represented all men, so His death stood for the death of all. In Him all men died. This does not, however, mean universal salvation, for each individual sinner must accept the atonement provided by the Saviour in order to make it effective.” (Francis Nichol, The Seventh-day Adventist Bible Commentary)
As a result of our death in Christ we are free from the condemnation of the law:
Rom 7:4 “Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you may be married to another; to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to God.”
Rom 7:6 “But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter.”
Paul tells us here that the law can't no longer condemn us because:
1. We are hidden in Christ who is our perfection and our holiness
2. Because we already were punished for all our sins and died in Christ
Let's say I murdered someone and the British law sentenced me to death and I was killed, can any law sentence me and punish again? No!
And, it is in this context Romans 8:1 was written, where Paul says about our freedom in Christ.
Romans 8:1 (No condemnation for those who are in Christ)
Only one condition we need to fulfill in order to enjoy the freedom from condemnation: We have to accept the historic fact that we were in Christ.
Colossians 2:9–10 (NKJV)
“For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him...”
What does it mean to be “complete in Christ”?
Is believing in this truth important for the condition of our mind and mental health?
Yes:
Philippians 4:7 (NKJV)
“And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
What else we can do for our minds? How we can help our minds to work better for the Lord?
Through which part of the body God communicates with us?
Through the mind. Therefore we are to take care of our brains and minds.
How we can support our brain and nervous system function?
We are to provide oxygen to our minds as oxygen is a source of energy for our brains. How can we increase oxygen in the brain? By deeper breathing and exercising. Regular exercise increases the number of mitochondria in brain cells thus generating more energy. We used to think that exercises increased the number of mitochondria only in muscle cells but now we have the proof that exercise also does the same in our brain cells thus boosting energy in our brain cells! But apart from that, regular physical activity improves blood circulation in the brain and increases oxygen supply to the brain. And the better blood circulation and the more oxygen.
We must drink enough water to cleanse brain cells from toxins.
Avoid animal and refined foods (especially those high in sugar). Our brain needs essential nutrients such as magnesium, zinc, B vitamins, B12, vitamin D, and all vitamins and minerals. Since we can’t provide enough magnesium, B12, vitamin D with unrefined plant-based food we need to take good supplements.
Our brains need antioxidants (ALA, acetyl l-carnitin).
5. Boost levels of serotonin (antidepressant and good mood hormone): exercise, sun, organic tofu, 5-HTP)
6. Memory loss (Alzheimer’s and dementia): Organic Turmeric powder (curcumin), B12, magnesium, ALA.

The Guidance of the Spirit
Genesis 2:7
What does the Bible mean when it says that God created humanity in His own image and likeness?
God is a Spirit (John 4:24); therefore, human beings were created as spiritual beings
God created humans with a spirit, that He might have a dwelling place and mankind, in turn, could reflect His glory.
Zechariah 12:1 says that The Lord ... forms the human spirit within a personwhich explains why men and women of cultures great and small possess the innate desire to worship a higher being.
God formed this spiritual component in human beings as His contact point with humanity.  He planned that the Holy Spirit would indwell each human being and direct his mind which, in turn, would control their bodies
Thus, the entire person — spirit, soul, and body — would live in total dependence on God, reflecting His agape-type love.
According to the apostle Paul, our life involves the spirit, soul (MIND) and body [1 Thessalonians 5:23].
There is a significant parallel between these three components of human life and God’s temple or sanctuary
- Our body corresponds to the courtyard of the sanctuary.
- The soul (the faculties of the mind, will, and emotions) corresponds to the Holy Place of the sanctuary.
- The spirit (the human self-consciousness) corresponds to the Most Holy Place of the sanctuary.
Just as God dwelt in the sanctuary, the Holy Spirit lives in the believer [1 Corinthians 3:16]. In the converted individual, the Holy Spirit dwells in his spirit.
Please note that the application of the earthly sanctuary to the believer does not in any way deny the real existence of a heavenly sanctuary [see Hebrews 8:1-2].
The Bible clearly teaches that God dwells in heaven as well as in the believer [see Isaiah 57:15].
LAMP
In order to explain the nature of our death let me use an example of an electric lamp.
Like God created us, we also can create things, such as electric lamp. We make the body of a lamp from the same atoms that are found in the soil. We create and add the bulb that can represent our mind and conscience. We connect the lamp to electricity (which represents God’s breath of life) and the lamp produces light.
As a result of sin we became corrupt and we lost HS and we become darkness. Likewise, also the lamp can get damaged beyond repair gets disconnected from electricity and stops producing the light. It is then thrown away and gradually decomposes turning into single atoms. And what happens with the electricity? Where is electricity after the lamp gets damages? The electricity (which represents our conscience) disappears!
And exactly the same happens when we die.
Our body decomposes becoming dust of the ground or single atoms while God’s life energy that made us alive returns to God and our mind and conscious disappears or dies too.
PROVIDING SPIRITUAL FOOD FOR OUR SPIRIT
Without the right food, water and oxygen our body and mind dies. but what about our spirit? Is it possible to starve our spirit to death?
Yes. How we can do it?
By depriving the spirit of the spiritual food.
Matthew 4:4 (NKJV)
“It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’ ”
So, how we are to take care of our spirit?
By regular prayer and Bible study, especially in the morning.
LEARNING TO WALK BY (IN) THE SPIRIT
Through what part of the body does the flesh or the Spirit control us?
Rom 8:5-6
5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
The mind of a believer is the battle ground of constant war between the Spirit and the flesh?
The flesh forces us to submit our minds to it and the Spirit is asking us to submit our minds to Him.
So what does walking in the Spirit mean according to this verse?
It means to surrender our mind and will to Him,
or to allow Holy Spirit to control our minds.
What kind of person is able to walk in the Spirit?
Can an unconverted person walk in the Spirit?
No.
Before we became converted we were walking only in the flesh, because the only nature we had was our selfish and sinful nature.
But when we experienced the new birth we became participants of what nature? The divine nature.
But does it mean that we are free from our sinful nature?
No, it means that since our conversion we have the two natures: the carnal and spiritual.
Which nature or power can and should be stronger in us, the law of sin or the Spirit?
Of course the Spirit can and should be stronger, and Holy Spirit proved it in the life of Christ who although was in the flesh yet He never sinned even in His mind.
Now, let us be honest. Even though we are Christians, do we sometimes cease to walk in the Spirit and submit our minds to the flesh for a while?
So, the question is, why we are not continuously walking in the Spirit?
The reason is very simple: The law of sin which is in us we have by nature and it is constant force living in us, but the law of the Spirit is a gift we have by faith. It means that the working of Holy Spirit in us depends on what? On our faith. But, is our faith always strong? No.
So, what does it mean to walk in the Spirit or to live by the Spirit?
It is the same as to live by faith.
Does sanctification mean that we concur sin using our will power?
What happens when we try to live a holy life apart from Holy Spirit using only our will power?
If we try to lead the Christian life simply by using our will, we will experience what Paul described in Romans 7:18-25:
Thursday December 15
Ready for His Appearing
Do you believe that Christ’s second coming is going to take place very soon?
Why?
TWO MAJOR GLOBALIZATIONS
The book of Revelation speaks of two major “globalizations” prior to the Second Coming of Christ.
Revelation 13 describes the globalization of error, when “all the world” will marvel and follow the beast from the sea (Rev. 13:3, 7, 8, 12, 16, NKJV).
Revelation 14 highlights the globalization of truth, when the “everlasting gospel” will be preached “to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people” (Rev. 14:6, 7, NKJV).
Are we living in the time of globalization of error and lies by mainstream mass-media, governments and health authorities?
Yes. The best example is the recent pandemic known as the medical terrorism.
Why it is called medical terrorism?
Because the pandemic was globally involving. The Wuhan institute in China that modified released the virus was sponsored by Antony Fauchi the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in America. Almost all governments enforced a form of a global police state through the unnecessary lockdowns, forcing people to wear useless masks although it was proven they don’t work and are harmful because they lead to hypoxia and weaken immunity. Finally, it is also known as global terrorism because almost all governments forced people to receive untested new type of mRNA-based vaccines that from the beginning were known to be dangerous and they have been proven to be often deadly.
Should this global terrorism be regarded by us as a special and huge sign of the time proving that the time of the end is at hand?
Yes because those vaccines can be regarded as another abomination of desolation.
Why?
Because human cell is the symbol of the sanctuary. Cell is the temple, the nucleus is the most holy place, DNA code written by the Creator stands for the holy law in the ark of the covenant (in the chromatin) which was also written by God and therefore holy. The natural messenger RNA in the cell nucleus stands for the High Priest or Christ our holy Mediator.
What is mRNA, and how do human-made mRNA vaccines work?
Messenger RNA (mRNA) instructs the DNA how to make various necessary for life proteins.
While all types of RNA are involved in building proteins, mRNA is the one that actually acts as the messenger or mediator. It is mRNA specifically that has the recipe for a protein. The mRNA is made in the nucleus and sent to the ribosome, like all RNA. Once it gets there, the mRNA bonds with the ribosome, which reads the mRNA’s nitrogen base sequence. Every three-bond sequence of mRNA relates to a specific amino acid, a “building block” of a protein. Amino acids must be arranged in a certain order to make a specific protein, and the mRNA has the blueprints that tell the ribosome which amino acids to get and how they should be arranged.
Covid vaccines inject into our cells a foreign alien or evil messenger RNA mediator which interferes with DNA code forcing it to make the same evil spike protein that is the part of covid virus. Not the cells expose that viral spike protein for the immune system to make antibodies against it in case the body is attacked by the same virus.
They say that the mRNA from the vaccines does not enter the cell nucleus or interact with the DNA, so it does not constitute gene therapy. Even if mRNA doesn’t enter nucleus and interact with DNA directly it does it indirectly through ribosomes (deception). The use ribosome to take over the evil message (viral blueprint) and interfere with written by God DNA code entering the most holy place and forcing DNA to make viral (evil) spike protein which contaminates the cellular temple.
Those vaccines have been proven to be ineffective, cause many very dangerous health problems and already killed many people. Fake mainstream mass-media are lying and google controlled by big pharma make it almost impossible to find the truth about it.
One of our sisters here told me about her son who was young strong full of energy and healthy young man and after getting the covid vaccine he almost died due to the sever heart problem as this vaccine was proven to cause acute heart inflammation and many athletes collapsed and died. I asked her if he was vaccinated? She said yes the doctor told her that her sons problem was caused by covid vaccine.
Was ark of the covenant allowed to be touched by common sinners? No. Was human DNA contaminated with false evil-inspired messenger RNA mediator? Yes.
And like changing God’s holy commandants by the papal Rome is regarded as the abomination of desolation also invading the cell temple and the nucleus to change written by God DNA code is also like changing God’s commandants by evil priest or mediator and therefore it is regarded as the abomination of desolation, which is the sign that the end is very close because during the time of medical terrorism almost entire planet was repeatedly forced to get this mRNA-based vaccination making evil big pharma extremely rich.
Daniel 12:11
The abomination of desolation that took place as a result of covid mRNA vaccination has been illustrated in the last chapter of the book of Daniel which was to be unsealed only before the return of Christ.
Polish athlete best in 10 x triathlon
Not long ago I was surprised to find that Polish athlete Robert Karas is the world record holder in the most extreme discipline known as ultra triathlon or Ironman. They start from 40km swimm, then ride a bike for almost 2000km and end up with over 400km run (ten times longer then maraton)
In order to be able to be able to gain this perishable crown he is willing to train for hours every day in spite of pain and exhaustion.
And he does all this to gain what crown?
Perishable crown.
When I read about him I felt ashamed. Why?
Becuase he is willing to suffer for hours every day to gain that perishable crown, and I am often satisfied with microwave prayers and short Bible studies, although the everlasting crown is already prepared form me in heaven through the sufferings of Lord Jesus. Everything I need to do here is to accept the gift through faith and preserve the true faith through prayers and Bible study untill the end!!!
And is this training in the form of prayers and Bible study something that causes suffering like triatlon training?
No, it is a great pleasure and privilege.

Further Thought: Read Ellen G. White, “Mind Cure,” pp. 241–259, in The Ministry of Healing; “True and False Theories Contrasted,” pp. 7–16, in The Sanctified Life.
“The great controversy is nearing its end. Every report of calamity by sea or land is a testimony to the fact that the end of all things is at hand. Wars and rumors of wars declare it. Is there a Christian whose pulse does not beat with quickened action as he anticipates the great events opening before us? The Lord is coming. We hear the footsteps of an approaching God.”—Ellen G. White, Maranatha, p. 220.
“Live the life of faith day by day. Do not become anxious and distressed about the time of trouble, and thus have a time of trouble beforehand. Do not keep thinking, ‘I am afraid I shall not stand in the great testing day.’ You are to live for the present, for this day only. Tomorrow is not yours. Today you are to maintain the victory over self. Today you are to live a life of prayer. Today you are to fight the good fight of faith. Today you are to believe that God blesses you. And as you gain the victory over darkness and unbelief, you will meet the requirements of the Master, and will become a blessing to those around you.”—Ellen G. White, Signs of the Times, October 20, 1887.
“The Lord is soon to come, and we must be prepared to meet Him in peace. Let us be determined to do all in our power to impart light to those around us. We are not to be sad, but cheerful, and we are to keep the Lord Jesus ever before us. . . . We must be ready and waiting for His appearing. Oh, how glorious it will be to see Him, and be welcomed as His redeemed ones! Long have we waited, but our faith is not to become weak. If we can but see the King in His beauty, we shall be forever and forever blessed. I feel as if I must cry aloud, ‘Homeward bound.’ We are nearing the time when Christ will come with power and great glory, to take His ransomed ones to their eternal home.”—Ellen G. White, Heaven, pp. 165, 166.
