What is the Significance of that Name?
The Greek name in Scripture for “Jesus” is Iesous (Strong’s #G2424).
The Hebrew name for Jesus Is YAHshua (Yeshua).
The name YAH is a shortened form of YAHWEH.
“Shua” means “salvation”
