And are generally. Father, we come to you gather together this morning, that we might enter into worship the worship of Truth. We're in, we study your words, we find ourselves guided change transformed as we investigate as we examine, as we find ourselves yielded in the spirit to your word, Your Truth, your divine revelation, having been made available to us as we investigated today, we pray for encouragement, for exportation Lord, for you to do that work in our lives, which you see fit, we praise you. And thank you for this opportunity and we enter into this time of study in the Blessed name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

well, as you know, we've been

immersed, in a little bit of us study in the

About the Shekinah Glory of God and have found that there is a tremendous wealth and quite a bit that really Nazi and has been tied together by many people out there with a few exceptions. And so we've been going through it and investigating it it is not something that has risen to a high level in the categorical. Doctrine teaching users are a few things. A few reference is, it may be something that has taught bit by bit as you go along, but never compiled into an exhaustive Doctrine, which we will probably do at the end of this, have a compiled doctrine that will put out and give you a bunch of bullet points so forth. Meanwhile, we've been going through an expositional, study investigating, the Shekinah Glory Why should we care? What is this Shekinah Glory? And what is it all about? Well, the Shekinah Glory represents that place. Where God Hitman meet where the Creator and the creation come together.

So, it has been an interesting Journey. We've seen everything from the Shekinah, Glory appearing in the wilderness over the Tabernacle. It's expressed in various ways, we have noticed that there are purposes for the Shekinah, Glory about, revealing the nature and the work of God and we have tabulated a number of those. We have noticed that whenever there is something significant going on, in the narrative in the Old Testament, the Shekinah Glory of God has appeared in his putting the stamp of authenticity of authority that God indeed is interacting with man. The god and deed is doing something significant and every single time we see the Shekinah Glory we see the

revelation of God. But it is at hand. Then what we mean by that is a special Revelation we're in, God is giving us his word, his word is being given, so we might have what we call scripture. And also the authority, the stamp of God is being placed on that scripture everywhere. We look everywhere we go where the Shekinah Glory Appears. We've done some investigations of appearing to the Shekinah. Glory not nearly all of them, but a few of them tied together, some examination. Some Exposition, we're going to continue with that today, but today we're going to be looking at what is behind the veil behind the veil. At least we're going to start the investigation. We may not be fully into it until next week. I don't know depends on how things go and how much you guys tickle me to keep on talking things that God inspires little rabbit trails that pop into the preachers head. When he starts preaching, it doesn't even realize what he's doing. Yes, that all happens. And we are we just assumed but via the filling of the holy spirit that God the holy spirit is in charge, right? Right. So I'm couple things looking at that, which is behind the veil now behind the veil. The speaking of the holy of holies that place in the temple or the Tabernacle, where there is a division made between the regular sacrificial system that is put in place and the Very living presence of God himself. There is a separation. There is a veil. There is something that is, separated know, when we look at creation, it is running along a timeline. God has created and Genesis 1:1. All of it is in the beginning he created. And so we see that time, begins time, begins matter. Begins God places all of creation, enter woven together in this Matrix of time matter. As be very Jewish, Albert Einstein, so elegantly put together in his physics thesis, and in his mathematical feces, He tied these all together. So we see that equals mc squared is taking matter and time and putting it all into an equation. He is energy. And MC squared m is matter. C squared is the speed of light, which is time. So we have energy matter and time all tied together in a single equation, reviewing what God revealed in Genesis 1:1, it's all tied together. And at that point going forward, then we have the constraints of time.

So in terms of our understanding of the Messiah and the provision which must be made that the sins of all mankind, must be dealt with, it will be dealt with in a point in time. In until that point in time comes, there is a veil between God and between men. No, it is a temporal bail, which will be taken down. As we know what the death of Christ at which point at his sacrifice. The bill is ripped From top to bottom in a separated that which represents the separation between God and man is taken care of by the Lord Jesus Christ. So he runs that it is separated so that happens both in time and in terms of all individual access to God himself, you see we can't come close to God until about separation has been torn asunder torn apart by the very real work in the person of the Lord Jesus Christ.

so, the holy of holies was never entered into

Except once per year at the Feast of Yom Kippur the day of atonement, and then only by the high priest. The most high priest would work his way down and through the temple. You see. It's interesting. There's only one way to get to the holy of holies.

What that sink you in both in the Tabernacle. And in the temple, there is only one way to gain access to the very presence of God. Only one way.

So, the high priest. Who's representative of whom? Who does the high priest represent?

Lord Jesus Christ. Yeah, absolutely. So we have drawn Connections to that place. That is representative of the person and work but it's accomplished on behalf of mankind by Jehovah, Yahweh has that meshiaak of Israel. No note a couple of

couple of passages that we're going to be reviewing today. Psalm 99 verse 1 You know, Isaiah 37 verse 16. So we're going to look at these separately, will look at these surrounding passages, but before we get there, we need to be in the form and take some ideas with us. So we have a little bit of objectivity when we get to those text. So we're going to bring in some information that we will find in the New Testament.

As we look over these passages, I am wanting you to try to keep in mind, but there is a reality that is in heaven in the realm of God. Been there is that, which is on Earth, but symbolizes or makes reference to that, which is in heaven. And then there is that, which is real on Earth. So we have Heaven that which represents heaven and that, which is on Earth. Three different levels or places for us to understand some significant things that we need to work through. In terms of Old Testament, picturing and transitioning. What is real and actual in the spiritual Realm. Interesting. I've been interacting with the number of individuals from Schaefer and from the free Grace camp that is out there. We have a burgeoning growing group of people who are dedicated to the work that we understand is just doctrinal teaching, but they understand it as the free Grace movement or just understanding Grace. And so there's a lot of people that are discovering it being drawn to it and as they get drawn to it they're investigating and they're having to go back to rework all of their theology.

so I'm finding myself interacting with individuals who have different perspectives on theology, different ways of looking at things now as it turns out there are Those poems in which, as we go through Christian and Christianity. As we go through the doctrines, we understand, there's a little bit of abstraction. For example, we talked about being in Christ positionally Being in Christ positionally but the one I'm fine. And if some of these people who that is a new concept, two are coming in and they look at it as an abstract reality, an abstraction really until they want to make a distinction between an abstraction and then the real thing it. So they try to draw a distinction and say justification were and we are made righteous by God. Is is the is the standing in Christ? Whereas the sanctification wherein we work out. We are living that spiritual life. They see as the real expression. Not going back to them. I'm saying, that's not exactly true. It's a real thing. It is actual what happens? When we are born again we are made a live to God. That is justification. It's not just positional. It's true. It's real. We are actually born again. We are actually born from above. We are made regenerative a work of God that he does. That is not something that Waits until we get into the sanctification room. It is in the justification room. So people are getting these things confused, you may say doesn't sound, like it makes any difference to me. Well, when you actually start to study and you start trying to Cobble together and put together these Concepts and you don't have the background that you and I have to have everything resting in place. What we find is people get pretty mixed up when they come to pretty weird conclusions. Pretty quickly. So, it is important what we understand. now, we are example that we went over in terms of Zion, Zion. It turns out is real, it is actually the word that describes the Heavenly places where God is where his throne room is where the people of God now, or Jesus has led them all to that place and have been. They are in Zion, we studied that we have been told in Hebrews to keep our eyes, on the things in Zion be mindful of it. It's not like Mount Zion. I wear those people stricken fear because of the reality of what they were actually seeing hearing feeling smelling the Thunder, the smoke, everything around them, cause them to have a sense of the reality of God, but we have an understanding of God in Mount Zion and and we are told that we are even more. So Lindo's at syeni to be aware because we have the reality.

And that makes people stumble and trip would fall and try to figure it out. Cogitate ruminate It turns out that which is in heaven, the Heavenly places, the spiritual life that we actually live by faith. Trusting in God's word is more real than that, which we can feel see here smell that which surrounds us. So we're to be aware of these in Mount. Zion is in heaven, but there is a Mount Zion on Earth where the temple is built. That little mountain, call the Zion, which is representative of the actual real Zion in heaven. Now, this one on earth is real as well, but it also is representative of that which is in heaven. So we have three levels, we have the reality of heaven, we have the reality of Earth and we have that, which is represented represented here on Earth which points us to the reality that is in heaven. Do we have a hard time understanding God and the things of God and the reality is there is no adequate understanding of God. Theologians talk about this but we have terms for it and really, we are animal against stick and a logistic. In terms of our understanding of God, we can't understand him directly in any way. Every aspect of his being of his person is eternal in nature. Is that is beyond comprehension, no matter which item we take out of the essence box, it doesn't matter. It is incredibly vast and beyond our comprehension. So how does God help us with that? He gives us an eliges, he gives us models. He gives us ideas that are the give us a symbolic or a side-by-side distinctive about God, that we can learn and bring back to our finite minds and our finite understanding. So that's part of what guy? Does Ross, scripture. Is he is giving us an analogy. Now we want to be careful. Lest we use what is incorrectly called interpretation by analogy, and that is, you get to take every passage of scripture. Make it your own analogy and then you get to write your own Doctrine or theology into it sometimes rules. Sometimes there is a system, you can take the Lutheran used, you can take the Presbyterian views, the Scottish reformers, you can take various different views and understandings of write them back. In the scripture, following the guidelines of the system that you happen to be associated with. Or you can just go hog-wild and make everything up as you go and end up with Colts or very sidelined groups like a Marietta Baker's Seventh-Day Advent. Group. So, we have many ways you can go with it when you analogize scripture and you also can open the doors to say why I have a new revelation by virtue of my using this analogy, and told me that there's new revelation that comes in. So if we just clamped down, understand the scripture is to be understood by the very model of interpretation that we use for everything else in life. We understand it as it was intended by the speaker and we understand it as it is to be understood by those who listen to the speaker. So we're going to take a look at some passages and Hebrews will start in Hebrews chapter 6.

So first, we're going to see what we are told and vs, 19, through 20, and then we'll move from there. Hebrews 6:19.

This hope we have as an anchor of the Soul, both Shore and steadfast and which enters the presence behind the veil where the 4Runner has entered for us even Jesus. How do you become high priest forever? According to the order of Melchizedek in death through Hebrews but I want a hit the high points here and pulling up out of it. So we have a sense of what is going on behind the veil behind this meeting for the bail to be separated, what is going on? So we see that you shua, Jesus hear entered behind the veil.

and therefore, as a result,

We have. Hey, hope. And that hope we are told is the anchor of the Soul. It was the anchor of our thinking. It is the anchor of everything that you think of. As the sole this place of your norms and standards the place, where you have memory reference to scripture, where God has inscribed his word and your soul, Where we have the location. What we understand gnosis and Epi gnosis, where God, the Holy Spirit takes and transforms. His very word makes it applicable in your life and your living, All this happens in the soul.

And how is it described an anchor of the Soul? You see when you were in a ship and you don't want to drift your toss out your anchor. It's the water break. The braking system of a boat, if you will, in our car, we put our foot on the brake return, on our emergency break. If you're in the water, you toss down and anchor. If you need to stabilize yourself you toss down a couple of thinkers. So you can keep pulling in the same direction instead of helicopter in around where the anchor has being blown by the wind. You can toss down a couple of acres and it gives you stability gives you connection to a spot. So you are not a drift but it seems that many teeth today is it? Our hope is a compass. Not an inker you know a compass like you learn to use in Girl Scouts or boy scouts or someone showed you how to use what this thing turns in his youth. Turn around. You can find where north south east and west is. There's some people teach that but what we have is a hope and somehow connected

but you're in the bath seat. You're going to be tossed and adrift. And that is not what we are taught. Our hope that is our firm expectation and how the spiritual life lives is attached to something firm real distinct which will not let us move. If that is, what we have is the focus of our faith. The focus of our thinking. Then we will have a stability in life. So big is a question. How is it going? How has that stability been? Has it been a little bit adrift? Hasn't been Rock Solid and I think you will agree with me as you examine that in your life personally and is God the Holy Spirit examines that with you but where you are locked in and saw that, it's because your home is based on his word firmly Shirley absolutely and where you are adrift. It's because you don't have his word locked, you in as that anchor, you have it more as a compass. I'll get there eventually. I know I'm blowing and moving around but you don't have a firm connection to scripture or firm connection to a promise and that's why you find yourself adrift.

But here we have the anchor.

The bar stool. I'm not Anker is the person, the work of Jesus Christ which we are told and turns the presence behind the veil. That is the Lord Jesus Christ entered into the very presence of God. He was able to walk behind the veil. And so to now being in Christ Jesus. So can we which is why we have access as priests, we can pray, we can change things around us. If you have been locked into the doctrinal view of fatalism, I beg you to consider reconsider and don't come up with this. Believe, the prayer doesn't make a difference or the you can't pray for someone salvation, what hogwash throughout scripture? We have instances of people, pray for the Salvation of others, interceding? Interviewing him. You can have any impact. Can you change? Your will, can you pray God, change, her will, or you can in a sense, if you are, dr. Lee a little bit, not quite astute. You may pray that way and God will have to interpret that in a correct way. But correctly, pray, you can pray, the God will help a person to understand the fullness of the Gospel. In such a way, as they can give a free-will response, you can Pray that do pray, that it is so important that you do. Then we are told in verse 20. Having crossed into the present behind the veil but he is the 4Runner. He has entered for us this Jesus having become high priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek. Now, you recognize, of course, the Jesus Christ was not a levite he's not from the tribe of Levi. Therefore, he cannot be a priest in that sense. He actually has a higher priesthood because he goes all the way back to the priesthood of milk is a deck and milk is a deck. It turns out was giving all Mitch to buy Abraham bow down before him. NFL Abraham Battle Before milk is a deck. Then that means everyone every one of his children. Great grandchildren, and great-grandchildren all that. He was a janitor of All of those are in here him at that time. So it means when he bowed but Isaac bad and when he bailed, that means that Jake about or who we call Israel. And if he brought, that means all of his 12 children about all the 12 tribes of Israel. So everyone was in Israel, Houghton. Isaac even Abraham there for when Abraham about everyone to follow about before milk is a deck.

So Christ is actually from that priesthood and actual real priesthood. That milk is a deck had before God as opposed to be ordained. Levitical priesthood that came up came about likely. So Christ is able to lead us into a new priesthood. We do not interact with God based on the levitical priesthood. If you think that's the case, then you are misinformed. We don't interact with God. Based on the levitical priesthood, we interact with God. Based on the milk is a deck Ian priesthood. Now we can be informed about much that occurs in Priestly work by the Levites and by The Book of Leviticus looking at it and book of Exodus Numbers, Deuteronomy, we can look and see what's going on there and being formed.

I want to pop forward a little bit to Hebrews chapter 8, verses 1 and 2 were continuing this narrative. Or there are a number of things are being discussed from Hebrews 6. All the way up through Hebrews 9 is one big section and I debated. I thought maybe we can make a run for it, just read the entire thing. But there's a few passages where we would kind of get into the weeds, just a little bit and get distracted. So I decided to do it this way. Hebrews 8 verse 10, this is the main point of the things we are saying, we have such a high priest. Who is seated at the right hand of the Throne of the Majesty in the heavens. Interesting. Our high priest is not here on Earth. He is able to operate as a high priest because he is in heaven and Heaven, venues able to intercede for us. He's able to intercede as a high priest for all pertinent issues were, and he needs to speak directly to God, the high priest, then is that individual who is interceding for, or directly communicating in a relationship with God.

first to he's a minister of the sanctuary. Bring up the true Tabernacle, which the Lord directed and not man we have a number of things that are pointed out here.

Not only is Christ the high priest, but he is a minister of the sanctuary, the heaven week Sanctuary the place where God is where Christ Jesus is and he is ministering there in this actual rule sanctuary of which it is said the true Tabernacle. You see the Tabernacle down on Earth was a representative Tabernacle not the real thing. That's what Hebrews is telling us the real Tabernacle was never the one on Earth that Moses and the Israelites built to honor God. It was a representative picture of that, which is occurring in heaven, and he goes on and he says that the Lord directed this Tabernacle in heaven, the real one and not men. Man has nothing to do with the creation of this Tabernacle. For those individuals who come along and said we have done the archaeological digs, we have checked out the ancient Mesopotamian Valley. We have looked at the other Semitic language groups, going black going back Millennia and we can tell you that this entire concept was constructed by man who has come up with by Mehran has an idea of trying to get close to this. God, they created in their head and here we have the exact opposite being told us Who's not created here on Earth? Don't listen to those archaeologists. Barkyard, just barking after their own fake views of things. Really, what we have is the God himself, is the creator of the heavens and the Earth. You been helping is in there, he created the heavens and then all on Earth, we have many things that teach us point to what is going on in the reality of the heavens. Yes.

It's the same concept, but a tabernacle just literally means the place to dwell.

So even though it is a tabernacle, we think of it, as the temporary, you know, construction out of that, which can be taken down and set up again. So we have pools and we have Fabric and we stretch it and tie it all together and hang the skins and put lay everything out. That's how we tend to think of it as a temporary thing. But what it is, it's an illustration of God dwelling in our miss. When the temple is nothing more than that, exact same concept as a permanent location. Depicting, that there is a permanent situation, God, has set up. But it is the same God, it's about the same God. It's about the same way that we approach God and the same Shekinah Glory. That's in both places. It's be speaking. The same thing. So we were told, we looked at this through several passages in the last couple weeks, but we are told that God is Tabernacle in our midst, even in reference to the temple. So it's using the exact same words, describing the situation. It is a place where God pitches his tent in our midst, even if it's the temple. So the Tabernacle isn't distorting that at all, it's just representing but it is a place to pitch a tent

Well, that makes a difference yet. I'm so we're going to look at this a little bit further and Hebrews. Chapter 8 verses 3 through 6, The writer of Hebrews continues on me. Says for every high priest is appointed to offer both gifts and sacrifices therefore it is necessary that this one also have something to offer speaking in what is going on with the Lord Jesus Christ and helping the Please do we have here on Earth? All have to have gifts and sacrifices as part of their role. So that informs us that. The same thing is happening in the Heavenly realm for Bruce for if he were on Earth, he would not be a priest. Since there are priests who offer the gifts according to the law. First five, who serve Notice I have some parts of the verse underlined here who serve the copy and the shadow of the Heavenly things. What are they serving? The copy in the shadow of heavenly things so that which is happening here on Earth with the Tabernacles in the temple is only to reveal. What is going on in the Heavenly places. But continues as Moses was divinely instructed when he was about to make the Tabernacle for he said, see that. You make all things according to the pattern. Sony you on the mountain. So it's a pattern to. Where does that pattern come from? It comes from the reality in heaven, where are the Heavenly Temple is where that place is Growing With? God is continuing verse 6. But now he has obtained, a more excellent Ministry. In as much as he is also mediator of a better government, which was established on better promises, so crisis in the place of the actual Heavenly Temple, and what he is engaged in, what he is involved in is better in every sense, but the writer of Hebrews is making clear from the beginning. And every way the person in the work of Christ is superior to the pictures, is superior to the angels, he's superior to the law. He's superior to the Mosaic Covenant for you. I've been involved in. In fact, he is, he has laid out for us a better Covenant, everything about the person and work of Christ is better. We're going to pop forward up the Hebrews chapter 9.

Verses 1 through 5. We're here. We have a study on the Earthly sanctuary. And further explanation of the Earthly Sanctuary. So in Hebrews 9 verse 1, Venom DVD even the first Covenant had or ordinances of divine service and the Earthly Sanctuary notice that again

We have the Earthly sanctuary. So the first Covenant, the Covenant with Moses was about the Earthly Sanctuary but the Earthly Sanctuary we've already been told and Hebrews versus pass is a picture. Is a representation of the Heavenly sanctuary. So, verse 2. For a tabernacle was prepared. So this temporary dwelling place as we think of it, which is a picture of the heavenlies is what we see the first part. And which was the lampstand, the table, and the showbread, which is called the sanctuary first three, and behind the second Veil, the part of the Tabernacle, which is called the holiest of all So he's telling us this paints a picture, we need to understand there is a place of open-access. There is a place that which you get to what we call the temple. I mean there was an interesting shoe Airy. Enter an inner place which is the holiest of all the place where God himself, dwells where the glory of God is seen. Verse for which had the golden censer the Ark of the Covenant.

Overlaid on all sides with gold in which were the golden pot that had the Manna Aaron's Rod that budded in the tablets of the Covenant.

So we have depicted there, then The Mercy Seat, all that is in the Ark of the Covenant covered by The Mercy Seat. You see the government's, we're not possible unless they were covered by The Mercy Seat.

Many people in covenant. Theology gets stuck on their Covenants. You may have actually in mine, typically one grand Covenant, that runs all the way across that history, which they have inserted into their views through their system of theology, but doesn't exist. There is no such Covenant like that, but I tried to call it the Covenant of Salvation and so they try to take all those things which we understand is distinct and separate and place those into that Covenant, which crosses time So they have a covenant in mind but it's not the broken up. Distinct covenants. The we tend to have in mind going back to Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and David, the land covenants between them Covenant. The New Covenant is attached to the Messiah and more specifically the second coming of the Messiah.

Put all of this as we understand it, all the covenants are actually covered by The Mercy Seat, which is how we meet with God. It's how we gain access. It's where we gain access and it represents the person and work of, Jesus Christ. Specifically in dealing with the SIM issue between God and man versus pin above it. Where the cherubim of Glory overshadowing, The Mercy Seat of these things, we cannot now speak in detail, he doesn't have time. Then this Exposition he's giving us in Hebrews, to go into the details of what every aspect with. Every one of these things memes, pictures represents in terms of the Earthly, being a picture of the Heavenly, we have other places we can go to for that. There's plenty of information for us to pull out. We're not going there either. At this time, we just know that all of those things are represented in the Earthly. Holy of holies. And they give us picture and insight into what is happening in the Heavenly holy of holies.

Couple of points here. No notice, of course, that the covenants and The Mercy Seat or all covered with gold. The Mercy Seat itself, is the place where the blood is poured out on Yom Kippur by the high priest, it is that place in which there is both an atonement and an Absolution for all of mankind, specifically for the people of Israel because this is their Covenant relationship with God. And the high priest is coming before God on behalf of then as a nation with a covenant relationship, but notice again, the Covenant is pictured. Underneath, the mercy seat is on top. There is no access by anyone to the Covenant, unless they go through The Mercy Seat. We've had many movements in the last fifty years, or so, as the Messier Big Jewish meal you if you will has progressed has grown, we've gotten some good Jewish teachers who are speaking biblical truth. I'm studying scripture from a Jewish Israel oriented perspective, which is long, been missing from the theological systems of Western Society. We tossed the Jewish perspective out, we did it to Great harm to ourselves and our own thinking, but now we're getting it back. But we've had those people who come along. They said, oh well, you know, you got the Christian thing and you got the Jewish saying, the Christians, have their Jesus and the Jews have their law. They have their governments may get to God through the government's. But this illustration shows us that that is wrong. You don't get to God through the covenants. The covenants are covered by The Mercy Seat. The Mercy Seat, where the shed blood picturing the working person of Jesus Christ. End of story has been poured out, there is only one way one access. They're not two systems to God. They're not three systems to God, they're not 456 different ways to get to God. There is one way to gain access to God. Historically, going back to the beginning of time. All the way for the never has been never will be any other way to get to God other than the work and person of Jesus Christ.

No, we have progressive revelation from Genesis floor. So that means as time moved forward, we have more and more of an understanding that has been given assembly written revelation. Starting with Joe have been with Moses and then continuing forwards are all the books of the Old Testament. We had that which all points to the person in the work of Jesus Christ, there is no other

We move forward to Hebrews 9:6. So just the next burst forward.

For 6. Now, when these things had been thus prepared, the priest always went into the first part of the Tabernacle performing the services We're seven, but into the second part. The high priest went alone once a year, not without blood. He didn't just walk in on his own merits, he walked in and under the merits.

Moksha, Boyd. Yes, the merits of a work that was representative, Lee depicted by the shed blood, it would be the substitution substitution area payment and a toning force in performed by the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. So not without blood, which he offered for himself because he is a high priest, was a sinner and for the people's sins committed in ignorance. So all of their sins committed knowingly. Do you have been taken care of up at the front where they gave their sacrifices? But there is an issue of people who committed sins that they didn't know about that. They did not sacrifice for. And once a year, God showed, but not only that, they need to deal with their known sin issues, but that he would deal with the Unknown saying issues, so make a burst jump to any one's mine. 1st John 1:9. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us. From all unrighteousness. He doesn't just cleanse us of that, which we confess he cleanses us of all unrighteousness, which is a good thing because, quite frankly, even as mature as you may be, You have Sims that you commit unknowingly, you don't think of them as Sin. Our arrogance is an amazing thing. What we can let ourselves get away with, think they were getting away with not even calling is sin, but calling it. Something else is just a Stunna, shhing an astounding. Therefore it is wonderful that we confess our sin. You can go. It's a wonderful. I haven't seen him in a while. I just recommend you get on your knees right there and confessed because you have been used to have been

if you need to walk in the cleansing blood of Christ Jesus, as we say, picked orally, You need to be walking in the filming in the empowering of God, the holy spirit, because he is the one who makes you adequate. Jesus Christ has dealt with your standing, both in eternity and functioning in spiritual reality, right here. And right now, and you need it, we all know that we all made it. We need you to meet at so that we won't be negatively impacted by your sinful perspective and thinking and you know, guilt-by-association we want you to confess your sin so that we all can benefit by Blessing by association as you walk in the power of the spirit. It's a good thing. It's a good interaction that we have. When we all confess our sin and keep short accounts forsake the Holy Spirit, indicating this. But the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest while the first Tabernacle was still standing versus mine. It was symbolic. Who the present time and which both gifts and sacrifices are offered, which cannot make him. Who perform the service. Perfect in regard to the conscience. 10 concerning only with foods and drinks various washing fleshly ordinances. Imposed until the time of reformation. He's explaining. You guys are still trying to be involved in levitical system. It dies, you absolutely no good. These are vain washing now because they were symbolic of something, you need to be holding on to that which it symbolize. The real work of Jesus Christ on your behalf. It's Superior to this system that you don't want to give up there for your going to walk into a temporal judgment in ad70. All was going to be destroyed. And also a fellowship problem because you're choosing to think that you are purified Sanctified made, right in God's eyes, by going through a representative system and ignoring the reality of what God has done. You see why I started out talking about there is that, which is on the earth there is that, which is representative or symbolic. And then there is the actual real thing because we actually really live in the spiritual Realms. As Colossians tells us and we were employed by Paul. He says Keep your mind on the things above where Christ is in the heavenlies. Fink live and dwell in this actual reality of the real spiritual life. But what is happening in played out here on Earth, not what the symbolism is. We can get stuck in between and symbolism the point of the physical on Earth is not to look at the symbolism. It's to look at the reality that is symbolized.

You see the truth. The real thing is what we need. Just like, we actually need to walk and rebound confession of sin, The Filling of the spirit, we actually need to have our minds filled daily weekly was often. As we can with the word of God, that it might be vibrant, living and thriving inside.

We actually need to be involved as those who are spiritual creatures in prayer, that is recognizing our daily. Moment-by-moment relationship with God intervening on behalf of others intervening on behalf of society, or church congregation the body of Christ in America. Those Souls who need to be saved. We are to actually be involved in all of these things prayer. Should be constantly coming up with like air bubbles. From a diver under the water blue because you don't stop breathing. You don't stop respiration in the truth of God's word through your soul and giving off prayer bubbles to the Lord constantly it's real. We need to live there and we need to recognize that which is real and that which is transitory that which is all around us. What we pour our actual time and energy into all of this which is going to burn.

Eternity will remain forever. We must make sure that we have our Focus. Correct on Hebrews 9, verses 11 through 15 just picking up a verse moving forward. Which love my Christ. Came as high priest of the good things to come. With the greater and more perfect Tabernacle not made with hands, but is not of this creation. It is not part of creation.

It is not subject, then to the restrictions of creation.

Man had nothing to do with this formation. It is the real the real Tabernacle of God verse 12, not with the blood of goats and calves. But with his own blood, he entered the most holy Place once for all having obtained Eternal Redemption.

I know there are some people who get kind of caught up into the idea of it was there. An actual taking of the blood of Christ into the heavenlies. Was there an actual pouring out? The Catholics, have some great explanations, lots of pictures depicting. The Chalice, with which the blood was captured, there was transported to heaven and poured out in the Heavenly places. But this is his own blood kin to him to not the blood of goats and Cavs Has nothing to do with the hands of man, so I don't think capturing the blood of Christ qualifies cuz I would be with the hands of man, even those who say all the angel did it, they captured, the blood are missing the whole point, it's not the literal blood of Jesus Christ. It's the word that his blood represents that is important. First 13, for, if the blood of bulls and goats from the actions of a heifer, sprinkling, the unclean sacrifices for the purifying of The Flash. So, they have all these rights that are important. You have to have the blood of bulls. What is Big male cows, who are set aside these steers who have a purpose, which is to be slaughtered their blood gathered represent the wife of power and might and the actions of a heifer, that is a female cow. In this case, a red unblemished perfect appearing once in every so many generations. And when they find this red heifer, without a single other hair, only provided by God, And everyone is struggling. Now in the world to try to find this, there is no red heifer nor can one be found or bread. But when the millennial kingdom comes, there will be a red heifer. I wage there will not be a real red heifer that will show up to inaugurate, the fake Temple. That will be put in place during the during the tribulation that Temple of Peace between Israel and all the people dedicated to the Antichrist.

There won't be a real red. Heifer. I don't think but there will be when it's time for the millennial Kingdom. God will have it. It will just walk out. Perfect unblemished ready. And every way sprinkling the unclean sanctify, his for the purity of the flesh who may take this water and Ashes, which is used to purify everything without, which, they cannot have a Sanctified Temple, but it's just a picture first 14. So, how much more shall the blood of Christ? Who through the eternal spirit offered himself without spot to God? Cleanse your conscience from dead works. To serve the Living. God, there's a lot packed in here just simply said it is dead Works to try to approach God. Anyway, other than the grace provision made available through Jesus Christ. And these people are trying to use Deb Works. He is calling them here. In verse 14, to approach the heavenlies, you can't do it can't be done that way. If you ever been driving down in California and you see them building these, great big, huge, causeways and Cloverleaf turnouts and stuff like that in a bra. After a couple of the big earthquakes we've had over the decades past ride Dawn driving down to California and there's a great big causeways you know 300 ft long and it's down on the ground you know when you see this you know this Causeway going One Direction, turning out the other nothing in between you know they have no and they don't arrive at where you would think they might be going. So too with dead works. It's the same thing, you're not getting where you think you're going. There's just a great gap of absence in between Show me the grace work of. Jesus Christ provides what's needed. To have a real actual relationship with the god in the heavens right now. There's $15 for this reason. He that is Christ. Jesus as the mediator of the New, Covenant by means of death for the Redemption of the transgressions under the first Covenant that those who are called may receive the promise of the Eternal inheritance. Lord. Jesus Christ has done, the only thing that is real, the real relationship, the real work, it's all been accomplished by him. Really jump forward a bit. Hebrews 9 verses 23 through 28. Bell in verse 22. Before we get here, we learn that without the shedding of blood, there is no remission or cleansing. It's pictured throughout the Old Testament. There is always a shedding of blood which is a picture of the propitiation work of Jesus Christ Alone can propitiate. He alone can bring peace between us and God he alone can Maryland that relationship which was rent by Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden as they send and brought down the curse of sin on all of us. Jesus Christ as the second, Adam alone can bring that repairing. So our final view here in this passage speaks of the greatness of Christ sacrifice, notice how it starts out first, mine, it should be verse 23, chapter 9, Hebrews 9, 23, Therefore, it was necessary that the copies of the things in the heavens.

Copies of the things in the heavens, should be purified with the. So when you have copies, they have to be purified and Sanctified, but the Heavenly things themselves.

Gutter sacrifices than the. You seeing the actions of a red heifer in the blood of a bowl or not enough to cleanse the Heavenly Temple, the must be the absolute work accomplished by Jesus Christ.

Let's sanctifies and makes it a place where God and man can come together and meet Bros 24. For Christ has not entered the holy Place made with hands. Not this hand, fashion man-made place that we can meet. With God Christ has not entered that place. These are copies of the true but he entered into heaven itself. Now to appear in the presence of God for us,

by the way, in terms of religion, there are many, many handmade copies. Key copies. know, if you go to New York, you can get little statuettes made of

Statue of Liberty. If you go to Paris, you can get little copies or big copies or puzzle copies, you may have one on your wall right now of the great famous Eiffel Tower We have jigsaw puzzles, we have little paper puzzles that can be assembled. In 3D, we have big puzzles that can be put the place. We have people who have made a very large size replicas and put them in the middle of their parts. Across the country. But none of them are the real thing. They are just pale, replicas, they are not the true thing. Jesus Christ did the real work so that we might enter into heaven itself. His purpose was.

Being in the presence of God for us, which made way for us to be in the presence of God having been made righteous with his righteousness and placed in him. First 25 offer himself often as the high priest sooner. The whole Most Holy place every year. Over. Over again because it was a picture of the real thing. It was not the real thing. It had to be Illustrated constantly, and it had to illustrate the lack of permanence of the work that they were doing. It was an expression of a need for that, which was to come first 26. He then would have had to suffer often since the foundation of the world, but now once at the end of the ages, he has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. Just what we have been saying he himself was the sacrifice, that was necessary. One Time, One sacrifice Eternal in nature, it was all encompassing, all sin of all, man, for all that has been placed on Christ, and his sacrifice was satisfactory to God. Route 27 and as it is appointed for man to die once. But after this, the Judgment verse 28. So Christ was offered once to Bear the sins of many to those who eagerly wait for him, he will appear a second time. Is coming back apart from soon for salvation. He's not coming back to deal with sin, but his second coming will be a Deliverance. You've heard of Deliverance Ministries. It's, those crazy people who want to walk around and smack you in the forehead and cast those demons out of you, that demon of sleeping in in the morning, good Demon of drinking coffee, whatever your demon, maybe whatever may cause you to do

Deliver deliver you must be delivered. And we know that all of that is fake and we renounce it, but Jesus Christ himself will come for salvation or for deliverance of the Jews at the end of the tribulation, for the Deliverance of this world from the domination of sin as he rules and Reign for a thousand years, over the entire planet limiting, and constraining the impact of sin to liberate us from demon kind. All demon, Satan himself will be tossed into a pit and the cover sealed for a thousand years. So there will be no, spiritual warfare of the time that we experienced today, it will still be there in Sidious and evil, in the hearts of men, is they turn from God and turn to themselves, but hopefully, it will be far less. Then we see at the end of this time, going into the tribulation for the entire world will. Against God.

things will be different, but Jesus Christ will deliver

So when we come back in the second session, we're going to move to some Old Testament passages, observe some passages with our having been informed by the writer of Hebrews about this. Heavenly perspective, we just wanted to check if it just in the New Testament, just the writer of Hebrews to have this perspective of a Heavenly place. And so we're going to examine and see if there is something there in the Old Testament about the same thing. So we'll see what the Old Testament. Believers know about this idea and we'll get to that in the second, our family. Father, we thank you for this time. We are blessed to be able to investigate. And then we would pray that the melding work of your holy spirit with softly massage, our souls and our thinking that we might be receptive to your outpouring. Lord, as you minister to each of us by The Filling of the Holy Spirit inflamed and filled with your word, we might find ourselves Boyd in our thinking properly oriented to Heavenly places. Not stuck with the human Viewpoint view of life, living in spirituality here on Earth. So we look forward to your Mighty work as we continue. And I, we take this break that we might have decompression and a chance to come back and said he can Christ name, we pray,

Bring something at school. One of my students did a presentation on a new phenomenon that sell racing through the Evangelical world called grave sucking, actually Bill Johnson over in the cultic arena of Redding, California.

Poets are these people who have a mystical view of spirituality and they literally go on lay on the graves of believers who they thought were spiritual at 1 or something in the bones that they can suck out, and they basically get it for me, distorted view of the passage, where the man fell on the bones of elishah, and he sprang up, or they took a dead man's body and they threw it, because they're being invaded. So, they cost in the grave. They were his bones were any spring up alive, which they totally missed the point of the passage. Must have talked about it in the second half of You are terrible where I talked about it.

I know it's just like,

grave sucking has moved into The Morbid and the cultic.

What do they call it? The fourth fourth wave, or presentation on it, on the pastor meeting couple years ago, Greg Allen over in Pennsylvania, it done quite a bit of work and laid it out there for a sore leg.

Taken with that kind of thing.

Taken is the right word. I mean. Scary stuff. I had a friend that attended the service down there, she was so impressed because flakes of gold smell of us.

For people to whom Authority has fallen to experience. You can't you can't change their mind. There is variance. Is he a 40 this matter what God's word said?

Yeah, evidently

Cleansing flood.

Oh right. I'm going to try something different. Don't be stressed.

Oh, you know old people don't like change. You guys are fine. We're going to try doing a round number 433 rejoice in the lord, always are going to go through and make sure everyone knows how to sing this and then we'll split it up into the round based on one side and the other side of the room. So we'll have two different parts going at the same time. That's the theory. 433 rejoice in the lord always and again I say rejoice rejoice in the lord always and again I say rejoice Rejoice rejoice and again I say rejoice rejoice and again I say rejoice rejoice in the lord always. And again I say rejoice Rejoice in the lord. Always again, I say rejoice, first section, the second section in the third section. So what we're going to try doing it, we'll have this side to my left. So, all of you guys over here, we're going to sing the first section.

Twice and after we sing it twice, this group, I'll kill you guys in and you're going to sing the first section twice, and we'll both be singing her own sections at the same time with a little round. Going on, never before done at least since I was a kid in this. The minister himself. Okay. So this side only, you're ready, rejoice in the lord, always. And again I say rejoice rejoice in the lord always. And again, I say rejoice Rejoice, Rejoice rejoice. And again, I say rejoice rejoice in the Lord.

Rejoice in the lord always. And again I say rejoice.

That was a wonderful failure. Wonderful wonderful.

We will, we will try it again. Yeah, we almost need two voices to voice leaders on each side to make it work. So, but now you have the idea, it's a Rondo or around. And I will come back and try it again sometime. We're ready for the

Girly father we thank you for this opportunity to come and enter into that portion of our worship service. Wherein we give the free-will offering to you, Lord we pray that this might be a reflection of your faithfulness in our life. As we are, reflective of that as a, We are following the instruction that as we give Lord, is should be with thankfulness with joy and happiness, in our heart, we get out of because we have received. So abundantly Lord by Grace because of your faithfulness, therefore, we return gifts that your faithfulness might be seeing understood and perceived Lord in all of eternity. And so these offerings are a reflection of our understanding of the work of Christ. As we look at him, then we reflect that back. In Christ's name, we pray.

And I, you can turn to him for 30. For 30 for 30.

Alright, have fun with Misty.

Hello.

I Got Talent.

Oh, well, we'll come back to it. Yeah. Pretty soon. Will school sound like an organ in here.

You're right. Let's opening prayer for the second service.

Tell me, Father, we thank you for this time. We come into your presence that we might worship you in the studying of your word. We ask that you might be exalted in our souls, as your truth takes dominance in our thinking, we pray that we might find ourselves reflecting. You your perspective, your intent. Your purpose that we might live the spiritual life by Grace not by works, not by Maurette, but by your grace provision and we look forward to this work. You do in Christ Jesus name. Amen. We're picking you up with our study in Exodus chapter 25 verse 9. As I mentioned, we have the instruction and Hebrews to set us a ride and let us see that these things are just pictures. But what does the Old Testament itself, say and what was the understanding of the Old Testament practitioners? In other words, if you were walking around in the time of Christ, what did you think, what was your supposed perspective supposed to be according to scripture? We know that there were Pharisees that there were bad. Just sees that there were scribes and they all had their own teachings, their own interpretations. But what was the biblical option for those people who actually looked at the Old Testament scripture? Exodus 25 verse 9. According to all that, I show you. Then God is instructing. That is the pattern of the Tabernacle and the pattern of all its finishings. Yes, he said that. Just so you shall make it just as Hebrews had enlightened us turns out. He didn't make that up on his own. He actually wherever the writer of Hebrews was of the letter to the Hebrews, he looked at this passage and he took instruction from it. So there is in the Old Testament, it's not a new testament teaching or idea that everything on Earth is a picture of the things above.

So God here's speaking to Moses. God shows Moses on Mount Sinai a pattern for the Tabernacle which is the Heavenly standard and it's not clear whether he has a picture, he has a vision, how it's accomplished but what Moses sees on Mount Sinai is a pattern based on the Heavenly are good fight but is the original So we have a type and an archetype. The type is that, which is a symbol or a picture of something, the archetype is the actual thing. So it turns out that the Tabernacle and the temple are types of that, which is the archetype revealed to Moses in heaven. Now these are not random things that are in the Tabernacle. They're all fit into a broader perspective. In a broader plan that we see look over in Exodus 25.

Get ahead of myself. Reading the wrong thing. Exodus 25 verse 40. See to it that you make them according to the pattern, which was shown you on the mountain. So saying, the exact same thing, there is a powder and it was showing you while you were with God on the mountain out of Psalm 114 verse for Psalm 114 verse 4, These are not random things. A Ford tells us the Lord is in his holy Temple. The Lord's throne.

He is in heaven. His eyes behold his eyelids test. The sons of men,

Hey, I'm confusing. You and me because I'm getting my notes put before and after what I have here. So so we had the two passages just to clarify who Exodus 25 verse 9 and 25 verse 40. Or telling us that we have the pattern, the pattern includes everything that is in the temple everything that Moses was to compile and bring down and right then we moved to Psalm 114 verse for this is

Yeah, that's what I mean. So I'm 11 verse 4.

I'm I'm having a dream. Rimmel dyslexia something, some type of aphasia. Tell the Lord is in his holy Temple. The Lord's Throne is in. K. His eyes behold his eyelids test. The sons of men that is God sees and where he sees he directs. Then where eyelids are involved. Eyelids come down, that is a pause for us and so what we're talking about is God's directing and God's allowing men to work is volition but God is in charge God. Season breakfast, or his eyelids, come down and he pauses. So the man might make his volitional response to the direction that is given to him. So, I'm 18 verse 6.

We saw.

And 11 for the god. Has a Dwelling Place in heaven. An 18-6, we read in my distress, I called upon the Lord and cried out to my God and he heard my voice from his temple, in My Cry. Came before him even to his ears. So we see a picture of God and his temple being called to buy someone here on Earth, David calling out to God. And then his Temple, God hears and answers. We have a picture of God in his Temple. We going to Micah verse 1, chapter 1, verse 2

Can we see in this case God and His Temple calling out. So we had got in his Temple listening. Then we have God and His Temple calling out, Michael 12. Here. All you people's listen to Earth and all that is in it. Let the Lord God be a witness against you. The Lord from his holy Temple for the Lord exist in his Temple, to hear from man and also to direct and guide and speak to mankind. When we have habakkuk chapter 2 verse 20,

But the Lord is in his holy Temple. Let all the Earth, keep silence before him. So here is just the idea God is in his Temple. He is Holy, he is set apart as different as distant. Let's all mankind. Keep silence before God so we have in the first a passage that we used.

Psalm 18 verse 6, we had someone calling out to the Lord in his Temple then and Micah 12, we had the Lord speaking from his Temple and habakkuk 220. We have for just being quiet in his temples and everyone shut up, cuz I thought is here in his Temple. So what we have are 32 pictures different interactions with man on Earth, but all of them illustrating that God is in his Temple, that is the holy place, the place from which he rules, and He Reigns, and most importantly, rust. Understand when God is depicted in his Temple. When we have that wording, it's talking about where Man meets God. Where Man meets God and that is depicted as being in the temple. so, this brings us then One of the passengers, I referred to at the beginning of the first service Psalm 99 verse 13, take a look at Psalm 99 verse 1. Pretty amazing. A little song here.

We'll start with the first verse and catch a couple of Concepts that I have underlined here, the Lord Reigns. Let's the peoples tremble, he dwells between the cherubim. Let the Earth be moved.

We have a few things that are going on here.

Do we need to be cognizant of? So as we are dealing with this idea that there is an Earthly, there is a Heavenly and then there is that symbolic understanding the gets us as if it's a stair-step from the Earthly not to stop here. But to continue on until we're functioning in the Heavenly places, we have that depicted here and solve 99 verse 1. Begins with this idea that the Lord is raining He's in charge. Let the people tremble. This is a picture. You're going to see that. It's going to take us back to what happens at Mount Sinai. Where there is a trembling where a people out of a visceral, real, physical awareness of God and his Shekinah Glory coming down on the mound but it says something significant here. That is a huge take away that we should have him mine. He dwells between the seraphim. He dwells between the cherubim now in the heavenlies. It means one thing down on Earth. It means another what it means on Earth should be represented and give us an understanding of what's going on in the heavenlies. So here on Earth between the wings of the cherubim. Where are the Lord tells us between the wings of the cherubim? I will meet you there. We have that depiction of Grace, in Grace is not the covering of sin.

Letting send continue to rot and fester. Grace is the picture of the justice of God being Satisfied by the righteous, provision of the Lord, Jesus Christ in such a fashion that all that is left for mankind is access to God through Grace. Grace means the Jesus Christ. Did it all? There is nothing left for you to do. In terms of your salvation, you simply believe on the work, It has been performed by Jesus Christ and satisfying, your sin debt. I'm at that point of belief. God himself saves you because of Grace. You see anyone any situation, no matter how following, no matter how Despicable, no matter how much you may despise it or someone else may despise it, how much I may despise. And it doesn't matter because that person sins have been dealt with paid for and covered by the Lord Jesus Christ. End of story. So every man me access the Throne of God by Grace they believe in the work of Christ and he will save them. Believing in the work of Christ means that they simply have said I trust and believe that that is true and I trust in it for myself. My approaching God. I come to God. This way only that Christ is the provider for my approach to you. In at that point we are saved but that point of acknowledgement and understanding so simple that every child can do it, we are saved. A lot of people out there arguing over what the content of Salvation is backed in, some of the Bible studies, I'm involved in with the pastor groups were going over the even the arguments with them, the free Grace camps. What all is involved in, has to be involved. What does a person have to believe in order to be saved? I said this before, let me repeat it. It's really simple, but I'll use some big words to explain it. We must crossed.

in the

atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ. We must believe that it was for us.

So, we reduced that. Then to substitutionary atonement, we must believe in the substitutionary atonement. Now, there are some other Concepts there. We must understand that we sin and worse than her. Cuz every child us, we must understand that there is a Tragic gap between all mankind. In God, we must understand that. Jesus Christ paid the price and we might have reconciliation. He paid the price of sin that we might have relationship with God. Every child can understand this, we have reduced it and come up with many simple ways to portray that, but we are portraying is substitutionary atonement.

Christ. Took my place for my sins. Paid the price of the god might be satisfied. So I come to God based on what Jesus Christ did for me. Substitutionary atonement, he is my substitute every child understands it. So every gospel message then must have the best idea. Substitutionary atonement. How do we know if a person is saved? They have trusted in the substitutionary. Atonement.

It's actually simple. When you think about it, what is the key, principle? The key fought. The key thing. That must be understood. Substitutionary atonement. Very, very important. So people come in and they say what you don't have to understand about soon and being a sinner. Will that then isn't substitutionary atonement. I'm sorry, you don't have to believe in Jesus Christ. Paid the price. You don't have to believe that he reconciled us to God will. Then that isn't substitutionary atonement. You don't have to believe that God is Satisfied by this. Then that isn't substitutionary, atonement. Substitutionary, atonement means. We are reconciled to God by the replacement work done accomplished by Jesus Christ. We bring nothing to the table. Nothing we do. Earn the spirit with God. Jesus Christ. Did it all? Substitutionary atonement.

I was want to make you stay with me. Substitutionary. It's that simple. Between the wings of the cherubim. What do we have? Substitutionary atonement.

Where does man meet with God? Substitutionary atonement.

Why is it that we can have a relationship with God? Substitutionary atonement.

What is the purpose? What is the reason? What is Elvis Christian. The god stuff with. What's it all about? Substitutionary atonement.

Therefore, because it is about. Substitutionary atonement, it's about Grace. You see, there's nothing you can earn, there's nothing you can do either in getting saved or in having a spiritual relationship with God. You can't make yourself something or someone that God cares about more, because you stand based on substitutionary atonement, your ability to walk in the filming of the Holy Spirit. It is based on 1st. John 1:9. Substitutionary atonement. He has paid the price. He has done it. All cleansing is simply coming back and say oh between the wings of the cherubim, I confessed my sin, substitutionary atonement, it has been done. It has been accomplished. The work is already done. We're not coming for the substitution to happen. Again, it has to happen. We are simply coming back and trusting in it and believing on it. Let's continue on and Psalm 99 verses 1 through 9. So the Lord Reigns let the people tremble, he dwells between the cherubim, let the Earth be moved. Google the shaking, the earthquake in that happened at Sinai happen because we have the Shekinah Glory of God. They're on the mountain. And what does the Shekinah Glory represent? Substitutionary atonement.

news about the grace place where man has access to God and God can receive man,

You thought you were learning a crazy Latin term all this time. One of the most significant phrases and doctrinal understandings. You can have in your entire life, if you don't get it, you don't get anything. If you do get it, you have the capacity to understand everything in the spiritual life.

His were not my work, I trust, and what he did. My trust in him for salvation, I trust in him for the feeling I trust in him. As I spend time in his word, reading learning understanding via the spirit, but his word might fill me, his work, his work, his work, his work is what I trust in. Never my own Merit. Never anything that I bring to the equation. What is all this spiritual jockeying? The people have going on and you see it all the time. You go to various churches, and I'm not saying it doesn't happen. Here it may be but there are people who have a way of kind of nudging. You and letting you know that their spirituality is better because they're doing something in their relationship with God. They have a right perspective, they know the right thing to say they have the right way to do things. And it is merit-based orientation as opposed to coming to God and coming to each other. How should I approach you? I should approach you as I approach God. how strangely we give terms to this like impersonal, love

Impersonal, love meaning that I approached you the way that I approach, God. Where the god approaches me will, how do we approach each other through? The Shekinah, Glory place. The place of meeting between the wings of the cherubim, that is how I meet God. That is the best place for me to meet you there for as you're interacting with each other. Whether it's someone you get along with great or the person you really want to love, you want to get along great with. But you have a hard time doing approach them through this place to the place of the substitutionary. Atonement of Jesus Christ. The great here in there is a fountain filled with blood drawn from Emmanuel's veins and sinners plunged beneath. That flood lose all their guilty stains.

How did job once years ago? Lord provided this job, amazing, how he made all that happened and friend of mine or is this guy was walking in the rain with a high school? We interacted and chat a little bit. He says, what are you doing? What are you up to? What are you been doing? He says I got a job for you. Want one? They brought me in to be a database analyst and programmer for a corporation. I came in and so, I took over start doing all this work and turns out there's another lady who was there in this place and she had seen some of this other individuals, some of his Persnickety Behavior. Some of his interpersonal relationship management stuff that just wasn't quite right little bit weird that she just had a real distaste for him to develop this bitterness for him and she would talk with me. She's how can you put up with him? How can you deal with them? And I'm thinking, Lord brought him into my life, he's a brother. He is. And what I said to her, I said you know what? All the sins that you see. I see covered by the blood of Jesus Christ. He has washed him clean. I love him because of that. That's how I see him. That's how I put up with him and she just looked at me.

What kind of craziness is this?

We don't always get to those through to those people immediately but I know I know in my heart, I know in my heart, that had a huge impact on her thinking, we need to be doing that. That should be the model of how we deal with each other problems issues. Cover it with the blood. See them in the way that God sees him choose his Viewpoint in that way. Let the Earth be moved verse to the Lord is great in Zion. The Heavenly Zion the Earthly Zion hasn't even been taken yet place. According to the Mosaic perspective, is David Wright's, it. Zion is the place where the temple will be, but it isn't there until his son's home and build it. And he is flying above all the people were talking about the real heaven where God is between the wings of the cherubim, actually, really the angels in heaven, surround him the place, where the atoning sacrifice in the work of Jesus Christ has been in, this is God's basis for reaching out and having relationship with all men vs 3, let them appraise your great and awesome name. He is Holy that word. Holy means different Easter Theme to supper. It is unapproachable. He is in a way that is completely different from us.

We have our own version of holy has more to do with self-righteousness typically Or holy that which is set aside. We can only get there to mysticism know. God's holiness is other nests. He is other in that he is without sin, and he is perfect. Is in comprehensible. We talked about in the last hour. He is eternal in every aspect of his nature. Prayers for the Kings strength. Also loves Justice. You have established Equity, you have executed Justice and righteousness. Even Jacob he's talking about Justice. And righteousness, as we just, did you see the Lord? Jesus Christ is the only righteous one. And only his payment will provide the means for True Justice to be done. Interesting, this word have established Equity. It's a word that's under attack in our society, in our time, we have equality but then they will, but let's take to do an equity means. Equity in the Hebrew beans. A level field. A level plain. There's no uphill. There is no downhill. Everyone is in a level place. There is no difference. No distinction. Under any basis. What is this new equity mean with new? Equity means it. Let me quote from George Orwell. From his book Animal Farm have been. If you read that Animal Farm, Worth getting in Reading, even if you haven't well worth it. It's instructional, it will help you think about what's going on. Now, here's the quote.

Some animals are more equal than other animals. How can you be more equal?

See what's going on their door in Animal Farm. We had this picture of a, basically, a farm with the farmers and animals in the pigs. Take over kill the farmer as I recall and they end up running the farm yard, and then they start writing the rules on the back of the barn. First rule written up there. All animals are equal.

After while crocodile some animals are more equal than other animals to be crossed out, pigs are more equal than any other animals. Is the idea that's what the new Equity is. It's a changing of a word. So instead of having equality, everyone on the same place, same level, it's different. Funny scripture talks about this. If we pay attention to scripture, we have all the guidance we need, you have established, who God Equity, what's that Level Playing Field? You have executed, what Justice and righteousness in? What Jacob where does Christ come from through the line of Jacob or Israel? First 5 exalt, the Lord Our God and worship at his footstool he is Holy, will come back to this footstool here but let's explain what this is at his footstool. I will steal a little bit from some of the future. The footstool is what we call the temple. The footstool is where the Shekinah Glory is on Earth. It is called the footstool, the Shekinah Glory. The temple is called the footstool all show you in a bit. But the idea here is this, it is the place where man comes to worship, just like a man comes to worship a king, or what do they do? The king is on a diet. He has raised up, he is in a higher position and those who come to worship acknowledge, come in, and they bow down before the king who is raised up. This is part of the idea. And what is the king doing? If he's sitting? He has a chair and a footstool. He is wholly so that place of connection like the place of Grace like what the Shekinah Glory represents between the wings of the share of them. So to the footstool is part of that same picturing it's where we as humans and God as the Eternal Sovereign where we connect and come together for six. Moses and Aaron were among his priests and Samuel was among those who called upon his name they called upon the Lord and he answered them. 47. He spoke to them in the Cloudy pillar. Why is Shekinah Glory? The God? Who is in heaven. Spoke via the Shekinah Glory that the people on Earth might understand. So we have that top-level view of reality and God expressing himself as a Shekinah Glory in our human Viewpoint existence that we might see the Shekinah. Glory is a symbol of the Eternal state. They kept his testimonies and the ordinances, he gave them verse 8, you answered them. Oh Lord, Our God, you were to them The God Who forgives

Converse 8. This is so significant. The God. Who forgives

What we have here is not a God who forgives because he can just get along with Sinn Fein. It's the God who forgives, because he approached his man, through the work of Christ who paid the price forgiveness is not about lack of payment. It's about a payment that is accomplished in there for forgiveness is available to every man who approaches through Christ. Those who don't approach through Christ do not get forgiveness. Those who approach to Christ get forgiveness Old Testament and New Testament. Millennial Kingdom. It doesn't matter if you don't approach through. Substitutionary, atonement work of Jesus Christ. There is no forgiveness to you though. You took Vengeance on their deeds, personal and exalt the Lord. Our God and worship. At is Holy Hill for the Lord. Our God is Holy this full song. Is about the work that Jesus Christ has done his substitutionary. Atonement allows God to be no worthy to be the connecting Place between God and man. Via the work done by Jesus Christ. Now I want you to know that the mixture of Concepts we have studied, is that work here? In this song we have the expression of God as The Sovereign of creation, he is Lord over all creation. We went through a number of passes, just showed him high and in his Temple High and lifted up exalted. And he dwells in Zion in the heavens, the true. Reality of his throne room is Zion. and his feet, rest in Zion here on Earth the mountain where his Bill and he dwells in the midst of the cherubim in heaven, but he dwells at the point of the cherubim surrounding the mercy seat, on the Ark of the Covenant in the holy of holies, which is his footstool,

This may be hard to grasp but God and reality is between the wings of the cherubim depicted here on Earth is depicted between the wings of the cherubim. The actual literal Shekinah Glory is between the wings of the cherubim here on Earth.

Showing our actual real connection to the God in heaven. That's what the Shekinah Glory is doing actual. Real connection. Is God is piercing the veil of creation. And letting his Divine Essence, just pink a little bit. Government shrouded with clouds and fire. The no one can see. It directly even Moses himself.

do we have a glory that is shining through in heaven and here on Earth everyone. Should tremble.

At the reality. So a couple of verses for you to look at. So I'm 47 verse 8. God reigns over the nation's God sits on his, holy Throne. So God is in charge, she is Sovereign Psalm 93 verse 1. The Lord Reigns he is clothed with Majesty. The Lord is closed. He has girded himself with strength. Surely the world is established so that it cannot be moved. He has created the heavens and the Earth is sovereignty. Is without dispute. But the heavens and the Earth do not change or not moved to show him that he has the Sovereign Creator over everything. He is raining. So I'm 9610 Sagamore of the nation's the Lord Reigns. The world also is firmly established, it shall not be moved, he shall judge the people's righteously. He is the creator of he has the right to judge all of creation. The world is firmly established. It shall not be moved so too. He will be the judge of all peoples and he will do so righteously for those with eyes to see the connection is clear. God made everything he is The Sovereign. We all know it Romans chapter 1 tells us that we all know that. There is no man. Without excuse everyone knows the truth. And the reality, they can chance, all they want. They can say it all, they want. I don't believe that they can live their lives as if it's not true, but they will stand before God everything revealed, no sin able to intervene on their behalf and he will say, did you know that I was gone? Yes. Did you know you were turning from me? Yes. Did you know that? I would rule over all creation in my righteousness? Yes, every man knows Psalm 97:1. The Lord Reigns let the Earth Rejoice. Let the multitude of Isles, be glad all of creation rejoices that God himself Reigns. Psalm 146 10, the Lord shall reign forever, your God or Zion to all generations. Praise the Lord. So here we have a connection between the sovereignty of God his rainy Forever. The Mention Of Zion, the home is a place.

And the connection to all the generations, everyone who would follow all people across all time, acknowledge this, praise the Lord.

Then we have Psalm 80 verses one through three.

Here we are going to see a connection between the cherubim God dwells in terms of man's approach. We approach God at the place that's between the cherubim give here. 80 verse 1 says, oh Shepherd of Israel. You leave Joseph like a flock. You who dwell between the cherubim Shine for. Who is this Shepherd of Israel?

Lord, Jesus Christ, the shepherd who gave his life for his sheep. Jesus told us you who lead Joseph like a flock, who is the great Shepherd? The Lord, Jesus Christ, it is you who dwell between the cherubim, he is a shepherd of Israel and he is the substitutionary. Atonement poured out before God between the wings of the cherubim shine forth, be seen, come to Glory. Psalm 80 verse 1 says, first two before, ephriam Benjamin Manassas, stir up your strength and come and save us. We who are in need, we cry out to you. You are he who swore your relationship with us based on the substitutionary atonement work?

We're three, restore us o God cause your face to shine and we shall be saved. You see God is the deliverer there is none other than what is the basis of his Deliverance.

Substitutionary atonement. No other basis for his Deliverance, it is based on Grace is based on the work of Christ is based on God's ability to approach simple, man because of in through the work that Jesus Christ had provided.

Called your face to shine.

Shekinah Glory.

Moses face Shone after he had spent time with God such that, the people that we can cover your face and so he did with the cloth stumbling around. So as to please the people who couldn't handle the Shekinah Glory. So this is a speaking of the Shekinah Glory. So we have a great Shepherd who dwells between the cherubim whose face shines. Remember we have the place of Dowling though where we come to his footstool, but I was talking about before it's the place of connection to God. All of creation is low before his Holiness, his Perfection and his Justice, which can only be satisfied by the rights of provision. Of the god-man. Is she with Jesus, who gives the approach of, man to God via grace alone. God approaches, man, through the work of the Lord. Jesus Christ, man approaches. God, do the work of the Lord, Jesus Christ, know the word footstool, and get back to our verse, from before in Psalm 99 footstool, Is Adan. Rangel means a low seat for feet to rest upon and it's always those two words put together. So just like in English, we have a footstool. So two in the Hebrew, it's padam raguel. It is always the place where the feet go, which is on the stool. The stool is too gone raguel is the feet. Can we see this mentioned in 1st Chronicles? Got a couple of

passengers were going to hit quick before we close. First Chronicles 28, to Psalm 99 5. Psalm 110 in both the title and verse 1. Psalm 132 verse 17. Isaiah 66, 1 Lamentations 21st this connection because I know some of you have grappled with the idea of the doctrine of operation footstool. What does that mean? What's about, where does it come from? This will give us a little bit more insight as to the biblical terminology and meaning. So starting the first Chronicles, 28 to we're just going to survey the use of this of these two words together. As footstool, 2K 1st Chronicles, 28, verse 20, King, David Rose, 20 my brother into my people. I had it in my heart to build a house of rest for the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord. Was he talking about the temple that he wants to build? And for the Footstool of our god. What is he talking about the holy of holies by Shekinah Glory between the wings of the cherubim in The Mercy Seat of God? That's what he's talking about. The footstool of our God and had made preparations to build it. The temple is considered that place where God Rest his feet. What does that mean? It's the place where you come to see the key, you come to see the king where he is on his throne, where his footstool is, in front of his throne, you come to him in a place. What is that place? It is the temple. The place of worship which depicts the person of the work of the Lord Jesus Christ. And the actual Shekinah Glory of God, is there people come to meet God, where the Shekinah Glory is at the temple at the Tabernacle or at the various places where God reveals himself such that he might offend to Kate scripture and his special revelation.

Psalm 99 verse why they exalt the Lord Our God and worship at his Footstool. He is Holy what the heck? Worship at his footstool talking about the same thing as talking about coming to the place of worship.

When we see you in Psalm, 110 a Psalm of David verse 1. The Lord said to me the Lord said to my Lord,

Sit at my right hand til I make your enemies your footstool so we are seeing here that there is a time and a place coming work. Price will be in that elevated position where all of his enemies will be at his feet at his footstool in abject submission really is the idea. But it's here in this passage Psalm 132 verse 7, let us go into His Tabernacle, let us worship at his footstool. See, I'm not making it up before school is inside the holy of holies. It's inside the Tabernacle, it's inside the temple. It is that place of connection between God and men. Isaiah 66 verse 10 plus says, the Lord is my throne and Earth is my footstool. What's he saying here? All of Earth is been doing is in submission to him. He is a king is a sovereign over all where is the house that you will build me? And where is the place of my rest? He saying you want to build me a footstool. How can you do that? He's saying, I will build my temple. He's going to explain to David and Solomon. Your son who will be a king of peace? I will build my temple through him. A man of war, cannot be used to build my temple. I don't want war, and bloodshed, and strife of men to be portrayed as the place. What brings us to the place to fellowship with God?

Lamentation. 2:1 how the Lord has covered the daughter of Zion with a cloud in his anger? What you talking about the Shekinah Glory? He cast down from heaven to the Earth the beauty of Israel and did not remember his footstool in the days of his anger he's talking about that place at which God kicks Israel out. Of the Kingdom but Temple is abandoned and is Ezekiel tells us the glory, the Shekinah glory of the Lord left the temple. He took away that depiction of relationship with Israel because they had abandoned their relationship with him. So you can see some of the uses of the footstool. So, in terms of operation footstool, what is it? It is that place at which the world, then all of those who oppose God, and oppose the Shekinah Glory work. The substitutionary atonement of Jesus Christ will be brought. Low beneath his feet. He will be the Sovereign as the Messiah over all of the world, all of the Earth.

So back, you're in Psalm 110 verse one, hears our operation footstool verse, if you want to make reference to that it's what it's Psalm 110 verse 1.

So, that is where we have where we gain the terminology for operation, footstool. It's the point at which everything and what are bee theme does with it, cuz he takes it past the Millennium to the post. Millennium Revolt to the point at which there is absolute subjection of everyone. So not just the tribulation but after the post-millennial Revolt, then everyone is put down in the subject to the absolute ruler ship of Jesus Christ. And then he calculates that we each have the opportunity to grab one Angel by its nose and ears and pasta it off into the pit. Not sure where he gets that. I think that's the theological construction. We don't have any biblical passages that say that. So it's a reading B talk between the lines type of type of conclusion that he has come to.

So, if you're wondering how valid that is, I think you just heard about that valid. I don't know but it's not true. Don't know that it is true but certainly every Angel and everyone who is a detractor of the Lord Jesus Christ will be tossed into the Lake of Fire. So the battle fought here. The point where we meet with God, every man meets in the point where God meets with us, is between the wings of the cherubim War, the blood, the picture of the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ has been made in a scene and it is called the footstool is called the Shekinah. Glory is called the temple. It is called Mount Zion and it is called the referred to as the place between the wings of the cherubim God meets Us in that special place. So I will pick up next week with the continuation of the study.

And I'll look closing prayer. Dearly father. We again, thank you for the opportunity to come and see some depiction of Who You Are. What you have done how you approach man? Oh man, me approach you and there is no other option. No other religion, no other Avenue, just as the high priest, had one option to weave through the temple, We Leave Behind the first screen, we've behind the second screen, then come into the holy of holies only carrying the blood and only to pour that out. On The Mercy Seat, between the wings of the cherubim or it is specific. It is real. There is no place for salvation except for buy you. There's no place. Other than that, provided through the person in the work of the Lord Jesus Christ. Nothing else no other way for you to give us opportunity to witness the share to give consolation to those who've been misdirected and that you administer to our hearts, a great substantial. Solid board. Hope that is anchored.

The work done by Jesus Christ in Jesus Christ Alone. Our hope our glory is the great provision made available through Christ. So we thank you. We Praise You In The Blessed name of our Lord and savior Christ. Jesus.
