Are we at war with God?

Yes, if you look at the perception “being a Christian is now a social negative, especially in high status positions. Christianity in many ways is seen as undermining the social good. Christian morality is expressly repudiated” - Aaron Renn. We used to live in a positive world up until 1994 in which I wasn’t even born where morality was normative and socially positive and in some cases failure to embrace christian norms hurt you, then we moved to a neutral world where it had very little affect on social or any status, more like a personal affectation or hobby. In 2014 we moved into this negative world.

Why are we at war with God?

We have been deceived into thinking that it was a good idea and that we could win. Lice story and us “going to war” with lice. What would it look like for us to “win” the war with God? Hell on earth.

So how did we get here?

Again we were deceived, at first in the garden:
Genesis 3:1–5 NIV
Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?” The woman said to the serpent, “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, but God did say, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’ ” “You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
Genesis 1:27 NIV
So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
Here are some ways we have been lied to recently:
Hegel and Marx: Materialism and Atheism, demonic. Blown every country up that its been in
Hegelian society and eugenic (margert sanger) overpopulation myth/narrative. The wealthy fully entrenched. Malthusian theory.
All to push against God’s design.
Freud Kensey and Money leads to the sexual revolution and destruction of healthy families and a healthy understanding of reality.
All this can be summed up in four ism’s
Relativism: “there’s no right way to understand the world” “making truth statements is just a form of power and oppression” “what’s right for you may be wrong for me”
Hedonism as seen in the sexual revolution: “the highest fulfillment in life is to find my sexual fulfillment”; “it’s your body and your life, do what you want”; “have sex with whoever you want whenever you want, and let’s remove the consequences and stigma of those decisions with abortion on demand”; a rejection of marriage as the place to house sexuality and the fruit of it (children)
rate of fatherlessness stat: 10.7% of people living with just their mother in 1968 when we first started recording this, to 21.4% according to the US census bureau in 2022
Dualism: there is an inherent dualism between our true selves and our bodies; material = bad, spirit = good; spirituality is great but it doesn’t need to be lived out in the real world with our bodies. Brings in gender unicorn.
Materialism: I want everything this world has to offer and will do whatever I can to get it

So what are we to do?

John 17:15 NIV
My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one.
WE MAKE DISCIPLES
Matthew 28:18–20 NIV
Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
When we do this we can rid the world of every issue, its not our job to wage war with the world, that's that father’s job. Our job is clear. Make disciples.
Give examples of how that fixes things:
Relativism, sexual revolution, Gnosticism/dualism, individualism, racism, fatherlessness, broken families, drug addiction, porn, etc. you name it making disciples is the answer.
