Worship is Life
 
Romans 12:1,2
Therefore I urge you, brethren, present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
There are two types of worship
1.      Public Worship, Gathering Worship (Ecclesia)
2.      Private Worship, Scattering Worship (Diaspora)
 
It is about God and What God has done in our lives.
A.
Life itself is sharing of worship through everything you do.
(Colossians 3:15-17)
a.
We worship either the world or God
b.      World: calls us to surrender to hate, greed, lust, ambition, success, materialism, sensualism, dishonesty, grumbling, lying, outburst of anger, disputes, idolatry, and like
Ex) sexy, grumbling, dishonesty
c.       God: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control (I Sam 15:22- to obey is better than sacrifice, to heed than the fat of rams)
 
B.
God first sees the person before He is worshipped; God doesn’t accept the person and His offerings if he is not ready to worship Him (Genesis 4:4-5)
a.       O.T. : Cain and Abel (verse 7, you must master it)
b.      N.T. : Matthew 5:23,24 – reconcile with your brother
c.
There is no tomorrow in worship, only now exists
 
C.
Therefore our life should be offered to Him on daily basis
a.       Decide to come to the Lord first
b.
Decide to come to the Lord in humble heart
c.       Wait 3 seconds
