Jesus’ Testimony tO THE Truth
37 Pilate asked him, “So you are a king?” Jesus answered, “You say that I am a king. For this I was born, and for this I came into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone who belongs to the truth listens to my voice.” 38 Pilate asked him, “What is truth?” John 18:37-38
Truth #1 – Jesus Testifies that I Cannot Hide My [Past] From Him.
22 Beware, I am throwing her (JEZEBEL) on a bed, and those who commit adultery with her I am throwing into great distress, unless they repent of her doings; 23 and I will strike her children dead. And all the churches will know that I am the one who searches minds and hearts, and I will give to each of you as your works deserve. Revelations 2 :22-23
Three Ineffective Ways To Deal With Sin In My Life:

Take a 1st Toward Truth: Be honest with yourself and be honest with God!
Truth #2 – Jesus Testifies that He Knows [ALL ABOUT ME], And Still Calls Me.
30 The Pharisees and their scribes were complaining to his disciples, saying, “Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?” 31 Jesus answered, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick; 32 I have come to call not the righteous but sinners to repentance.” Lk 5:30-32
Every Saint Has A Past And Every Sinner Has A Future!
Take a 2nd Step Toward Truth: Listen to the one who Loves you best!
Truth #3 – Jesus Testifies that My Sin Has Its [CONSEQUENCES]
34 Jesus answered them, “Very truly, I tell you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin. 35 The slave does not have a permanent place in the household; the son has a place there forever. 36 So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed. John 8:34-36
Take a 3rd Toward Truth: Understand that God loves you just as you are, but He also loves you enough not to leave you that way.
Truth #4 – Jesus Testifies that He Is The Only One Who Can Satisfy My [DEEPEST NEED].
10 Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that is saying to you, ‘Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.” 11 … 12 … 13 …,“Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, 14 but those who drink of the water that I will give them will never be thirsty. The water that I will give will become in them a spring of water gushing up to eternal life.” John 4:10 and 13-14
