Written for the celebration of fatherhood service (current fathers)

From the sweat of my brow I've had to plow and till

until I'm soaked and stained and drenched with pain I feel

I've been given a work, I'll endure the hurt and stress

Unless I stay the course I'll fail the course and test

I'm blesses as a man, been given the chance to lead

My sleeves are rolled, my soul is whole, I'm tot'ly free

With a smile on my face I see the race is near

I stare and I fix my eyes on the prize that's dear
