Squire. If you would open up to the Book of Romans chapter 8, we're going to be looking at verses 1 through 11 this morning and then we'll be getting back next week into our study of the book of Acts. But I want to look at Romans 8 this morning and when we think about the Great Commission, the Great Commission is the call for every believer, every person who has been saved by the precious blood of, Jesus Christ, to be a missionary wherever he has placed Us in the gospel tells us that Jesus saves. Amen. And so if you'll hear the good news of the Gospel of the Bible says that they'll come to faith in Christ through the work of the Holy Spirit. Now missionaries or call to take the gospel to the ends of the Earth. And there's no doubt that if you were to think about the many thousands of missionaries who were sent all across this great land and not only in this country but countries, that that you. And I have never seen except for in a magazine or on a screen. And there are people faithful people to the Great Commission who are going all across the land to Proclaim Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. And I'm thankful for those who have whom who are sacrificing and surrendering their their total lies to the glory of the Lord to be obedient to that commission it in the Bible tells us that that without the preacher. How will they hear? And we think about those missionaries, you may have recalled back in 2021, that that there were Seventeen missionaries, who were taken captive by the Haitians, they were in a gang that was capture them. It was a variety. There was men, women and children and they were taken captive. They were there trying to Aid an orphanage to again to to love on people to show them Christ and ultimately to help them to hear and see the gospel of being lived out their lives. And so as they were over there, I seeking to take the gospel. Over there at the Haiti, they were kidnapped by a a game. And I'm not going to try to pronounce her name. The Milwaukee Zoo gang What if you remember? And then sometimes, when you think about the way those stories end, there are always in good. But in this case, the news record that every one of those 17 were released, they made it back home safely to their families. Two of them were released prior to the others due to health issues. But what happened was is that the reason why? And I believe this is probably the reason in which if it was severely just to murder the Christian. I think they would have done that but the truth is is that they wanted money. Imagine that, right? So they made these this game made a a request, a ransom request to those who be who are being held captive for cords this story and listen to what it says. This gang initially. Kidnap 17 missionaries in October being before releasing two of them in November due to medical reasons. The game, then demand $1000000 for each other. Prisoners for them to be released there was 15 remaining. Now, catch this. This is this is, what does it make the news? Sometimes it says an anonymous donor paid an undisclosed amount to the gang. As part of the agreement to release the remaining captives. And because of that Ransom being paid, they were released they work allowed freedom. Anytime we hear the word, Ransom. we think about Jesus or we should think about Jesus, That we have been ransomed by Christ that he paid the penalty for our sin. Because the truth is, is that it if it were not for this Anonymous donor, in this this story These prisoners probably have may may have remained captive, but here's the thing. We don't have it in the Autumn is donor. We have the blood of Jesus. We have that the god of Heaven Who Came In the Flesh to die on the cross for our sins out, the Bible says in Isaiah 61:1, which is also quoted in Luke chapter 4. Since the spirit of the Lord, God is upon me because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to The Afflicted, he has sent me to bind up the Brokenhearted to Proclaim Liberty to the captives and freedom to the prisoners. That's why Jesus came he came so that you and I can be given a Deliverance deliverance from the penalty that we deserve. He paid that ransom for us that we might be able to enter into a relationship with a God who created us, What A Savior. We serve, aren't you thankful this morning, that he paid my Ransom, that that because of your in you being in Christ and he has a set, you free that you heard the gospel and the delivery came to us, his captives. We were captive captives to RCN and he freed Us by his precious blood Now in Romans chapter 8, Paul is going to talk about the work of the spirit anytime that you and I talked about the, the, the message of Salvation we have to understand the presence of the end. Well, Spirit of the Christian and this ties a long exactly where we were getting ready to enter into two Acts chapter two about the coming of the holy spirit. Because we understand that when the spirit of God takes resident in our lives, listen it on her radically change, everything about us, It sounds. We look at Romans chapter 8, we're going to look at this text and we're going to answer a few questions about what it means to be delivered. And so I'm going to invite you to stand with me this morning as we read again. Verses 1 through 11, together from God's word and then we'll dive right into the text. First one, therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, for the law of the spirit of life in Christ. Jesus has set, you free from the wall of sand and of death for what the law could not do week as it was through the flesh, God did sending his own son in the likeness of sinful flesh, it as an offering for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh, so that the requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh. But according to the spirit for those who are according to the flesh at their moms on the flesh. But those who are according to the spirit, the things of the spirit, For the Mind Set On the flesh is death with the monsoon, the spirit is life in peace because the Mind Set On The Flash's hostile toward God. For it does not subject yourself to the law of God. It is not able even able to do so and those who are of them in the flesh, cannot please God, however, you are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if indeed the spirit of God dwells in you, but if anyone does not have the spirit of Christ, he does not belong to him. If Christ is in you through the though, the body is dead because of sin. You have the spirit is alive because of righteousness, but if the spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from. The dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through the spirit who dwells in you. Let's pray together. Father in Heaven week again, before you guys. Thank you for your word. Thank you that your work speaks. Thank you that you were challenges us and God reminds us of the greatness of who you are. But God also the call, the pain, every believer to walk, according to your way, Joe to walk righteously to live in obedience to God. I pray this morning. God that you would, or just grab ahold of our hearts. God mine included God, that we would just feed on your word. Able to speak and it would draw our hearts to you that we would walk out of this place. Knowing that we've been in the presence of a holy God. God, I pray for myself this morning as I stay in God. I pray that you would move me aside and God that you would use me as merely as a tool and a vessel to Proclaim what thus saith the Lord. And so we give you the praise. We give you the glory in Christ name we pray. Amen. Again the question, what is Deliverance who needs deliverance and how do we get it? As we think about the many missionaries again all across the world and we think about how they were released and again we ran some good, we talked about The Ransom of Christ. Now we look at the world Deliverance here is how that is Define. Now it's not an extravagant kind of definition definition it says the act of delivering someone or something but we know what delivers looks like some of the other name of Scrooge be sending them that they would be used as Liberation rescue. We all understand those terms, right? We understand. Because we've seen those, we've seen evidence of those in our lives and and undoubtedly, if we've come into a relationship with Christ, we have experienced that truth. Now, as we look at Romans chapter 8, I want to share this morning with you, five different life, principles that concern the Deliverance of Weaver's the Deliverance that I pray this morning that every one of us have experienced through a relationship with Christ. Number one, is this, whoever is in Christ and has Christ in him is delivered from sin and death. Whoever is in Christ and has Christ in him. To the holy spirit is delivered from sin and death. We forget sometimes of the things that we've been redeemed from, we know that Christ Is Our Redeemer. He is the one who paid the price for us to be set free, but we often forget and I use the word is because Paul is going to talk about the current position of Believers. So this look at first one of Romans 8, he says therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Now the word therefore there is very important, every time you see the word therefore it begs us to go back and look at what was said, prior, as we look at chapter 7, the law about the conflict in the spiritual warfare that comes between the Old nature and the new nature and Romans 7:4. He says, these words there for my brethren You also were made to die to the law through the body of Christ so that you might be joined together to him who was raised from the dead in order that we might be the fruit of God and it also and we see in 77 what shall we say? Then is the law sin, may it never be on the contrary. I would not have no sense set through the law in chapter 7. Now again in our discussion of the law, we think about what the law was meant to do and then we will see you as we go through on this. This scripture that the law was meant to point us to a need for Jesus. We work if we wanted to be delivered, we had to be looking for the deliver, right? Who was Christ the lord? We look at what he says he's talking about. He says, therefore, Talking about the question, yo, is the believer under law? And in many people? May ask that question still today. So then he goes on to say, after the word. Therefore, again, understanding where he's coming from, he says, there is now right? Where is now Right now, right here, he is. He speaking to these Believers. And he saying that right now is what I'm talkin about. He says, there is now, he's referring to their their spiritual condition in that moment. So what are you going on to say? Therefore there is now that these these important words for every believer? No condemnation. No condemnation. So what is now? No condemnation mean, it means that you are one or two kinds of people you're in the redeemed or condemned. You're either set free or you're in bondage. What does condemnation? Mean is the action of condemning someone, a punishment or sentencing. What is the Bible? Tell us in Romans 6:23 for the wages of sin is death, right? That's what we deserve. But the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ. Jesus, our lord. We didn't get what we deserve. Praise be to the name of Jesus. Amen. We didn't get what we were do. We didn't receive the penalty. That our sins should have brought because Jesus. So we see his in this text, what Paul and say he's saying therefore there is now no condemnation. And how does he answer that question for those who are in Christ Jesus? So, here's the question, I want to ask you. Where are you right now? Because here here Paul addresses that that that their Ford right now, there is no condemnation to where do you stand spiritually? Listen. There's no no more important question that you can ask yourself this morning. Am I a child of God? Have I been set free? Because, you know, this is a this, This Promise, This Proclamation, that is only only for those who have trusted in Christ because the truth is the opposite is true that if you never trusted in Jesus Christ, as Savior and Lord that you are under condemnation, you are under the penalty of sin because they're going to be at home. In the Christ, has not already been applied to your life and so where are you right now? There again, as I mentioned, there's two different types of people. There are those who are condemned. Not we're going to say, this is the side of condemnation. That's the best position everybody's born in and we don't like to hear that precious little baby. Again, a gauge of accountability. We can talk about all that later, but here's the thing because of our sin, right? That we are born with. We Stand condemned, We stand under the punishment that is due to us, right? Because the Bible says that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. You, and I deserve that condemnation But the truth is Christ. Ephesians tells us that but God right when we were dead and lost in our trespasses as Sin but God. So here we see the, the the condemnation that we deserve any other side. There are those who are redeemed and Paul addresses, how those are Redeemed by the Lord Jesus Christ. And so we have is we talked about delivers, we talk about experiencing Deliverance, listen, Paul makes it abundantly clear, that, that it is through Jesus Christ alone. And so if you are a are in Christ, in Christ is in you. The Bible for claims that you are delivered from sin and death. By the way, that's good news, right? We ought to be happy about that. Well, to be so happy that we want to choose with the glory of God and Proclaim that to those who do not know Christ. So that's principal number one reason to principal number to, which is deliverance from sin and death comes only through Christ. Now, the emphasis of this point is, the finished work of Jesus, Jesus paying the ransom Jesus, paying the price, because we're meant remember inverse one. It says all says, therefore, there is now no condemnation and how is he conclude that verse for those who are in Christ Jesus. So then we look at Romans Chapter 2 and look what he says for the wall of the spirit of life in Christ. Jesus has set, you free from the law of sin, and I'm death. He begins for the law of the spirit of Life is In Christ. This and we dare not forget that. Life is only found in Jesus. Not only is this Jesus said it's free but he is the source of Life. The Bible tells us in John, 14 in him was life and the life was the light of men, John tent and a thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. The Jesus says, I have come that they may have life and have it more abundantly. And lastly, and John 11:25 and 26. Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life, he who believes in me will live, even though he dies and everyone who lives and Believes In Me will never die. Do you believe this? All through scripture, we see the fact that Jesus came to set people free. He came so that we would not have to endure. The condemnation that we deserve, he came and died so that we may be set free and or delivered from the penalty of sin. He says also from the law of sin and death. What is that law? That means that you and I deserve death, we deserve the wrath of God. The Romans. 10:13 says this for whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. What is salvation? We often think is just the Forgiveness of sins know, it's so much more. It is the promise of eternal life. It is the satisfaction of the, of the, the fear, the wrath of a of a holy God, because every sin deserves a punishment. But Jesus came and he took that punishment for us. So here's the question. What is your spiritual condition? Jesus, refers to himself in scripture as the door. When you think about the door, listen, there's doors all around us to get to the other side. What do you have to do? You have to walk to the door, right? So you and I can stand on one side of the door. Listen to it. Without Christ, you're on the other side of the door and your stand condemned. But Jesus says, he's the door. What is he the door of? He's the door of eternal life. He's the door salvation. He's the doors. Paul said life and peace because of the spirit of God. But guess what? You have to walk to the door. You can't, the door is open for you, but listen, you got to make a decision. You got a, you got an exercise, that free will that he's giving you to put your trust in Christ, through the, the Glorious revelation of the gospel. And listen, you have to step through that door, Jesus Paid the price, Jesus opened the door to you have to, for you to have a condemnation, free life to be free from your sin. But the question is, have you entered? Have you entered into that door? Who is Christ? But here's the thing, if you can, if you can claim this Truth, Listen to listen. To Paul says, if you've walked through the door salvation, Jesus says there's no condemnation for you. Man, I tell you what that that ought to make us get so excited as a child of God. Knowing that what I deserve has not been is not going to be given to me. You've ever you've all seen the commercials and I have this singing, this commercial all week long relief. Are you with me now, right? What are they do? Listen to me. This is really for those who have fallen behind in their taxes, right? Mayon the taxes that they did not pay? Was that whose fault was that? That was theirs. Think they kind of dug themselves in a hole, right? And so what do they do? This company offers that if they were to make an agreement with the IRS, they would be able to reduce that debt. And to be cleared debt-free was here, they are on commercials and they're so excited. I owed $25,000 but I was able to pay 5 and now I've got down on free from that debt. That's Jesus, is not for us as believers. We think about what Christ has done. We had a debt that none of us in this room to the page, none of us. No matter how good you were going out or how hard you try that. No matter how good you were according to the law that God gives us again. The law was meant to point us to Christ. Are the truth is is that we had a debt that we could not pay. But God, Jesus stepped in. Which leaves the number three is this, that delivers from sin and death, required a perfect. Sacrifice, the emphasis of this point is the character of Jesus, because the truth is just that day. They nailed a lot of people to the Cross. They did, there was many of the disciples who were nailed to the cross. But listen, none of their blood pay for your sin. No matter how many they would have crucified, it wasn't the two thieves that were on the cross beside Jesus that offers us. Why? Because they were not God, they were not God, Who Came In the Flesh in order to die on that cross for the sins of the world. Look at Romans 8:3. He says, for what the law could not do week is it was through the flesh for what the law could not do. Listen, when you think about the law, listen to scripture says in Galatians chapter 3, verses 24 through 26, there for the law, has become a tutor to lead us to Christ so that we may be justified by faith because grace through faith is how we are saved. First 25, but now that faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor for. You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. We are saved by grace through faith. Do the verse tells us that in Romans 8:3 for what the law could not do, because the law could not offer you forgiveness, it could turn off for those forgiveness, in the times of scripture and couldn't offers forgiveness. Now, and it by golly won't want offers forgiveness in the future because he tells us that it is weak through the flash. Why? Because you know I can't forward you and I can't live in obedience to the the word of God without the improved by the power of the holy spirit in our lives. so, when you answer this question, what is it that you and I cannot do First of all, you can't save yourself. We know that if you've ever been to church long enough to understand that you can't redeem yourself, you can't save yourself. But what about something else in your life? Now we, we, we love to watch Blue Bloods ride. One of my favorite shows and Danny said this the past week. He said he goes. My problem is I like to fix things then he said but this I can't fix. This is what Paul was telling us. He is saying to you and to eye this morning that threw the law. We can't keep it because we're weak in the flesh. Which highlights our need for Jesus, in the Holy Spirit. But look at how he finishes this verse 3. He says for what the law could not do as weak as it was through the flash. God did. So if we were looking at the wall and we were trying to earn our righteousness and earn our forgiveness through the keeping of the Lawless is it, you're too weak in the flesh to do it. I guess what he says, that God did it. How did you do it by sending his own son in the likeness of sinful flesh? And as an offering for sin? If I was, as he can dance, in, In the Flesh by sending his own son, that's the gospel in the likeness of sinful flesh because Jesus had to come in the flesh. Jesus had to be born of a virgin, Jesus had to come. Listen to ain't no time that Jesus walked the Earth. Was he not fully God? He was fully God fully, man at all times. He didn't lay down his deity, just to come to this Earth. But listen, he took on the Flesh of a man so that he might bore the sins of the world, so that he might bleed for the sins of the world that has sand at his blood may be the propitiation for our sins. And look at what he says in the likeness of sinful flesh as an offering for sin who sin. You're saying nice in the sins of the world. 1st Peter 1 18 and 19 and says, knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, but with the Precious Blood of a lamb, unblemished is spotless the blood of Christ. So, when we think about this principle that deliverance from sin and death, are a perfect sacrifice, there was only one who would have fit that that bill and that's Jesus Christ himself and that's why he came Jesus came in the flesh and was an offering for your sin in my sin. Do what is he say? How did he accomplish this? It says he condemned Send In the Flesh in Romans 8:3. Paul says, he condemned, send in the flash inverse one. He's already said that. You and I without Christ. We Stand condemned, but if we are in Christ and we have been saved by Christ this, and he also says that there for now, there is no condemnation for those who have been saved. So, here's here's how hairs, how we received? The the forgiveness of sin, looking with. Look what he said. Jesus did he condemned sin in the flesh? So you think about the condemnation, the sin that we deserve, that's the picture of the Cross. We see that Jesus became sin for us, right? He became the the one that the father put all of our iniquity, all of our sin upon him, so that when he died on the cross, listen, when he says it is finished, he means that it's been paid. For, in the Bible says that whosoever will call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. So he condemned sin in the flesh. Now, we're getting ready to enter into the last two points of this message. And I want to, I want you to understand something, this is where you've ever heard the phrase, where the rubber meets the road? This is exactly what these two points will highlight for us. Because when we think about the action, God's word is is a call to action. It is not. It is, it is the good news of the Gospel, but notice how, when Jesus gives us the gospel in the good news that he says. Now go and do likewise, what does he tell us that when you receive Christ? Listen, you belonged to have you been purchased by the blood of Christ. Therefore, you are to go out into all the world in the power of the Holy Spirit to Proclaim Liberty to the captives to see them set free by the gospel. So this is where the rubber meets the road. There's so many people in our life. Maybe you've done this maybe someone else, you know have done this. Did you say you know what? I followed Jesus. I love Jesus but here's the ultimate question. Does your life back up that claim? Because you listen, there's a lot of people who are Christians. If you were to look at the statistics, all across our land, there is a lot of Christian Chip, Ingram said this. And I may have already said, and I'm going to say it again. If we have so many followers of Christ, so many Christians, then why would why don't we have motorcycles? Why don't we have more sold out? Believers of Christ at truly, follow him to take the gospel to the ends of the Earth which leads us to understand what we're going to say about number for that delivers from commands Spirit living. So if you're in Christ and Christ is in you, look at what he says. He says, in verse for so that the requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us. That is Christ imputed righteousness, who do not walk according to the flesh. But according to the spirit Paul reminds is here that it matters how you live when your Christian it does it matters what you participate in? It matters with a frame of your mind, it matters what you allow into your eyes into your heart, into your life, into your home. It matters how you live from Monday to Saturday,

Because listen, what number for is that delivers from sin and death, commands, Spirit living. Are you living in the power of the Holy Spirit? Are you following the commands of scripture? Are you listening to the voice of almighty God?

We think about our obedience, I think that is probably where many Christians follow his herb, Lee Short. Where in scripture does it say that? You should not forsake, the fellowship of believers. All right, think about it. We we we fall short, we do or not. Listen week, we get into situations in our lives where it's uncomfortable to share face. The question is, who are you going to be a bit Ian to? Are you going to walk in the flesh or you going to walk in the spirit? Paul says that those who have had their condemnation removed that they are no longer standing in a place of condemnation. Paul says, we don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the spirit of God, Then we see in Romans 8:5. It says, for those who are according to the flesh, Set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are cording to the spirit, the things of the spirit. So those who are have the presence of God in their life, those who have been redeemed at the Bible says that we are in Christ in crisis, in up. Listen, he says they set their minds on the things of God. The man, our minds are wrapped around the things of Flesh, aren't they? Listen to things. The mine is wrapped around the things of the flesh, because the things of the flesh are being bombarded in front of us all the time. Listen, you don't have to look very far to see things that are sinful. And when you see those things that are sinful, they enter into your mind. And ultimately when they enter into your mind, it's just a. Of time. Unless you deal with those things and its policy is take every thought captive before God. If you don't take those thoughts before God, guess what they did. They enter into your heart. In the Bible, says what enters, your heart is who you are. It affects you when it enters into your heart, still, when anything's in turn are my we have to deal with those things. But Paul says that, those who live according to the flesh set, their thing that they set their minds on the things of the flesh. But those who are cording to the spirit, the things of the spirit, Then we see him verse 6. For the Mind Set On the flesh is death. But the Mind Set On the spirit is life and peace.

The life and peace for those who are redeemed. the Mind Set On the flesh is death, for those who are still under the penalty of sin, the condemnation of your sinful condition,

Number five, is this deliverance from sin, and death commands, Spirit living, and is only possible by the power of God's spirit. Remember, the law was meant to point to our need for Jesus. This, this this the emphasis of this point is that, we, you and I must have a full and total dependence and Reliance upon the holy spirit. If you stand and live your life and your power, you're going to fall on your face. Does the Bible says we need Jesus. We need his power. We need is Mercy. We need his Spirit living in us and working through us that we might walk the life of faithfulness that we might not walk in the flesh as Paul says, but that we might walk in the spirit that he says to live in now, and look at Romans 8 7 & 8 because the Mind Set On the flesh is hostile toward God. For it does not subject itself to the law of God. For it is not even able to do so and those who are in the flesh, cannot please God. Or enjoy your attention to their the end of verse number 74. It is not even able to do so. See the Mind, listen, who controls the Mind, Jesus, but will problem is, we allow the flesh to take residence in our hearts and our lives and in our minds. But listen when it says that for those are not even able to do. So, listen for those who do not have the spirit of God, listen, you can't, you can't live a life of obedient, but there are so many people who claim to be followers of Christ, but yet they have no presence of Christ in their lives. They never, they don't walk with Jesus. They don't live in the power of God Spirit games for for says you adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world? Is hostility toward God there for whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. I've been looking for snide. However, right. There's another however, Oggy and goes back. We go back and look what he just said. You are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if indeed the spirit of God dwells in you, but if anyone does not have the spirit of Christ, he does not belong to him. He says, you are not of the flesh. But of the spirit,

1st. John, 4:14 says by this. We know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us his spirit. It is by his Spirit alone that you and I can walk a life pleasing to God. Paul says that anything else is hostility toward God. Then we see in verse 10. He says, if Christ is in you though, the body is dead because of saying there's no doubt that you and I are decaying day-by-day, right? You don't have to to get very old realize, it's a little bit harder for the body to get moving in the morning. But look what he says yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness. Because the body is decaying, listen. This is not Who We Are. You might read in the newsletter last week, that listen week, we celebrate being in a, a free country, but guess what? My citizenship is in heaven. I'm just passing through. I'll be in a place that's that's greater than any land. You can ever. Think of I'll be in the presence of Jesus and we look at what Paul says the spirit is alive. Why? Because of the righteousness of Jesus

then we see Lashley vs 11, but if the spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you. So ask yourself this question. Are you redeemed? Are you condemned?

Do you think about children?

Do you have to teach children the sand? Right. What is the one word that many children? What does one of the first words? They learn and they learn how to use it. So greatly I heard it. Know. That's right. All right. We have a two-year-old at home. So guess what? Her favorite word is? You want a pancake? No. Right, you want to go to bed? No. And it is so and she says it was such cuteness, you know, that too is cute, right when I get 14.

Everything we ask we like know if it's something that you want chocolate? No. Use the ice cream, I get her right, but that's the NS that's the way that it is with, with children. They learn the word know very quickly. And when I think about that, I thought about this this week, and I thought about the fact that no, is a common word. Listen. Have we forgotten that the devil is the Accuser. Remember that the devil accuses us, he tells us that we're really not a follower of Jesus. He, he, he causes us to question our identity. He, he causes us to question whether we are truly saved, you'll say things like, you know what? If you were a child of God, you really wouldn't have thought those thoughts, or you would not have done those things. He wants us to question the authority of God's word, he speaks into our lives to get us to to take her Focus off of Jesus. But you know what, the Bible tells us also that Jesus is our Defender. Jesus says into our hearts and what his ultimate says to the enemy the accuser he says, That's my child. And because I'm in him and he is in me. There's no longer any condemnation.

I don't know about you this morning that I'm thankful for the blood of Christ at ransome's my life. I'm thankful that Jesus came in the flesh and because of his Deliverance that I have an eternal home in heaven, that I can be with Christ that I will be with Christ and that no matter how the enemy begins and continues to accuse me. Listen, that Jesus is my Defender. So are you redeemed or are you condemned? There's only wanted one or two options in your life. And I'm not talking about if you come to church and church, attendance doesn't mean that you're redeemed, right? Only for those who have trusted in Christ. Where are you spiritually Paul says in verse 1 and Romans chapter 8 therefore there is now no condemnation we want to talk about now where are you spiritually today? Do you need salvation? Do you need Jesus? Jesus is offering that to you this morning through his precious blood. Listen, but you have to answer the question. Have I turned my life over to Christ?

Only God can answer that for you. If you asked him this morning he'll till show you other brother you have a walk with him or not. Would you state as we pray, father? Thank you for this day and you giving it your giving us or God and I pray. God In This Moment. God, that you would speak to the hearts of your people. God is we think about Lord that we stand condemned apart from you. I'm thankful for the the blood of Christ that they came to set us free that because of your sacrifice because of you paying our Ransom God that we can have the Forgiveness of sins. God I pray that to In This Moment God that you would draw hearts to yourself God that we would seek to to live a life that pleases you is. Paul reminds us that we wouldn't live according to the flesh because we've died to the flash if we're in Christ that we would live. According to the spirit that lives within us, God give us the strength. Give us the power to live Lord as you've promised and help us to surrender to that and we pray in Jesus name, amen.
