Moses, a slave in Egypt
Yet, he was a son of destiny
He was separated from Pharoah, that he might witness a bush burning that was not consumed.
He met God at the threshold of a mountain where he was summoned to service. And in his shrinking from service, he used the excuse that he was not qualified to speak but God set up a meeting in the wilderness, where he met with his brother Aaron, who would interpret the word of the Lord. Therefore had to submit to service…and speak to Pharoah in God’s behalf. As he stired the conscience of Pharoah as he initiated the journey of the children from the land of Egypt to Canaan land.
