The Bible said that he is a righteous man. A man with integrity.
what is the meaning of Integrity?
keeping my commitments even if the circumstances when I made the commitmens have change.
He doesn’t do what’s wrong in the sight of the Lord
He feared God and turn away from Evil.
what make him righteous
He avoids doing evil
(proverbs 3:7, “Don’t be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and turn away from evil). Those who avoid evil walks in the righteous path (Psalms 34:15 )
Life offer him to do many opportunity to do evil things, but he turned it away. He refused to do use them.
Illustration: When I was little, My dad was my role-mole. Everything He did in my sight, I wanted to immitate him. When he sang, I want to sing. When he cut the wood, I wanted to cut the wood. As I am my father’s son, he knows what my weakness and strengths are. My mom and my dad encourage me to pursuit education. For they know i’m not physcially strong. He was a really good role model with my mom. They are the good rolemodle and the always think ahad for me. Their children always have to come first before them.
Kids learn from those who they rely on and look up to
The way you live might effect your Chidren’s future
how do you want your children to end up?
We need to set the example for our children by modeling the attitudes and behaviors we expect from them.

If you are a good role model then your children would definally get a blessing.
v2-3. seven sons, three daughters, seven thousand sheep and goats, three thousand camels, five hundred yoke of oxen, five hungred female donkeys, large number of servants. Was the greatest man among all the people of the East.
Because of his ways of walking to God, he was blessed. He did this not because he wanted blessing. He did all of these because he knows it pleases God. We know when the Devil told Jesus that He only did all of these stuff because he conforted witht he blessing you pour on him.
The devil was wrong.
Becaue of the way he walk; because he was right with God
His sons were able to have their own homes and they were able to do banquet.
They even invite their sisters to attend the party.
They were able to live this life not because of their deeds. They were able to live this life because of their father.
Brethren, if you wish to give your children a blessing when you die, be a blessing to them while you live. If you would make your last words worth the hearing, let your whole life be worth the seeing.

What do you want to give your children before you depart from this world? Blessing? so he or she can be a blessing to others? or cursing? so he or she could be… to others? are you living with a good role model to be a blessing for your children? That is something we should contempletate.

Regular prayer should be practice in Every Christian’s live.
WHy did Job prayed?
He knows his children but he didn’t know what’s going on in their heart.
Sometimes our children outter apperant look fine, they might seem to obedient but what’s going on in their heart we don’t know.
This is why Job prayed for his chidren.
in verse 4. The children were banquenting
drink and eat. Probably drunk… when you drunk, it seems as the other thing possess you and you are not being yourself.
when you aren’t yourself, you are doing something wrong and you don’t know.
This is why he said, “perhaps my children have sinned, and cursed God, in their heart.
might not be sinning outide but in the heart.
This is what most of us do. Sometimes we don’t sin outside, we appeartnly look Godly, but inside we are rottend and have sins.
This is why he purified his children through burt offering. He did that regularly.
Just like Job’s practice, we always sins so it’s important for us to pray regularly.
A little child who had just learned the alphatbet kept on repeating . A missionaery approach and asked what she was saying. The little girl’s answer was, “i’m praying,” But why do you repeat the alphabet? missionary ask. “ I felt that i should pray, because i did not know how to pray. I repeated teh letters of the alphabe, knowing that the great Lord would fit the letter together to make words out of them.
Prayer is the breath of faith. Prayer meetings are the lungs of the church.
