I am starting a series on how we have fallen into slavery, given over to slavery by God in the hope that we may return to him. If you are serious about reading this series of messages, before you begin to read the message I would like you to take time to read the book of Judges. There is an ongoing trend with our people. Time after time after time again, we remove God from the throne and begin to serve other god’s. In each occasion God delivers us into the hands of the spoilers henceforth into slavery. God is a patient and merciful and forgiving God. This was not done at the drop of a hat, but decade’s even centuries of rebellion on our part. It always begins with a first step and that’s what we are looking at today. Let’s look at our first fatal error. “Then all the elders of Israel gathered themselves together, and came to Samuel unto Ramah, [5] And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now make us a king to judge us like all the nations. [6] But the thing displeased Samuel, when they said; Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed unto the LORD. [7] And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them. [8] According to all the works which they have done since the day that I brought them up out of Egypt even unto this day, wherewith they have forsaken me, and served other gods, so do they also unto thee. [9] now therefore hearken unto their voice: howbeit yet protest solemnly unto them and shew them the manner of the king that shall reign over them.” 1st Samuel 8:4-9 KJV 1611

Now then, this here was our first fatal error in thinking any man would be smarter or better than God. However this is what we think isn’t it? Let’s elect our Politicians? Who are you going to “Vote” for? Which one will sort out the

financial mess that you’re in, America? Which will help reduce your worldwide record prison population? Which one will rid your land of the ever growing illegal aliens flooding in, thousands a day? What about the ever growing pestilence? Who will restore the legality of the Ten Commandments? Face it, none of these control freak ego maniacs will restore any kind of sanity to your land. I say this not to gloat, God forbid, as all Israelites face the same plight. I say this in the hope that you might wake up and realize you are in slavery.

Oh I hear it so many times, “isn’t it great to be free!” and “I am proud to be an American, where at least I know I’m free.”

Ok let’s look at some facts! It is illegal to teach Christianity, The Bible and the 10 Commandments in public schools! Is that the freedom you so love and are thanking God for in Church? Has anyone of you actually read the constitution busting Patriot Act? Look you can play Church and sing your hymns in Church behind those four walls and you Thank God for that freedom; however a group of people can meet in any country behind four walls and in all likelihood never get caught. Let’s face it in Church while such time should be spent with other believers meeting and praising God, I am certainly not belittling that. However as Christian Soldiers you are no threat to Babylon. So we remove God from the throne and replace him with another king. Then in removing God we remove his law because if we think we can do things better God then we must be smarter than God and should be able to create a better law!!!! Instead of hanging paedophiles and murders and rapists and such on the hanging tree, we should put them in prison for a time!!!! WHAT NONESENSE, you see when we remove God, and his law, we create a system that is neither justice nor protects the innocent but rather protects the guilty. Consider this.

“For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.” Romans 13:4 KJV 1611

Now let me ask you a few questions. First, is the baby killer afraid today? How about the fornicator? And the Adulterer? The false prophet? Even the rapist and paedophile and murders don’t fear, as due to mans law they face little if no justice at all. Therefore Romans 13 cannot be talking about being obedient

to manmade laws, only the law of God. I will get into Romans 13 more a little later in the series. Just to reinforce the point let’s look at a verse which applies here and clearly states who is allowed to make laws and it’s not man.

“There is one law giver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?” James 4:12 KJV 1611

Once we remove God from the throne it follows suit that we remove his law also and this is the first step on the road to slavery. Let me ask you what should be a simple and logical question. When we remove God from the throne, which is our object of worship?

Well it seems Money has become our new god and celebrities, sports stars and actors. Anything but the God of our fathers. We then through the generations begin to lose knowledge about ourselves that was once prudent and important to our people passed down from generation to generation.

“My People are destroyed for lack of knowledge, because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.” Hosea 4:6 KJV 1611
