1 Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted.

Not a religious affiliation,
Not a religious experience.
but a spiritual awakening that results in a relationship with the living God. that relationship should include encouragement and correction.

attraction/promotion means that we are ready to share our experience.
we need to have a place of service within the recovery community and within the church.
The Purpose of this program is to be of service to God and humanity.

We should continue to grow in the steps we have worked assuming that we have worked them once.
that the continued growth and understanding of these principles would allow us to sponsor others, working the steps with them giving us a deeper understanding of the steps and allow us to better ways to apply these.
as we walk through these principles in our life we learn to get better and better
