KINGDOM GATES
LIFT UP YOUR HEADS OPEN THE GATES
Ancient doors open up for the King Of Glory
The people outside the Temple Gates would call out for the Temple gates to be opened .. .
From inside the Temple the people would cry out.." WHO IS THE KING OF GLORY " .
From outside the Temple Gates the people would cry out " THE LORD STRONG AND MIGHTY, THE LORD MIGHTY IN BATTLE " .
The people would cry out over and over again.. .
THEN the Temple Gates would swing open .
This is was the tradition at this time .
Let us come to Jesus and cry out that the gates of our temples would be flung open and that the King of Glory would enter into every area of our lifes .
His Story
Its History and its His Story, its all about Him and History,
Psalm 24:7...open up ancient gates (JOB 38:10 when I fixed limits for it and set its doors and bars in place, )and whole chapter
We Yield to Him, as creation yields to Him, as the Temple doors had to open and death itself had and has to give up and Hell trembles and heavens doors open wide
Behold He stands at the door and knocks, who will open?
But do not be stiff-necked as your fathers were, but yield yourselves to the Lord... 2Chronicles 30:8
Yielding is seen as as weakness in this society, but yielding to Jesus is strength to those who know Him, it is about complete trust
Lift up your heads you gates of bronze , you gates of iron yield
"WHO IS THIS KING OF GLORY ? "
" THE LORD OF HEAVENS ARMIES , HE IS THE KING OF GLORY "
BEHOLD HE STANDS AT THE DOOR AND KNOCKS AT YOUR HEART
BEHOLD HE ENTERS IN
BEHOLD THE TEMPLE HOLDS HIS SHEKINAH GLORY
WE SURRENDER TO HIS WILL, WE YIELD..............
OUTSIDE THE CITY GATES
City Gates
"And when they were come unto a place called Golgotha, that is to say, a place of a skull" (Matthew 27:33) .
Jesus was led to a hill outside of the city, a place set apart for the dead...a place separated for the " unclean "
But we do not call "unclean " those that God has made "clean "
Neither do we put on display a cup thats looks clean on the outside but is dirty within
Only Jesus can make us clean on the inside so that we can put away religious signs of outside
purity but inside filth
We are separated , made Holy, Made clean, the separated ones
We walk the hill and are the set apart ones, although anyone can be set apart,
We surrender to Him, we the "Abrahams of faith" put down and surrender all to Him ,
He surrendered all
THE HILL
The Rock was Struck
The Rod struck the Rock who was Christ And from this Rock flowed and flows streams of living waters And He leads us beside those still waters With His rod and staff not in anger, as those who struck the Rock But He leads us and directs us as those who never struck Him
And the word became flesh and dwelt amongst us .
And now the word comes to flesh and dwells in us)
Proverbs 25:27 It is not good to eat much honey: so for
men to search their own glory is not glory. .
The word that has more to be desired than gold , more valuable than precious rubies, more
costly than the finest of stones, more beautiful than the emeralds that shine , more to be
desired are the words of God, for the treasure of earth is in heaven and to find the treasure
is to find God...) Psalms 119:103 How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth! .
As we lick at the honey ( The Word Of God ) we find sweetness in lifes bitter waters, as
Moses broke the branch at the bitter waters of Marah to make the waters drinkable and to find purification for the body.
Proverbs 27:7 The full soul loatheth an honeycomb; but to the hungry soul every bitter
thing is sweet. . (And so we sit by the waters with Jesus and we eat the fish and the honeycomb bringing sweetness by the bitter waters of the sea) .
Luke 24:42-43 (King James Version) 42And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb. 43And he took it, and did eat before them.
THE ROCK
The Riddle
Could God form a rock so large He would be unable to move it ? .
What is the answer to this riddle ? .
What a paradox, what is the answer? .
Nothing is impossible with God . There is nothing He cannot do .
All things are possible and nothing is impossible .
1. And yet there are some things that Are Impossible for God !! .
God cannot lie, it is impossible for God to lie .
2. And there are some things that God will not do !! .
He will not force you to love Him .
The Paradox Of God .
Herein lies the answer to the riddle of the Rock .
He can make a rock that is soo big He cannot move it.....but He won't.. .
Herein lies true exercising of power...the Power Of God .
Instead we have the Rock that He will not move who is " Christ " .
CRUCIFY HIM
Crucifixion
Jesus summarizes the entirety of God's law in two simple commands: love God, and love your
neighbor. Love for our neighbor should flow naturally out of our love for God.
Matthew 22:37-40 (New International Version)
37Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' 38This is the first and greatest commandment. 39And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' 40All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."
Love....the word love has so many meanings to so many people, We can say " I love you" and yet with the same breathe a few years down the line we can say something quite different.
The people exclaimed " Hail King Jesus" as He rode into Jerusalem and put down their cloaks
and waved palm branches andn yet with the same breathe a while later shouted " CRUCIFY HIM "
Ooo the heart of man, how wicked those that put the Son on the Cross, O too imagine that those whom, put Him on the Cross with the same breathe would announce Him
" Lord of Lords
and King of Kings In their own lifes ..as He calls them into His family and makes them joint
heirs to reign with Him in Eternity"
"Love " can we really love as God loves ? we whom vow to love and to cherish til death us do part as we calculate our benefits and our inherited lot from the partnerships we form with others
?
Do we really love our enemies ? do we even love the closest to us ?
Do we even know what love is ?
No one can know the true love of God ...for the true real love of God will be known when we
see Him face to face and we are melted by His Love and we tremble at His prescence, when we
fall down and cry out to Him who sits on the throne and we feel that love fill every part of our being.
Let love be your greatest aim, ask God for the gift of love, for love that is of God is far greater
than any other gift
This song kept coming to my mind today...be blessed..and seek the greatest gift of all

He Is Risen
Romans 8:20-23 (New Living Translation)
20 Against its will, all creation was subjected to God’s curse. But with eager hope,
21 the creation looks forward to the day when it will join God’s children in glorious freedom
from death and decay.
22 For we know that all creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the
present time.
23 And we believers also groan, even though we have the Holy Spirit within us as a foretaste of
future glory, for we long for our bodies to be released from sin and suffering. We, too, wait with eager hope for the day when God will give us our full rights as his adopted children,
including the new bodies he has promised us.
Isaiah 55:12
You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song
before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.
Creation waits in eager anticipation...groaning in the pains of childbirth, and we see that we as
Christians are "New Creations "
For when we were in death and decay, Jesus came and spread the light of the Good news into
our hearts and lifes and though we were in sin and decay , God swallowed us up in His great love and light and spewed us onto the shore of hope and glorious freedom ,
That we might go and spread the good news accross the land and tell the people to repent and turn to God for the
time is near when all of creation will bow down to the Ancient of Days.
And we go and put on our shoes of the gospel to preach to those who are in prison, that they might be free, We the Jonahs of our time are on the great commission. And where ever we go creation knows we are the sons of God, born and adopted and new creations, walking in a world
still to be released from the curse.

REBUILDING THE WALLS OF JERUSALEM
Rebuilding The City
Nehemiah 4:6
So we rebuilt the wall till all of it reached half its height, for the people worked with all their heart.
And so all the families worked together to rebuild the walls of the City, the priests and the sons
and daughters, the perfume makers and the goldsmiths and the merchants, in fact anyone who could move were called by God to rebuild the walls
STAY STRONG, YOU HAVE YOUR ARMOUR AND WEAPONS BY YOUR SIDE, HIS NAME IS JESUS
None had probably ever put their hands to such a task, none were skilled at building, except for
the head builder God, the priests who had dedicated their lifes to God found themselves picking up stones and laying the walls
The Goldsmiths who had taken on their jobs as their fathers did before them and throughout
the generations where the family trade had been handed down to them found themselves being
instructed as to the building a the wall
Each family had a portion, each family had a task, all were assigned a wordload, adult or young,
old or poor, rich or in want
The perfume makes and fabric makers, the baker and the soldier, the mother and the babe, these families worked together as instructed and built their sections of the wall
None had specialist knowledge, none had specialist training, none had done a course or had
training
Here they found themselves building walls, the City Walls, together
And even though they were weak and few God gave them strength
But of course they faced opposition
Nehemiah 4
16 From that day on, half of my men did the work, while the other half were equipped with spears, shields, bows and armor. The officers posted themselves behind all the people of Judah 17 who were building the wall.
Those who carried materials did their work with one hand and held a weapon in the other, 18 and each of the builders wore his sword at his side as
he worked. But the man who sounded the trumpet stayed with me.
If you are doing Gods work you will face opposition
The first thing once the walls were built was to sort out disputes and of course money
But we read
Nehemiah 6
15 So the wall was completed on the twenty-fifth of Elul, in fifty-two days. 16 When all our enemies heard about this, all the surrounding nations were afraid and lost their self-confidence,
because they realized that this work had been done with the help of our God.

Turn The Clocks Back
Throughout centuries mankind has come and gone, generation after generation, like grass that grows and withers, each generation witnessing the creation of God and His handywork .
It seems at times life is so short, we merely begin to grasp life when it is taken from us, it is therefore meaningful to understand the meaning of life and why we are here
So many begin to reach out and merely grasp at a religion or cult that purely changes the
lifestyle but not the inward person
So many would like to go back and change the past or merely go back to the past to re live a certain thing and yet if they were to go back it would not be as they had imagined
We can never
turn the clock back, we can never go back to the past and yet so many live in the past ...not
living for the present or the future, we can learn from the past but not let the past become our
god.
We see so many films like DR Who and SCI FI movies of time travel
And yet when a person is transformed in the spiritual and becomes a Christian they become
time travellers with God, becasue God is the great time traveller
He can go back to the past with you and heal those wounds, He can be with us in the present
time and also put us at the right hand of the Father right now and we already being saved become future.
Christians evolve and are the great evolutionists and Christians are the great time travellers having God in us the hope of Glory who is our Glory both past present and future, the one who was and is and is to come is in US
Hold onto your dreams,the dreams of Joseph will be,for Joseph is King of Kings -
One of the main things God was speaking to me about during my time at the Bible week I went to recently was about dreams, the theme for the week was " God of the impossible "
This is mission impossible, but with God all things are possible
But the dreams kept popping up all through the week on holiday, and God spoke to me about "
holding onto dreams"
I keep words given written down in front of my pc, and I hold onto these words, they are in full
view to remind me of what God has said
But I also have dreams that God has given in the past, three dreams in particular
Whatever we may be going through, whatever may come our way, whatever "hole" we find ourselves in, whatever "well" we seem to be stuck in
whatever "prison" we may face, whatever hardship or trial, whatever false allegation is made
against us, whatever wrong we feel has been done against us
Remember to hold onto your dreams , as Joseph held onto His dreams
The Joseph inside of you is Jesus
And all shall bow down to Jesus
Hold onto your dreams,the dreams of Joseph will be,for Joseph is King of Kings -
Lord God In Jesus name we let these words come back to remembrance when needed and let
the power of the Holy Spirit chnage lifes and hearts in Jesus name amen
