The gatekeeper opens it for him, and the sheep hear his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.
Christian Standard Bible (Nashville, TN: Holman Bible Publishers, 2020), Jn 10:3.

Introduction

This year marks 5784 in the Jewish Calendar. In the Gregorian Calendar we will be entering 2024. Many prophetic voices of God are considering this year to be a year of the “voice of the doorkeeper.” As we make our crossover tonight. There is a door that opens in 2024 and GOD will open it. This is the door that will bring restitution, new life, revival and protection.

The Shepherd Opens The Door.

Doors are recognized as openings, as well as entrance and exit points between two spaces.
Tonight the door of 2024 opens and we will cross over into it.
Jesus said again, “Truly I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep. All who came before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep didn’t listen to them. I am the gate. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will come in and go out and find pasture.
Jesus is known as both the shepherd and the door.
This also point that GOD places under-shepherds into place that are charged with the sheep and are commited to them and he stays at the door protecting them.
Shepard main concern was the welfare of the flock. Providing food, sheep and water and protecting them from predators and even correction.
For how does the spirit work in the church and among men if its not of means of human instruments.
The pastor in your life is meant to do all of these things as well as correct.
Transition Sentence: Never try to open a door where the voice of the shepherd ain’t heard.

The Sheep hear his voice

The greek etymology = phone = voices; sound.
A voice-over actor sang “Let it Go”—a popular song from the Disney animated movie Frozen—while imitating various Disney characters’ voices. He uploaded the video to YouTube, and it received over 2.5 million views, generating much positive feedback. Many of the viewers guessed which of their favorite Disney characters sang parts of the song—from Winnie the Pooh to Mickey Mouse. How could they guess the voices? That’s easy: They have heard them many times before.
Christians who are in the habit of listening to God will recognize his voice when he speaks to them.
—Jim L. Wilson and Joe Lam
The voice of God has got to be distinguishable in your life for 2024.
False and True shepherd are distinguishable.
Distinguishability comes from relationship.

Sheep are known by name and are lead out.

“I am the good shepherd. I know my own, and my own know me,
Christian Standard Bible (Nashville, TN: Holman Bible Publishers, 2020), Jn 10:14.
The good shepherd knows his own by name.
To be truly known by a person is to be at the deepest level, to be understood by that person.
A person that truly knows us are the ones that know our deepest worries, secrets and cares and are the ones that understand us and can truly comprehend what we’re going through.
 Look up and see!
Who created these?
He brings out the stars by number;
he calls all of them by name.
Because of his great power and strength,
not one of them is missing.
Christian Standard Bible (Nashville, TN: Holman Bible Publishers, 2020), Is 40:26.
A true shepherd knows their sheep and will even give them names.
Make sure that in 2024 the Lord knows who you are.
That he knows who you are through salvation as well as in relationship.
If a man maybe alone, he becomes easy prey of the enemy.
Sheep that have names never go missing.
Since the sheep are familiar with a voice, sheep will always go to the shepherd.
Go to the shepherd in prayer.
Go to the under-shepherd that God has placed in your life.
3709 Faith never knows where it is being led, but it loves and knows the one who is leading.
Oswald Chambers
The Shepherd always leads - Because he goes before you.
Deuteronomy 1:30 (CSB)
30 The Lord your God who goes before you will fight for you, just as you saw him do for you in Egypt.
Church Let God carry you this year. As a man carries his son/daughter allow him to carry you.
When he leads you our he will fight for you. All you got to do is be quiet. (Ex 14:14)

Conclusion:

We are about to crossover into 2024. Not only is Jesus at the Gate waiting if we will respond in relationship and in Salvation, he is waiting for us. Are you Ready? The Doors that you have been waiting to open are opening now. If a door closes don't feel sad; rejoice, because the door that you need to walk through is coming. Let him open the door. Hear his voice and wait for him to call on you, so you can be led.
If we are to be a crossover people, we need to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus Christ.
