There needs to be obedience to God's Word.
This is not only speaking God's Word.
It's doing what God's Word says.

There needs to be empowering by the Spirit of God.
Without His power, our words will never speak to people as the Word of the living God.
With His power, everything changes.
It is His power that carries home His Word to the hearts of our hearers.
