When Liz Jensen accepted her fiance’s proposal in January, she never imagined that a complete stranger would play a part in her plans. Jensen picked out the wedding dress she wanted at a local shop, and when she went to pay discovered that someone had already paid the bill for her. The owner of the shop told her that another woman had been in shopping for dresses, but she suspected the woman really wanted to find someone to bless by buying their dress for them. When she noticed that Jensen was shopping alone, she picked her. When Jensen picked out a dress, the woman hurried to the checkout, paid for the dress, and left. When asked about the surprise, Jensen said, “That happens at the drive-thru at McDonald’s, that doesn’t happen with a wedding dress. I was just so incredibly touched to have that person who can look inside themselves to do something nice for someone for someone else, it’s something I’ll never forget for sure.” Jim L.
