The Curse of Hypocrisy

Hypocrisy will blind yourself to your true condition. Jesus warned first the Pharisees, then the lawyers of the sin of their heart. They had rejected the witness of the miracles and attributed to Satan the work of the Lord.

The root cause of hypocrisy is the fear of man - pride.
The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe.
God sees and knows all. We should have a righteous fear of a holy God. Not a concern over the opinion of mortal man.
And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account.
Reverential fear of God opens the door to relationship with God. When we are honest with the Lord about who we are, we are then free to receive his mercy and grace!

Understand your value to God. He knows every bird of the air! He knows every hair of your head! You are valuable to Him!
