“Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.” (Acts 20:28, NASB95) What is the job description of Church leaders? It is to tend to the soul of the church. It is to conduct one’s self as a faithful shepherd who nurtures the health of the flock and protects the flock against spiritual dangers.
