If I hade some legos here to build a house, what part of the house would you start with?

Why start with the foundation first? Why cant’ you build your walls and roof?
I remember back in 2019, my grandfather was building a house. My dad and I helped him out. Since we didn’t work on it every day it took months to finish the project. I remember the beginning weeks of building.
Pack the dirt, let it rain, pack the dirt
Set the first block in the corner was the most important part to my grandfather. This was the 4th or 5th house he had built. Through the experience he had see how important it is to set the cornerstone.
