It is so good to see you today, how many came for a word????
Ice breaker:
This past week we had our community dinner, as we were serving I heard the spirit say what it do if
- What if the spirit breaks out?
What would it look like if people started to come out of the stage brushes?
what If i begin to bring out all the sick,
homeless, addicted,
spiritually bound,
oppressed and possesed
As his word lines up in your heart he wants us to belive for the impossible,
I AM THE GOD OF THE IMPOSSIBLE

A. W. Tozer

The new birth does not produce the finished product. The new thing that is born of God, is far from being complete / as the new born that has to go through its developement Process.

Mark 3 1-6
Let’s stand to our feet and Pray:
(1) He is doing a new thing
(2) Prepare for whats about to come
(3) Something is about to burst

MARK 3 1-6

Jesus Heals on the Sabbath 3
Another time Jesus went into the synagogue, and a man with a shriveled hand was there.
2 Some of them were looking for a reason to accuse Jesus, so they watched him closely to see if he would heal him on the Sabbath.
3 Jesus said to the man with the shriveled hand, “Stand up in front of everyone.”
4 Then Jesus asked them, “Which is lawful on the Sabbath: to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill?” But they remained silent.
5 He looked around at them in anger and, deeply distressed at their stubborn hearts, said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was completely restored.
6 Then the Pharisees went out and began to plot with the Herodians how they might kill Jesus.
HISTORY: (NO PIANO) Pause
Author: John Mark
Unanimous Testimony from the ealy church,
Papias stated In AD 120-140 that John Mark was a close associate of peter.
Areas Writen:
Of Itaily and Rome; In the Mid 50’s and 60’s AD
Theme:
To encourage his readers / to persevere through suffering / and persecution.
Mark was inspired by the Holy spirit,
which means this word was God breathed, and Holy Spirit inspired.
Marks message strongly focused on Jesus humanity and his Divinity....
He was 100 percent man; and 100 percent of God.
Phillippians 2 6-8
6 who, be-ing in the very nature God,
did not consider equality with God
something to be used to his own advantage;
7 Rather, he made himself nothing
by taking the very nature of a Servent,
being made in human likeness.
8 And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death
even death on a cross.
- Last week we seen where Jesus was really going against the customs..
One of the customs that really angered and aggitated the pharisees,
was that Jesus was healing on the sabath
The Defination of the Sabath:
A day of religious observance / and abstinece from work, / kept by Jewish people.
Jesus
Was getting all the attention....
He did not have there schooling
He did not look like them, sound like them, walk like them, talk like them,
or hang out with them....
The religous leaders where seeing, and hearing but trully they did not see or hear
This stirring anger that would build not end after the death of Jesus, but only intensify.
In 60 AD The public would treat christians cruelly, and many would be tortured.
Peter and Paul were going to be among the christians martyrs.
Matthew 5:10 ESV
“Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
MARK 3 1-6
Jesus Heals on the Sabbath 3
Another time Jesus went into the synagogue, and a man with a shriveled hand was there.
2 Some of them were looking for a reason to accuse Jesus, so they watched him closely to see if he would heal him on the Sabbath.
Dont put your Guard down......
1 Peter 5:8 (NIV)
Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
Not everyone who was there had the right hearts.
Not everyone who comes into your life are sent for the right Reasons
3 Jesus said to the man with the shriveled hand, “Stand up in front of everyone.”
4 Then Jesus asked them, “Which is lawful on the Sabbath: to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill?” But they remained silent.
5 He looked around at them in anger and, deeply distressed at their stubborn hearts, said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was completely restored.
Ezekiel 36:26 (ESV)
And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.
6 Then the Pharisees went out and began to plot with the Herodians how they might kill Jesus.
They totally missed the moment
Point 1
Behold im doing a new thing, Dont miss the moment
Isaiah 43:19 (ESV)
Behold, I am doing a new thing;
now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?
I will make a way in the wilderness
and rivers in the desert.
Point 2 Prepare for what coming
Mark 3 7-13 Flow with the Story Fuego
7 Jesus withdrew with his disciples to the lake, and a large crowd from Galilee followed.
8 When they heard about all he was doing, many people came to him from Judea, Jerusalem, Idumea, and the regions across the Jordan and around Tyre and Sidon.
9 Because of the crowd he told his disciples to have a small boat ready for him, to keep the people from crowding him.
10 For he had healed many, so that those with diseases were pushing forward to touch him.
11 Whenever the impure spirits saw him, they fell down before him and cried out, “You are the Son of God.”
12 But he gave them strict orders not to tell others about him.
Could you imagine when we get to this moment, you missed it.....
We are at this moment......
We are recieving calls from partents; marriages being restored, addicted healed, Lost being found, The prodical coming home,
Something Is about to Brake
Point 3 Prepare for what is about to come
Mark 3:20–34 (ESV)
Then he went home, and the crowd gathered again,
so that they could not even eat. And when his family heard it, they went out to seize him, for they were saying,
“He is out of his mind.”
And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem were saying,
“He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and “by the prince of demons he casts out the demons.”
And he called them to him and said to them in parables,
“How can Satan cast out Satan?
If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.
And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but is coming to an end. But no one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. Then indeed he may plunder his house.
“Truly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the children of man, and whatever blasphemies they utter, but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin”— for they were saying, “He has an unclean spirit.”
And his mother and his brothers came, and standing outside they sent to him and called him. And a crowd was sitting around him, and they said to him, “Your mother and your brothers are outside, seeking you.” And he answered them, “Who are my mother and my brothers?” And looking about at those who sat around him, he said, “Here are my mother and my brothers!
