Jesus Is The Only Door To God
John 14:6 “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
Revelation 3:20 “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.”
John 10:9 “I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture.”
The World at large hates this truth.
Christ is the key which unlocks the golden doors into the temple of Divine truth.

Psalm 78:23 “Yet he commanded the skies above and opened the doors of heaven,”
Notice There is more than door, doors (Plural)
3. Doors Are An Opportunity

There Are Doors To Faith

There Are Doors To Hope
Hosea 2:15 “And there I will give her her vineyards and make the Valley of Achor a door of hope
Some Doors Come With A “Door Man” And Bring Judgement
James 5:9 “Do not grumble against one another, brothers, so that you may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing at the door.”
We are told to guard the doors of our mouth
Micah 7:5 “Guard the doors of your mouth”
Our mouths rob of us of countless blessings
From out of the abundance of the heart...
Matthew 12:34 “For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.”
Something you just cannot do is, try to predict what God is doing
Isaiah 55:8–9 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”
What were called to do is trust Him
Proverbs 3:5–6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”
And, Give Him First Place In Our Lives
Matthew 6:33 “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
4. Doors Sometimes Come With Adversaries
1 Corinthians 16:9 “for a wide door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.”

The Bigger The Door, The Bigger The Enemies
God opened a huge door for David, but it came with 9 foot tall killing machine named Goliath
Lets Look at Davids story for a min..
David was youngest of Jesse’s 8 sons..Historians put him at about 12 years old when Samuel anointed David to be the next King of Israel. David tended sheep for his dad and was a musician, he played the harp
1 Samuel 16:11 “Then Samuel said to Jesse, “Are all your sons here?” And he said, “There remains yet the youngest, but behold, he is keeping the sheep.” And Samuel said to Jesse, “Send and get him, for we will not sit down till he comes here.””
1 Samuel 17:37 “And David said, “The Lord who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine.” And Saul said to David, “Go, and the Lord be with you!”
Thus… A Door just appeared for David That would forever change his life and the history of Israel.
5. There Are Doors That You Might Not Even See

6. There Are Doors That Need to Be Repaired, Before You Can Enter Through Them
2 Chronicles 29:3 “In the first year of his reign, in the first month, he opened the doors of the temple of the Lord and repaired them.”
I got wrecked right here, because I could see clearly that sometimes there is repair that we have to do before we can walk thru certain doors. There are things in our life that must repaired. Because if we don't the door is inoperable, it’s off the hinges, we cant use it!
Things like unforgiveness.
Hatred.
You know, the things you do in secret...
your not walking thru certain doors w that secret.
Numbers 32:23 “And be sure your sin will find you out.”
Luke 8:17 “For nothing is hidden that will not be made manifest, nor is anything secret that will not be known and come to light.”
CALL UP WORSHIP TEAM!!!
IN CLOSING: Many of you right now, under the sound of my mouth, have a door in front of you. God wants to show you you His goodness and love. But are you looking for it? Are there things that have to be repaired? Is your door inoperable?
