We continue our study of women in the church by looking at a story from Matthew 15:21–28. Jesus demonstrates the absurdity of the gender and cultural barriers of his day. Through this story, we are reminded that the Gospel has broken down the barriers sin causes, and we are challenged to break down barriers that keep us from meeting the needs of those around us.
