“In the pursuit of vision, some people are only involved while others are committed”
Commitment
Success comes only to people who are committed to their dreams, objectives and assignments.
They are willing to do whatever it takes to see their objectives achieved. There is no point following someone who is not willing to stay with an assignment to the end.
Luke 14:28 NKJV

Luke 9:62 NKJV
But Jesus said to him, “No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”
My encouragement is that as a leader, if you want to accomplish great goals, you must commit to finish whatever you start.
What make people not finished what they start … discussion .
