Pr 14:29-30. Tony van Drimmelen. Of all the temptations we have to wander off the path of wisdom, anger is the most tricky. Anger is complicated and gets us into all kinds of untenable situations. What to do? Wisdom comes to our rescue in the gospel and we learn about a righteousness and path to follow that heals our anger and transforms it into slow anger – the same anger that God has (Ex 34:6). As the fear of the Lord shapes our lives we have an attribute of God to help us manage our anger well and lead us along the path of wisdom.
