- Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:
But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also.
And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.

How Does Jesus Love Me?
•
- A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
•
- But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us
•
Do We Love?
•
- Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
•
- Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
•
- Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us
•
- And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.
•
How Do We Act?
•
- And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness
•
- Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
•
- Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers
•
- Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
•
- And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
