A Kingdom Man
Good morning, UCF morning. Happy Father's Day to all the fathers in the house and the house of our heavenly father. What a way to celebrate the Lord's today celebrating our heavenly father with our Earthly fathers. It's a beautiful blessing to be here on this beautiful Sunday beautiful weather outside.
So let's go ahead and stand we're going to start off our praise and worship.

And we are going to get right into a word in our message today a kingdom man. That is what we're going to talk about a man and I'm going to tell you today's foundational scripture if you all stand with me, we're going to do the foundational.

And so we the women we said, well we heard all about this virtual virtuous women and we feel like, you know, maybe we refer to as what the right but what a virtuous woman what we want a kingdom man. So now we are going to talk about the kingdom man and what we want in a kingdom man. So the first thing that we want a kingdom man is responsible for protecting his family. Okay Kingdom and is responsible for protecting his family biblical manhood includes the responsibility to protect one's family. This made me physically to a point of laying down light in Ephesians 5 25
Love your wife. Just as Christ also loved the church and gave himself for her. All right.

That is spiritual I keep but you know what the kingdom man must start with himself. I was on the airplane like every other week. Okay. So one of the things when you go on an airplane that they tell you to do the flight attendant says before you help others, you put the mask on yourself, right? You put the mask on yourself and then you help others. So Kingdom in we need you you must take care of yourself first. And so in order to take care of yourself first, what a kingdom man must do is start with putting on the full armor of God. Put on the full armor of God and that the fusion 6 10 through 18 and it says finally be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes for our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers against the authorities against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the Heavenly realm there for Kingdom and put on the full armor of God so that when the day of evil comes you may be able to stand your ground and after you have done everything to stand stand firm then with the belt of Truth The Buckle around your waist with the breastplate of righteousness. Blaze with your feet fitted with the Readiness that comes from the gospel of peace in addition to all this take up the shield of Faith which whip you can extinguish all the Flames of arrows of the evil one take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit, which is God's word and pray in the spirit on All Occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests with this in mind be alert always keep on praying for all of the Lord's people. So we're going to then we talked about the helmet of salvation and it said as you put on the armor, I want you to remember and it says Proverbs 4:23 more than anything you guard protect your mind for Life flows in it. So important that you put on the helmet of salvation take the helmet of salvation because Satan is going to come at you with his lies. The enemy wants to make us doubt God as our Salvation the helmet protect armor. By doubting the truth and saying what works so see Kingdom in we need you. We need you. We need you to put on the helmet of salvation and the boys we're going to let the boys put it on too. But Kingdom in we need you wearing the helmet of salvation to protect us because we need you the responsible protectors to protect your mind. The next the next big that I wanted to talk to you about the second thing that the kingdom and me I have to tell you I was asking sister Howard did however speak in a progressive and I never spoke a progressive dinner and I didn't remember the first time I did speak in front of God people and it was actually a True Vine and so I was at True Vine and I spoke on a True Vine on spiritual toolbox. We'll talk about the kingdom men and we'll talk about them putting on the full armor of God, including the helmet of salvation. But soon as I start thinking about the king of man, I was thinking about other things that the kingdom man might need. I guess what came to mind again. The spiritual Tova so here I am again to talk a little bit about the spiritual toolbox. And what is And I brought my old spiritual to buy tobacco. Okay?
box we want the first thing that's going to be in the toolbox is words of encouragement because words of encouragement from Proverbs and people who love and support him is one of the strongest tools that a man can have my husband always tells me that you know, it is important encouragement women. So we need to always give words of encouragement to the men in our life.
For us to make sure that we're feeling it women that we're feeling the spiritual to box with things such as a good man obtains favor from the Lord, which is a summarized is Proverbs 12:2 says a good man attempts favor from the Lord but a man of wicked intent intentions, he will be condemned. We need a patient man who has great understanding and Proverbs 14:29 says a person of great understanding is patient but a short temper is the height of stupidity a man of integrity that walks securely and Proverbs 10:9 said He Who Walks With Integrity walk securely, but he who prevent his own way becomes known so in the spiritual You have words of encouragement because we need a Kingdom man who fears the Lord who has a secure Fortress in his children and that they will have Refuge other thing. We need in the spiritual to buy.
Is the word of God?
Baby for the word of God in the spiritual toolbox. So Kingdom in we need you to carry it. If you're not carrying it physically in your heart carry the word of God because the toolbox will have to have that instruction in it. He will be a man a man will be a man of the word using the scripture to overcome Temptation. He will have an awareness of biblical Doctrine now you we know that we can know the theological term. So Plato says the measure of a man is what he does of a man is what he does with power. JK Rowling says if you want to see the true Measure of a Man watch how he treats his inferiors not his equals. Mr. Luther King said the ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in the moment of comfort and convenience but where he stands at the time of Challenge and controversy. Okay, but of course what I want to know is what does the word of God say?
And what I found is you can look no further.
The Apostle Paul who got the word directly from the Holy Spirit and wrote letters to Timothy and Titus what it means to measure up to the statue in the fullness of Christ Ephesians 4:13 as the son of man. Jesus is the epitome of The Measure of a Man. Ephesians 4:13 says this is to continue until all of us are united in our faith and in our knowledge about God son until we become mature until we measure up to Christ. Who is the standard Jesus Christ is the standard. He is the measure of a man cry fully displayed that
And we find the fruits of the spirit in Galatians 5:2 through 23. A kingdom man will show evidence of these words which include the fruit of the spirit is love joy, peace, longsuffering kindness goodness, faithfulness gentleness self-control against such there is no law. So a kingdom man will study learn and understand the will of God. A kingdom and again, I want to say that one more time a kingdom man will study learn and understand the will of God a kingdom man will study learn and know the will of God. In Matthew, it says seek first the kingdom of God and righteousness and all things should be added to you. So Kingdom and what we going to do on my policy, here we go do Roman and do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may prove what is good and acceptable and perfect. Peace. If and perfect will of God a man. So Kingdom and we need you. Kingdom man we need you. 2 put away childish ways and have the responsibility to work in the Kingdom as Fathers as husband and we need you. the father not the boys, but the fathers and to carry a spiritual toolbox because we need you to remind you that your what we're looking at. You know, we have Jesus in our heart, but we are looking at you physically. So we need you to carry the spiritual toolbox. We need you Kingdom in. Thank you.

Matthew Matthew 20 and 28 says for even the son of man came not to be served but to serve others to give his life as a ransom for many. So again, it's referring back to Jesus and kingdom is the ultimate service is he gave his life and Galatians said for you brother and have been called to Liberty. Only do only do not use Liberty as an opportunity for flesh but through love. Serve one another serve one another. Go back, please. Okay. So while we go back, please? Just went to heaven. Or go to the kingdom and we need you.
Thank you. Okay, so why we know that Jesus is our ultimate example of service. however, when I think of a kingdom man a man of service in this day and time I think no further than my husband.
Okay, so You know those of you who come often and listen to my husband speak. you know, he always been up here and said give these stories and he always uses me in his You know what I'm talking about how many people have heard him say? My wife tells me don't use me in your service. Don't use me in your message. Yeah, yeah, he always said that he said that I say that and I don't sound like that anyway.
He said he said he said don't don't use me and you don't use me in your message. I don't sound like that but that's what he says that I do, right? Okay, so guess what? Kingdom and
I want you to stand I need any more words back. I need more words that I'm not going to go that far. So so Kingdom and stand I need you to stand. I need you to stay and I need you to stand okay?

Yeah, I never ever saw anyone wash the feet of this Kingdom man. So, please take off your shoes and socks.

Okay. We're going to go to our next step which is Tradition at our church because the pastor doesn't believe in us coming to church and leaving with nothing. So we are going to leave with a lot of construction Kingdom and right but to all of us we need to all read the Bible daily. We need to pray daily. We need to sign up and volunteer. Everyone because we are still growing and young and we need everyone and we also need you to 10 Tuesday or Thursday or Tuesday and Thursday Bible study. And in order for us to continue to bring God's word to the world. We need to continue to invite people to Sunday morning worship service. So that is our charge for our next steps and we will now.
