i) Epaphroditus was "...the messenger who came from Phillipi...Paul mentions
him in words of esteem and affection. On his return to Philippi he was the
bearer of Paul's letter to the church there."

i) “Epaphroditus probably held a leading office in the Philippian Church, perhaps
as a presbyter...”
ii) “...had brought on himself by the fatigues of the journey a dangerous sickness.”

Ø 23 For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord
