What God originates, He orchestrates. How is never a problem for God.

Habakkuk 2:2–3 ESV
And the Lord answered me: “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it. For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.

Investigate before you initiate.

Three reasons people don’t investigate

1. Impatience

2. Pride

3. Fear

Is my vision a solution to a problem that needs to be addressed?

Nehemiah 2:7 ESV
And I said to the king, “If it pleases the king, let letters be given me to the governors of the province Beyond the River, that they may let me pass through until I come to Judah,

Share your vision with the appropriate people at the appropriate time.

Never expect others to sacrifice more than you are willing to sacrifice. We need to lead by example.

Don’t confuse your plan with God’s vision. A vision is, could and should be.

Visions don’t change.

Plans are always changing , they never stay the same.

A vision can only survive when there is unity.

If you have a vision, you need to lead, NOT control.

Do not get distracted.

Luke 9:62 ESV
Jesus said to him, “No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for the kingdom of God.”
