For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

Because its Logos, God’s expression and His thought. And you cannot separate God from His thought. And if the Word is connected to its source, the Word is alive.
Now if I take a lamp and unplug it from the wall will it bring forth light?

The Bible is God breathing His thought.
Many people see the Bible as a fairy tale. They put the story of David and Goliath right up there with the fictional story of Beauty and the Beast. They read it without the revelation, so what they read is just words.
But the Bible to me is more than stories. Its the Gospel.. it is truth… it is dynamite.

The Gospel goes from words to POWER when we receive it for what it is. Not from men or men’s opinion but from the mouth of God and when we receive the Revelation from the revelator we receive Its Life and Power.
We activate the word of God by receiving it for what it is. Not from men or men’s opinion but from the mouth of God and when we receive the Revelation from the revelator we receive the Life.
The Gospel is the Power of God for Salvation.
Salvation is the Greek word Soteria, meaning refused from.. deliverance. to make safe
