Jesus is Temped again.

Again Jesus is challenged by Satan.
he takes him to the pinnacle of the temple and he is testing his faith. by wanting him to test or try God.
Matthew 4:5–6 KJV 1900
Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple, And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Now the first time Satan temped Jesus, He used scripture to fight against him so Satan try something different on Jesus this time.
Satan tries to twist Scripture.
Make no mistake Satan knows the Bible and he knows just how to twist it to fit his will and make you stumble.
He uses people to mis interpret God’s word to promote many different things in this world.
that's why it is so critical to know God’s word for your self and through the Holy Spirit listen to what God is saying through his word.
Psalm 91:11–12 NKJV
For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone.
This is a strong point Satan tries to make here.
God has promised he will take care of us.
he will protect us and always be there for us.
So is it a sin to trust in God?
Why is Satan coming at Jesus from this angle?
It is true that God will be there for us in need right?
G
So how is this a temptation to sin against God?
Jesus seen right through Satans smoke and knew what he was up to.
He knew what he was up to and came back at him with more scriture.
Matthew 4:7 KJV 1900
Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.

Satan was trying to get Jesus to try God.
We should never try God!
This is actually the opposite of faith.
Faith is knowing God will take care of you with out question.
If you try God you are saying you don't believe He will and you are wanting him to prove to you.
Deuteronomy 6:16 KJV 1900
Ye shall not tempt the Lord your God, as ye tempted him in Massah.
