I.
We are changed into what we behold.
We will become what we worship.
A.
Psalm 115:4-8  People who worship idols will be like them
 
II.
The process of change
A.      We are not changed (internally) by
                   1.
The church we attend
                   2.
The songs we sing
                   3.       Reading the Bible
4.       Praying:  /“Prayer changes things”/ but prayer does not necessarily change us
5.       Doing the right things (but wanting to do the wrong things)
          B.
We are changed to the degree we behold Him
                   1.       We are saved as we behold Him as Savior
                   2.       We are healed as we behold Him as Healer
                   3.       We are delivered as we behold Him as Deliverer
                   4.       We are empowered as we behold Him as Baptizer
C.      The image you have of God will determine the level of change in the image of Christ inside of you
