Name above all Names

Worship: By understanding names of God as He has revealed them to us in His word, our reverence and awe should increase

Relationship: By understanding His name, we can better use it when we call out to HimScripture References

Proverbs 18:10 ESV
The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe.
Psalm 8:1 ESV

Yahweh: LORD

YHWH, often pronounced Yahweh, is the most frequently used name of God in the Old Testament, and it is commonly translated as LORD, with all capitals.
The name Yahweh means God is:
Eternal
Unchangeable
Covenantal
Romans 8:38–39 ESV
For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Yahweh Jireh: The Lord Will Provide

Our God is too big to have one name capture His essence, character, accomplishments or being

Jesus, Jeshua, fulfilled all the previous names used by Yahweh in OT, proof He is a One with God

Fresh perspective on the awesomeness of our God and remember to call out to Him in times of need, prayer and worship. He alone is worthy and we can know Him in personal way. Who else is like our God
