Miami Dolphin coach Jimmy Johnson knows how to make teams win. In 1989, his first season in Dallas, Johnson's team compiled fifteen losses. The Cowboys were, by Johnson's own admission, the worst team in the NFL. But he wouldn't accept anything less than a Super Bowl championship. Johnson has a degree in industrial psychology, and he never wavered in his positive attitude. In his post-game meetings he would concentrate on plotting the next win, so the team could put a loss behind them quickly. In four years Johnson took the Cowboys to the Super Bowl and won-the most dramatic turn-around in NFL history. Even more amazing, they won again the following year. Johnson's influence in the Cowboys success is further evidenced by the fact that after he left, they resumed their downward spiral.
