Revelation chapter number 14. I'd like to read verses 6 & 7 together with you.

John riding and I saw another angel fly in the midst of Heaven. Having the Everlasting gospel. Having the Everlasting gospel.

I saw another angel fly in the midst of Heaven having the Everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth and too and to every nation and Kindred and tongue and people saying with a loud voice fear God and give glory to him. For the hour of his judgment is come and worship him that made Heaven and Earth and the Sea and The Fountains of water. Let's pray. Oh Lord, Jesus we bow before you and we're thankful that you've given us all things that pertain to life and godliness. Thank you Lord that has we come here to your word. We're told and instructed that there is an everlasting gospel in a world of change in a world of transition Lord. Thank you that some things will never change and they have always remained the same start our hearts and encourage them together as we edify one another with this truth. A Jesus Christ the same yesterday today and forever. It is the same gospel that we gather around this morning the true that Jesus Paid my debt. He was crucified for me Lord. I pray that you'll bless as your word Goes Forth in Jesus name. I'd me behind the cross. Amen. There are some things that do not change. I wish seen a lot of change recently. Sometimes change is good. Sometimes change is not so good. I'm pleased with some of the changes I'm saying I'm disappointed with some other changes that I'm saying. Nevertheless As We Gather here this morning, we know there are some Eternal Timeless things and so I just want to take some thoughts right from these words the Everlasting gospel preached to them that dwell on the earth. If it's Everlasting then that speaks of a certain character about it a quantity. If you want to call it, it's Everlasting it'll never run out. We know that we can never exhaust the love and the grace in the mercy of our God every time we come to him when we've send he is there waiting for us with mercy and Grace if we're humble and contrite healed well with us those promises are sure and just as God never changes his word is Forever settled in heaven and we can build our faith on these things some things do not change not all things are constant, but some are a numerically in up math would probably be a very good example, unless you're being learned under the new math. I'm not talking about two plus two equals. The moon is made of cheese or something like that. I'm talking about 1 + 1 is Oh boy, we're going to go back to school one plus one is two plus two is those things are constant. They they shouldn't change right and if we change them, well, if we have a diligent teacher who's going to hold us accountable, then we're going to not do so. Well on her quizzes and tests and have to work harder in math and other subjects 3 * 4 is 12 for X 416. There's some things that that are constant. I like stability stability is good. We have as much stability and structure as we can handle it our house and as we can reasonably do without losing our sanity and the kids that come to our place they just once they get there for a while and they learn some things and they they see how things happened and it won't be long before the clock is singing and they're going Mack Mack. It's time for snack. The clock saying and then as the day goes on the clock sings again, and we have a singing clock. By the way. For those of you have never been to our house. Our clocks hangs on the wall in the children like it and so the clock sings and they go lunch lunch. And then this is probably my favorite of the day the clocks things again in some of you know, where I'm headed now, it's nap time nap time for certain age and under yep adults need to get something done. Anyway stability is good. You see kids, it might take him a while to learn to schedule in the routine. If it's constant, you know, sometimes things throw it up shore, but we try to keep that constant because we want to we want them to be able to thrive and eventually they do when they catch on they figure out how things work and then they start getting really crafty and learning how to play the system in those things and you know, not napping when they're supposed to nap and you think they're napping but they're not really nappy, but we know that cuz Adults It Anyway some things are constant. I'm thankful that the gospel is one of those constants it and it will never change and can I also just insert this because we're talking about the gospel in the word of God. There's nothing that the devil can do. There's nothing that the world can do to ever throw this constant off now we can reject the gospel. And God doesn't desire anyone to do that. But that is a choice that we each have to make and we can either receive Jesus Christ or we can reject his payment for our sins on Calvary. The choices of dust of the Gospel of Jesus Christ has always been the same now, wait a minute Pastor. I've got two Testaments in my Bible. I know you do but the gospel is always been the same the word of God defines the gospel. If you want a good scripture definition, I teach this in our sewing class when we do those we go right to 1st Corinthians 15 and take our definition of the Gospel right from the words of pull in verses 1 through 4. He declares moreover brother and I declare unto you the gospel. That's the good news is what the word means which I preached unto you which also you have received and wherein you stand By which also your saved if you keep in memory what I preached unto you unless you have believed in vain for I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received. What is this that you receive pull the trigger livering to me how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures and that he was buried and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures. That is a well-rounded all sufficient definition of the good news of Jesus Christ The Gospel and here in chapter 14 of revelation. We have this angel that John sees appear on the scene of what's transpiring and and boy, this is a great chapter. This is a good news chapter. This is one of those chapters that after you've gone through some of the things of chapter 13 with the two beasts and one from the city and the other from the earth boy. It's time for some good news. Amen. And we need to know that the lamb that was slain from the foundation of the world is standing upon Mount Zion with hundred and forty four thousand around him and that he's not finished with everything yet. He's finished the Plan of Redemption, but when he comes and plants his feet on Mount Zion, Hulk friend that is going to seal the devil's Doom for sure and that clock is ticking that's to which we wait people have always been saved the same way a man. They've always been saved the same way that you and I are saved today. Jesus said in John 14:6 unto his disciple. I am the way the truth and the life no man cometh unto the father, but by me, oh, I wish I could just take a little side this course, but we'd be here all the way through lunch. If I did that and go to the Old Testament and look at Christ in the Tabernacle. I'm letting your appetite because I've been working on some things after I've come back from Israel that I think it's going to be a tremendous blessing to you and so I won't do that now, but just think about the Tabernacle and all the pictures of our Lord Jesus Christ that are seen in that Tabernacle. And we cover that in our Sunday school training classes that we do and we went out to the parking lot for those that remember we chalked out the dimensions of the Tabernacle in Drew. Everything would be so that we can imagine it as best as we could with chalking concrete. The boy what a picture the Brazen altar Jesus Christ went into the holy of holies in the heavens themselves and cleansed the heavens with his own blood and then emerged Victorious and took our sin just like that high priest would emerge after the day of atonement after he'd gone into that Sanctuary he would emerge and then go out and lay the sins of the people upon a scapegoat Jesus Christ is both our sacrifice and our scapegoat. He's the one that said I am the way the truth and the life no man cometh unto the father, but by me Old Testament New Testament you come through Calvary you come through the blood of Christ and this is according to the character of God that the gospel does not change the scriptures teach the immutability of this doctor and let me remind you of the book of Psalms in verse chapter 3 and verse number 8 where the psalmist record sport is David riding salvation belongs on to Jehovah salvation belongs unto the Lord and the Lord doesn't change Hebrews chapter 13 verse number 8 a new testament truth based off of an Old Testament Foundation the truth that Jehovah never changes. He's the same yesterday today and forever that was to the children of Israel as they wandered in the wilderness as they were headed into the promised land Jehovah would never change for them. Now. They had a choice if they walked away from the commands of the Lord then they would receive consequences and chastening for that and they sure did. Does the New Testament? Believer who is under the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. He has fulfilled the law for us. Then the writer to Hebrews says so eloquently Jesus Christ the same yesterday today and forever Hebrews 13:8 and he says he goes on to say in Hebrews 13 something that's not recorded for the children of Israel in Deuteronomy.

Hebrews to the New Testament believer now that everything is finished through Christ work on Calvary. The promise can be I will never leave thee nor forsake thee there is no exception to that in the New Testament. There is no except clause or unless or is the Old Testament. There was Jehovah promised that he would never forsake Israel. If she never forsook his commands. Go read it in Deuteronomy. I don't have time to go read all the chapters with you, but it's clear Moses knew because Jehovah had already revealed at 2. And that Israel was not going to walk forever with the Lord. And the Lord knew that in his foreknowledge and made a way for them to come back to him and I believe chapter 14 of Revelation is a key part of fulfilling all those promises in Deuteronomy that is real failed from but today it's done for us and underpriced. And so we have the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and in Malachi chapter 3 verse number 6 speaking of Jehovah. I am the Lord. It says very clearly there I change not this is the Everlasting Gospel of James Record a force that every good gift and every perfect gift is from above. It comes down from the Father of Lights. With whom is no can you finish the verse variableness neither shadow of turning? You see this is secured its solid salvation by grace through faith and the Everlasting Gospel of Jesus Christ. These are gifts that have never changed and nor will they change? This is the Everlasting gospel. So all who have ever gotten saved have many of the same things in common. Are you with me? Biblically speaking any person who's ever gotten saved number one. We all come the same way.

We all come the same way all this is such a beautiful truth. UCI. I'm reminded of Jesus and John chapter 4 when he said I must needs go through Samaria here. You have this woman at the well at Samaria who's just doing our daily routines and Jesus comes to her and and through the discourse back and forth after he ask something of a woman that any Jewish person in that day in the right mind would say why is he asking her for water? Why is he doing this? She's a Samaritan. She's a half-breed only that he's a man. She's a woman. He doesn't mind that he goes right to her and shares with her the truth that if she can believe that he is Messiah that he is God's anointed one out of her belly will flow rivers of Living Water. She can have water quench her thirst spiritually speaking and she'll never thirst again blessed. Are they that hunger and thirst after righteousness for they shall be filled? This is the gospel. We all come the same way Samaritan Jew gentile people would say Barbarian Greek. Wherever you hail from we don't really say that anymore from Wednesday to dust thou hell. Well I come from Georgia. How about you? Doesn't matter C The Ground is level at the cross. We all are from the race of Adam. I've said this before and I'll just reiterate it. There is only one race of mankind. We all bleed the same color. There's only one race. It is Mankind and all who can come come through the same way. These are some things we have in common. We could save the same way if he's in chapter 2 verse 8 and 9 perhaps you can quote this with me as well for by grace. Are you saved through faith and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God. Not of Works lest any man should boast first 10 saying that we are his workmanship created in Christ. Jesus unto good works works follow after salvation. See we come through the same way. The truth is salvation has never been by the keeping of the law and I don't misunderstand the law has its place the law has a purpose and we're going to talk about that. There's no other method. There's no other way that we can come to Salvation except by grace through faith. And this is why Hebrews tells us that salvation has always been through Jesus Hebrews chapter 4 verse number to the Bible recording for unto us was the Gospel preached as well as under them. But he goes on to write the word preached did not profit them not being mixed with faith in them. That hurt it. You can hear the word of God all day long. But until you have faith mixed with hearing Paul says that Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God.

For by grace, are you saved through? Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the receipt they heard the word but it wasn't mixed with faith. They were a mixed group mixed and unbelief.

Purpose of the law that God gave on Mount Sinai to Moses into the children of Israel. The purpose of the law was never to save anyone but this show us our desperation. Our desperate need for salvation Paul is clear on this and that the law is our Schoolmaster. The law is our teacher Galatians chapter 3 turn over there. Let's read verses 24 and 25 together. Galatians chapter 3 verse 24

we read these words. Wherefore the law was our what? Some of your still turning that tells me you've got the verse memorized. Amen. You answered it before you found it hiding God's word in your heart. I love it. The law was our Schoolmaster. And what is this? Wonderful Schoolmaster do pulses it brings us to Messiah. It brings us to the anointed one to Jesus Christ that we might be justified by what it's by faith through Grace. But after that faith is come we are no longer under a Schoolmaster. Why because that we are adopted as Sons with the Holy Spirit given to us and then we're challenge to study to show ourselves approved to work out our salvation with fear and trembling to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ and then to go and make disciples of all Nations have a Great Commission to do Under This gospel. It's the teacher that matters most rather than the subject. The subject is important, but the teacher is what matters know the words of John in the words of Jesus in John chapter 5, he told those that thought they had eternal life. He said search the scriptures faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God search the scriptures for in them. You think you have eternal life in there. They which testify of me meaning Jesus they testify of him. So if the law is a Schoolmaster to bring us to Christ, the lord is also compared to a plumbline. We got any construction of folks in here or anybody was done construction work in the past a plumbline. I've got a couple of these in my tool drawer and you taken hang hang it on the line and it gives you a true line. You can see if something's Plum and I when my my aunt was having a house built back in Georgia, my grandfather who was alive at the time he the builders didn't like it when they saw him come around, you know, why because he had his level with him and probably a plum Plum line in his pocket and as they were throwing that house up so quick he would walk around and check the framing and a couple of times he went back and said that one's a little far to out. Sometimes he'd let it go if it wasn't too bad, but they just me and we're going to be here all day here. He comes checking all this. Yeah. He wanted it done right the first time it's easier to do the first time than have to go back and tear down and do it all over again. And so I Play I learned some great things for my granddad and a hand God Rest his soul a plumbline Amos chapter 7 let's go and have you turn to some verses hear Amos chapter 7. I want to read with you verses 7 and 8. The law is a Schoolmaster according to Galatians. The law is also a plumbline. Look at what a mystery chords. Amos chapter 7 verse number 7. He showed me and behold the Lord stood upon a wall made by a plumbline with a plumbline in his hand. And the Lord said unto me Amos what sea is now and I I said a plumb-line then said the Lord behold. I will set up a Plumb line in the midst of My People Israel. I will not again pass by them anymore. So what does a Plumb line do the Lord says I'm going to come and I'm going to set up a Plumb line right in the middle of My People Israel. A plumbline is going to show him where they're crooked. Where they're not walking? Straight and true according to the law how straight do you think they were walking? Oh, how can two walk together, except they be agreed who quoted those words remind me of that book again. Amos and we're in chapter 7 Amos is the one who tells us how can two walk together, except they be agreed here is the Lord with the plum line saying this is the straight and narrow. This is the truth. And Israel is going to be able to see very clearly how far off they are. I wonder if the Lord were to come into the average Christians life today mine included none of us exempt from this and hang that place. I wonder how many of us might be humble enough to recognize when the holy spirit says. That was a little off right there. We need to get that one. Correct. You see this is this is the beauty of having the Holy Spirit indwell us as New Testament Believers having believe by faith through Grace the Holy Spirit if we're in the word of God if we're around other believers who are walking with God and and if we're edifying and building one another up then we can challenge and we can be edified in the fact that God's going to show us and not to be our prayer when we pray Lord take me to your word. Show me anywhere that I I need to be corrected Lord load. Don't let me build too far on this until that's correct it and right because eventually it's it's going to ask you things. All we need to be tender we need to me to have God's help with this. The law is a Schoolmaster a man, aren't you? Thankful that the law can teach us our need for Christ and show us how to find him the laws of plumb line. It shows us where we need God's correction and why we need a savior Jesus Christ if that plumbline where to be measured on his life, it would be straight and true because there's no sense in him. There is no guile in him and by his stripes we are healed he fulfilled all that we can't do ourselves and we believe on him by faith through Grace. The law also is not only a Schoolmaster a plumb-line. It's also mirror. James chapter 1 verse 23 says for if any be a hearer of the word and not a doer he is like unto a man be holding his natural face in a glass for he behold them self and go with his way and straightway forget. It's what manner of man he was but who's so Lucas into the perfect law of Liberty and continuous. They're in heat. Be not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work this man shall be blessed in his deed. To steal some Thunder again from the Tabernacle. Is that high priest or the priest any priest for that matter would come to do their daily service. They would go through the Brazen altar put the blood on the horns of the altar sprinkle the blood around the altar. then the next thing that they would do after the Brazen altar as they would come to what What's the next process in the Tabernacle of God dwelling with men are the Brazen Altar? And the right now? I'm feeling a little better. Now. Somebody does remember Sunday school prize me of the Bible trivia game. We played on us on Friday night. That was a lot of fun the Laver imagine every time that priest would walk up to the labor and the labor he would cleanse himself before he would go into the Tabernacle to do his administration for the lure. He'd look in there and he'd see all the dirt. Maybe that's it from the ass for the fire because that reflection would reflect back. Hey priesthood of the believer. When you come to the mirror of God's word you looking here and into the Holy Spirit show you some things may be that you need to wash off. You need to have him cleanse you if we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. That verse is a great verse to try to lead people to the Lord. But can I tell you that's not who John wrote it to he didn't write it to lost people he wrote it to people who have Already been saved by grace through faith that like Peter and the other disciples When Jesus washed their feet it need to be cleaned a head-to-toe. They just needed to have the dirt washed all from walking around this world. That's what the law of Liberty does for the believer. The law is a Schoolmaster. It's a Plumb line. It's a mirror even the Old Testament. Men and women were not saved by the blood of bulls and goats. I'm thankful. I had a High School Mentor in a teacher in his son school teacher who sent me straight on this because as a young believer, I had a lot to learn and I came to the Bible and I felt okay Old Testament New Testament. They do all the sacrifices in the Old Testament. That's how they get say. That's how they go to heaven boy was I wrong and he set me straight and I'm glad you did because I've never forgotten that lesson know you're saved in the Old Testament the same way as in the New Testament by faith. They were looking forward to the sacrifice. You see those the blood of those bulls and goats could never propitiate force and it could never take away sin completely. That blood was simply an atonement and these are good Bible words that I think we've lost our generation you if we bring it into a an equivalent sure we can do that but think of this atonement is to cover and that's what the blood of bulls and goats. Did it covered their sins. Looking forward to the day when our great high priest would come and take them away completely and tell us. I pay them in full that propitiation atonement is covering propitiation is to pay in full and I'm thankful is John said we have an advocate with the father Jesus Christ the righteous. Is the propitiation for our sins and not for ours only but remember we all come the same way. The sins of the whole world know what glory is truth. Let us never become tried. Let us never get old. Tell me the old old Story the one I love so dear. This is hell. I had my life turned around. This is how God reached in and saved a Wretch like Me This is how I went from blindness decide. This is how I went from being lame to walking and leaping and praising God. This is the truth. Whereby we must be saved. Saved by the blood of bulls and goats and they weren't in the Old Testament Hebrews chapter 10 verse 4 says for it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins. or saved by the blood of Jesus Revelation Chapter 13 Verse number 8. We studied it here recently in all that dwell upon the Earth shall worship Him whose names are not written in the Book of Life of the lamb slain from the foundation of the world. He's not cold. They're the lamb who has lived from the foundation of the world. He's cold the lamb slain from the foundation of the world. We're not saved by the blood of bulls and goats. We're saved the suffering and the death of Jesus Christ. He was beaten for us. He was bruised for us by his stripes. We are healed by some bull not by a goat, but by the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. It's always been the blood of Christ that washes away sin in our texting Revelation 14 verse number 6 the gospel. That is the death the burial in the resurrection of Jesus is called hear the Everlasting gospel. I saw another angel fly in the midst of Heaven having the Everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth and every nation and Kindred in Tongan people. the law of God pointed to this good news of Christ John the Baptist preached this same gospel the messenger that was sent before Messiah to prepare the way he said these words he that believeth on the son hath everlasting life and he that believeth not the son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him. Either you have it or you don't either you've chosen life or you've rejected and you're going to lose your life. That's the choice each of a space. So people have gotten the same what gotten say the same way all throughout history. by grace through faith in Jesus Christ and people call the time since the cross at the age of Grace. Maybe you've heard that it's always been the age of Grace when it comes to God's Gift of salvation. He is a gracious God and study the Old Testament find how many times you see mercy and Truth tied together. Look for grace in Jehovah and Boyle find a you also find a God who is Who is Hortense in? Play debonaire by case in point they knew how to approach God he'd already spelled out for them how they were to come to him. But they decided to do things their own way and offered Strange Fire and it cost them their life. You see there is one way to come to God and it's by faith through Grace in messiah in Jesus. Christ will come through the same way. Secondly. We all have the same potential. I heard a message preached in Chapel when I was in college. Dr. Jim schettler and he took his texts from The Book of Ecclesiastes and it's a verse that I memorized it that day by hearing him preach it and I've never forgotten it. Maybe you know the verse I can't not the whole verse but at least the last part of it a dead a living dog is better than a Nobody no takers a living dog is better than a dead. Anybody want to guess you got the animal kingdom to pick from I'll give you multiple choice a living dog is better than a dead. Oh now you're awake. Okay, a living dog is better than a dead lion and he use that text to teach as young college kids about hate you can have all the potential in the world. You can be like a lion you can have the potential of a lion strength, but if you're dead you're of no use to God if he's in Shafter to the same passage recorded earlier by grace. Are ye saved through faith the beginning of that chapter says and you ASCII quick and Were Made Alive which were dead in trespasses and sins. So the thrust of his message was I'd rather be a living dog any day than a dead lion Lord. I come to you. I'm not much what-you-see-is-what-you-get. This is All of Me Lord, you can have it. Don't hold anything back. That's when you're going to have potential. Hey, we all come through the same way through this Everlasting gospel by faith through Grace. We also have the same potential 2nd Corinthians chapter 5 verse 17 teaches us that therefore If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature old things are passed away behold. All things are become new. The day I got saved was the first day of the rest of my life and I never look back. Now. I know people have different salvation testimonies and and I'm thankful for my wife's testimony that you know, she didn't she didn't get into some of the things that I did and some of the regrets that I have and I'm so thankful for that. Please please hear me well friend. You don't have to know what the world has to offer before you find out. You don't like it. Okay, you can get saved as young as you know that Jesus Christ died for you that you're a sinner in in and I don't know if there's not a spelled out age of accountability, but I know the judge of all the Earth shall do what's right. By all come to him. My wife got gloriously saved a lot younger than I got saved and I'm thankful for that. But when I got saved was the first to hear the rest of my life. Oh, I can't tell you what hope that breathed into me and I actually had something to live for something to look forward to and I had hope of Christ that heaven was my home now and that here's the biggest thing all those things. I had done against God all those things that I knew I was going to stand before him accountable for racking them up. I'd lost count if you were to ask me by the time I got saved. How many times did you send? I don't even know. I'm glad God knows because I After a while, I lose count. Not concern me greatly. But God met me with mercy and I became a new creature how was born again as Jesus told Nicodemus and now I am assured that I'm going to see Heaven one day and and that God's not upset with me anymore. Potential is determined by how we come to the Lord. This is good. This is good because it's not determined by social standing. Thank the Lord because I was such a social reject at 14. I would have never gotten saved if that was the case. Such an introvert when the Lord called me to preach and I don't know how I could do this and I just surrendered to him and said Lord, you know, I can't do this. I know I can't do this. But if you'll do it through me, I'll let you and that's why I'm here today. Otherwise, I'd still be an introvert hiding somewhere getting away from people. I don't like to be in front of a lot of people. I was even last night. My stomach was in knots. Well, I'm going to fart I won't go there potential is not determined by social standing. In Christ, it is determined by the fact that when we could save the Holy Spirit indwells, every believer. Listen to these words in Colossians chapter 1 verse 27 to whom God would make known what is the riches of his glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is listen Christ in you the hope of glory

Potential we all have the same potential to have Christ in us the hope of glory and this is why our Biblical counseling Ministry Here's Hope helping oppressed people escaped. I was there once oppressed and I found Escape. I found Deliverance through Jesus Christ and he set me free potential is not just for the smart. Thank the Lord. Cuz I can be included now. It's not just for the good-looking Hallelujah that it's not dependent upon that. It doesn't depend on whether you're rich or not or you see what we're doing. We're whittling away social standing and it would appearance attraction money. All of this Fades away when we come to the cross and all we see is a Schoolmaster showing us you violated God's word. You need you need a savior. This is how you receive salvation believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. And so this is what all believers have in Christ. We have Christ in us the hope of glory Potential is not to the Swift. It's not to the strong neither yet bread to the wise nor yet riches to Men of understanding nor yet. Favour two men of skill bottom line it is because you are in Christ and Christ is in you number one. We all come the same way. Secondly. We all have the same potential to be a new creature to have old things passed away and all things becoming new. And thirdly we all have the same future. Hello. I'm looking forward to that day. The longer. I live here the more Sorrows I amassed the more I have having to look forward to. Friends and family that are there today and I understand no problem do it better than I did. I'm in a strait betwixt two. I want to go there. I want to be with him. I want to see my loved ones, but I still have more to do here for the Lord and every breath. He gives me every day that I live I live in the Christ for to me to live is Christ and to die is gain you read it in our scripture reading that I may know him the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of his sufferings. We made conformable unto his death. We all have the same future. Therefore we are always confident if we keep reading 2nd Corinthians 5 if we go back to verses 6 and 8 6 through 8. Therefore we are always confident knowing that whilst we are at home in the body. We are absent from the Lord for we walk by faith and not by sight. We are confident. I say willing rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord heaven is what we have to look forward to Heaven is our future either through death the doorway of death or amen Rapture come Lord Jesus get us a lot of hair catches to wake at your bride away. But Heaven he is our future one way or the other. If we're saved by grace through faith in Christ dwells in us the hope of glory Heaven is our future praise the Lord like that song says this world is not my home. I'm just passing through my treasures are laid up somewhere beyond the blue the Angels beckon me from Heaven's open door. I can't feel at home in this world anymore. You getting a little uncomfortable here. I hope that the closer you get to the Lord the less you want to be in this world cuz it's just a an unfriendly World sometimes isn't it can be very unfriendly, but heaven heaven is our home. Jesus said that he's building heaven for us. Let not your heart be troubled you believe in God believe also in me and my father's house are many mansions if it were not so I would have told you Go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, Jesus promise, I will come again and receive you unto myself that we are I am.

Whether I go you know, and the way you know, Thomas saith unto him Lord and we all see they didn't get it and he said I am the way the truth and the life no man cometh unto the father, but by me. Oh believe also enhance Revelation chapter 21, if we go fast forward to the end of the book. There's going to be some things that are not present there in heaven that are present here. Some of those things are listed for us not going to be any tears. Amen. No, More Tears There's not going to be any death Hallelujah. Jesus has conquered death and the grave. There's no more pain. There's no more murderers.

There's no more Deputy Shooters. There's no more School murderers. There's no more Church murderers. There's no more concert murderers. How many have we seen just in the past few months? No more murderers in heaven God's going to deal with them. no adulterers either Hey keep reading the list. No adulterers. Jesus said he that looketh on a woman to lust after her in his heart has committed adultery with her already in his heart. None of that's going to be there all these billions and billions of dollars that are being raped in hand-over-fist by a perverted industry today not going to be there. Not going to be there.

no adulterers no idolaters No idolatry in heaven no more temples built by the hands of men under Fallen gods and Paul reminds us that when we sacrificed to Idols we sacrifice to Gods if you want to know what your God is one person recommended take out your checkbook and start going down the list and see where your dollars are going. I know that is a stration will break down in some cases because some of us don't have enough in there to count but but the truth is there we spend on that which we we worship and adore. We love doing this or we love these things. Whatever you love where does God fall into that? So that's a good way perhaps to just do an inventory or maybe your time doesn't have to be money. Give me time the skip practical here. There's going to be no idolatry. No idolaters Inn in heaven. No liars and there's no sin. When you go read those verses. That's the list one song writer put it this way. Heaven is a wonderful place filled with glory and grace. I want to see my savior Space Heaven is a wonderful Heaven is a glorious Heaven is a wonderful place the Angels beckon me from Heaven's open door. I can't feel at home in this world anymore. Oh just over in the gloryland will live eternally the Saints on every hand are shouting victory. their songs of Swedish praise drift back from Heaven's Shore and I can't feel at home in this world anymore salvation is by grace through faith and the Everlasting Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ or gifts that have never changed nor will they ever so all who have ever gotten saved have many of the same things in common biblically speaking all who have ever gotten saved. Save the same way. They have the same potential and they have the same future in the same Outlook. What a blessing to know that there are some things in this life that we're giving some immutable things some things that will never change. Would you pray with me Lord we do. Thank you and praise you for your word. And your word is based upon the immutability of our savior the Lord Jesus Christ, who is God manifest In the Flesh and as our great high priest he's touched with the feelings of our infirmities. He was tempted in all points. Like as we are yet without sin. He didn't need a bull. The sacrifice for his own sins and the sins of himself before he came to you. He took his own blood the blood of the Spotless Lamb of God into the holy of holies and sprinkled upon the the holy place in heaven for us. And then just as that high priest would and in the Old Testament our high priest came forth. He came outside of that Holy place in and went outside of the camp bearing our sin. He was crucified outside of Jerusalem. He was crucified outside the camp just like that scapegoat would be just like that that send sin offering Would be dealt with outside the camp. And then after that high priest would come back into the holy place and he take off his white robe and and he put on his high Priestly garments because then he was representing God to man. Oh, what a picture in Our Savior Jesus Christ to now is seated at your right hand. There's no furniture to sit on in the Tabernacle, but he sat down at your right hand Lord. I just I wonder is he just waiting to to reappear and and to come forth and show himself to us? Jesus is coming again. Once and for all is going to plan a speed on the Mount of Olives are great high priest having a bottle of sin and death completely through his finished work. Oh Lord and courage us together that we all come to Salvation through the same way. We all have the same potential to have the Holy Spirit of God in us and have all things new and we all have the same future to look forward to a future with Jesus Christ in with God our Father forever forever without sin. What a blessing Lord. I pray that you bless and moving this invitation have your will and your way and I'll thank you for what you do that. I cannot do in this our Lord. I pray that in the quietness of these moments you would speak to hearts and I ask this in the name of the one who's able Jesus Christ who's with us here even now in his name.
