WHAT IS A TEAM?

DEFINITION: A group of people working together to reach a common goal

FACT: If you want little to no growth - compete with one another

FACT: If you want significant growth - cooperate with one another

FACT: There’s no limit to what can be done when it doesn’t matter who gets the credit

SIGNS OF AN UNHEALTHY TEAM
