Which of your teammates seems to be the most opposite of you? Despite your differences, what might you share in common with him or her?

Seeing things from others perspective involves finding common ground. Finding common ground always requires that you see things from a different perspective.
Thoughtfulness- I will think of others, and look for ways to thank them.
Openness - I will let people into my life — both parties must engage and be open
Humility - I will think less of myself so I can think of others more — have you met someone who always had to be the hero?
Think about two of your teammates. How can you add value to each of them over the next month? In what ways can you express gratitude for their contributions to the team?
We add the most value to our team in our areas of strength. Where do you have expertise? How can you invest in yourself to make your primary strengths even stronger?
