Faith in Jesus Has Power!
John 14:1-14
2 Tim 1:1-14
I want to talk to you this morning about our faith in Jesus Christ and the power that lives there in.
I submit to you this morning that everyone that has faith doesn’t have power.
Because they’re people who believe in other gods that they have faith in but I submit to you they have no power islam Believe that Allah but has no miracles, Buddhism believes in Buddha but I have no miracles.
People have faith and believe in their money and things that have no power to do miracles.
So according to the Christian worldview the other five worldviews sectionalism, Marxism, postmodernism, new spirituality, and Islam offer interesting insights.
However these competing worldviews is not like this for free.
And which theoretically evenly matched teams competing for the championship, the bible says the Christian worldview, there is a way, but truth, and life.
As respect to one theologian said “Christ is the center of Christianity; all else is circumference”.
In John chapter 14 verse six Jesus says I am the way the life.
Often this is just trusting Jesus to save us from hell.
But Jesus doesn’t just offer us the true way to avoid death; he offers us away think as he thinks to feel what he feels discovering meaning, pursuing peace add living with hope.
That’s the power of knowing the way.
As in greater works would we do.
