Have you ever stood in awe of God? Do you remember a time when you suddenly realized something about God that made you go…Wow?
I remember the moment that I suddenly realized that God really became human. I was sitting in Sunday school in our Church basement. I was alone at a table with the teacher because I was the only person in the youth class. I’m not sure exactly what the lesson was about, but I remember suddenly realizing that Jesus was a real teenager – like me. Jesus had to deal with other kids who laughed at him. Jesus – this was the kicker – Jesus had zits. Wow. A God like that could understand me!
