slave to all…How absurd that Christ would say that we must become a slave to all to be effective as a leader.
Are we willing to adopt being a slave or servant? Not just because it is ethical, but rather, because Jesus Christ lead’s in this manner.

The only way people grow is by being empowered to use their God given gifts.
Parents are we empowering our children? Leadership is not autocratic
There comes a point were the mother eagle push her babies out of the nest…She empowers them to take flight.
