Go, baptize, teach, make disciples are all imperative which means these are all commands.
We are to go

As I mentor I expect my mentees to do the same as they go along in this life's journey, to make disciples.
I can remember one time as I was driving Henry home I said to him, "Henry what do you think I expect from you in a few years?"
His answer was, "finisd school?"
That is good Henry but no not that.
"Uh, going to church."
That too is good Henry but no that is not it.
Pour into people as you are pouring into my life, that is it Henry!
