This year we celebrate 149 years

Our fellowship has endured a lot of change in its time

Use of indoor electricity, indoor plumbing, a/c. Telephone technology that would start with the landline and would lead to the smartphone

More different changes in fashion than could be possibly be named

While much has changed, our purpose remains the same

Call sinners to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ

Baptize them and lead them to become His disciples, His followers

I cannot think of a better time to begin a new series titled “The History of Sin”

We will see where sin came from

We will see its effects on humanity and the whole world

Most importantly , we will learn of God’s solution, the gospel of Jesus Christ

This morning my heart’s desire is for one more person to realize they too are a sinner, and seek Jesus Christ for salvation
