Mark Twian tells that early in his life he moved to a mining town in Colorado. The city he moved to was a wide-open town with brothels and bars on EVERY corner. He said, "I immediately recognized it was no place for a Presbyterian, so I decided not to be one!"
TRUTH: There are many people who, when they find it hard to be a Christian, either quit trying to be one or they compromise their convictions.
