As we continue to look at our souls, we see the importance of rest. We all know don't murder or commit adultry, but how often do we break the law of keeping the Sabbath. God intended for us to take time to rest and just be in His presence, and even modeled it for us on the 7th day of creation. In our fast and busy lives we must take time to slow down, and seek God in the peace.
