Pass the torch.

          It is good if they learn the      RULES             

                   Family: a perpetual relay of       TRUTH            

“Command a law and a testimony . . . teach it . . .that the should put their trust in God

Teach them to value the rule - help them see the reason behind it

Integrity  - lying

                   keeping your word (commitments)

                   What you see is what you get

Respect - God

                   Parents

                   Others

Morals

Gratitude

Fair treatment of others

Service over selfishness

Commandment One

          Prayer

          Turning to Jesus

          Bible

          Ministry joy

Command Two

          Share

          Gossip/Dissing

          Accept who they are

          Empathize

Consequences for disobedience

          It is good if they hear words of    ENCOURAGEMENT                    

Be careful to not judge the experiences in their life by yours

                   You    BELONG                

                   You have        VALUE       

          You are     COMPETENT                 

Adults who are still trying to find approval

          It is good if they see you at the     GAME           

                   What will happen if they don’t?

If you have a habit of being attentive and expressing interest in your children they will not confuse your instruction as rejection or meet it with rejection

Be careful how many games you go to!

It is good if you take advantage of the   TEACHABLE            moments

                   “Oh no.  The   DOG           ran away!”
